EPSTEIN UPDATE: Pam Bondi throws new attorney general UNDER THE BUS

[00:00:00]Today, Pam Bondi testified in a closed- dooror hearing for the House Oversight Committee, and she seemed to have one goal in mind. Throw then Deputy Attorney General, now acting attorney general, Todd Blanch, under the bus for the handling of the Epstein files. Again, while this was a closed- dooror hearing, we do have some information to go off of, including Pam Bondi's opening statement, of which I'm going to read a small part here. To the best of my knowledge, the department produced everything required under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Our diligent and good-faith effort to collect materials ensured that all potentially responsive documents that could be reasonably located would see the light of day. All department components were directed to submit any potentially responsive records, resulting in a comprehensive review of millions of documents. As the head of a large department with broad responsibilities, I did not lead every aspect of this effort or conduct that document review myself. I delegated oversight over the process to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch. The team of professionals who reviewed all of the materials that we collected assured me the only materials that were withheld were either non-responsive, privileged, or duplicative. Now, let's ignore for a moment Pam Bondi saying with a straight face, "To the best of my knowledge, the DOJ produced everything required under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

[00:01:13]Either she doesn't know how to count, she doesn't know how to read, or simply doesn't care. But the law demands the release of all six million files, not just three million, and then call it a day. But that aside, notice how she says, "I delegated oversight over this process to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch." In other words, Pam Bondi doesn't want her hands anywhere near this thing. And so she's introducing her deputy and now replacement to the undercarriage of a bus. And this was a recurring theme during this entire testimony. Here is ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, Robert Garcia. We continue to say that this vid this should be recorded by video and released to the American public. And we're also asking that chairman comr immediate immediately release the transcripts that right now are being done throughout today. I want to also say just uh a few a few other things. It it is clear in just this this part of the of the interview that she continues to push all of the investigation and the blame on acting ag Todd Blanch.

[00:02:19]She said, and I quote, "Acting AG Blanch was managing the entire investigation."

[00:02:25]End quote. And what you're going to hear in that interview and what she's saying here in her words and remarks is that it was Todd Blanch, the current acting AG that was leading the Epstein investigation. And quite frankly, all of the mistakes that we saw, the redactions, not protecting survivors, she continues to push that back onto the acting AG, Todd Blanch, who by the way was Donald Trump's former personal lawyer. So, either Pam Bondi is simply trying to diffuse responsibility off of herself because she's trying to do image rehab, or Todd Blanch really did run this thing, which wouldn't necessarily be surprising given that as Trump's personal criminal defense attorney, his allegiance is to protecting Donald Trump, or both. The reality is that we have yet further proof of the existence of a coverup at the highest levels of government, stemming, of course, from their collective desire to protect the president. Need proof of that? Here you go.

[00:03:24]>> In fact, she said that she would not speak or or respond to any questions that had anything to do with President Trump.

[00:03:33]It's also interesting that sitting next to her is DOJ Counsel, somebody that currently works for the Department of Justice, who on multiple occasions stepped in and told the former attorney general that she was not going to answer those questions. especially when we ask questions of what the president directed her to do. And so the DOJ is in there right now stopping questions about President Trump and about what happened in the release of these files and why so many survivors were doxed and their information of course released to the public.

[00:04:08]>> Answer me this. If Pam Bondi is no longer at the DOJ, why is DOJ council sitting next to her and representing her in her capacity as a private citizen unless they've got something to hide?

[00:04:20]While the latest Jeffrey Epstein documents have exposed corruption at the highest levels of American society, there is an eerie pattern forming.

I also personally asked the former AG five times and five different questions about her conversations with President Trump, whether he directed her any at any given time on the Epstein files, what he knew, what he asked her to redact or not. And she refused to answer any questions about President Trump. In fact, she said that she would not speak or or respond to any questions that had anything to do with President Trump.

[00:07:06]>> Tell me, why would Pam Bondi refuse to answer any questions pertaining to Donald Trump in particular if she and he have nothing to hide? She might claim attorney client privilege, but there is no attorney client privilege when it comes to breaking the law. And that's exactly what this closed door hearing was about. the administration's failure to comply with the release of the Epstein Files Transparency Act and whether it was because those files implicate Donald Trump in any criminal activity. The fact that she refused to answer speaks volumes. And don't take it from me, take it from Trump himself.

[00:07:39]>> So there are five people taking the fifth amendment like you see on the mob, right? You see the mob takes of him. If you're innocent, why are you taking the fifth amendment?

[00:07:49]>> Just saying. But going back to Todd Blanch, he's under further scrutiny as the result of this statement.

[00:08:31]And let me also just say finally before I turn this over to to Liz to Miss Stein here. We asked questions about Golain Maxwell in the transfer and again she referred those questions to Todd Blanch in the Bureau of Prison. So, let's be clear. We have many questions for Mr. Blanch and for the Bureau of Prisons that yet Republicans are refusing to ask. Why was she transferred to a less secure facility?

[00:08:56]And Miss Bondi claims to have no knowledge of the of the actual transfer, no knowledge that it was a less secure prison and didn't know about it until she found out found out after the fact and then will refuse to answer additional questions. It's almost like Todd Blanch meeting with the principal living defendant in the Epstein scandal and moving her to a minimum security prison with zero explanation provided suggests that some foul play might just be involved. And look, I get that this White House has decided that all it has to do is lie and pretend that there's nothing to see here and that's how they get away with any criminal activity, but House Oversight Democrats don't seem too intent on letting them go scot-free. In fact, I asked Robert Garcia about this just weeks ago.

[00:09:41]>> Well, as we know, Todd Blanch was Donald Trump's former personal lawyer. I mean, literally his personal attorney. Now he's the deputy AG.

[00:09:49]>> Uh he's the same one that went out of his way to visit Galain Maxwell and then all of a sudden she gets this move right to this less secure facility. And and no one still will tell us how that happened or who directed that. It's it's insane that no one has admitted to who actually gave the orders to move Gain Maxwell to a less secure prison. Pam Bondi knows who did it. Was it her? Was it the president? So, I think that the public has a right to know, the right to transparency, and the survivors certainly have a right to know. She's a monster. She's a liar. She herself abused women. She was Jeffrey Epstein's clearly not just partner but but her her partner in create in creating this huge sex trafficking ring that went on to abuse what a thousand women and girls.

[00:10:36]So I think the idea that we still don't know why that move happened and that that person that apparently was the one meeting with Colleen Maxlin orchestrated this under whose direction we're not sure of yet is going to be the intram a give me a break. I mean, this is all part of the same corruption. Todd Blanch needs to be nowhere near the DOJ, and it'll be interesting to see who uh Donald Trump actually puts in Pan Bondi's place permanently.

[00:11:00]>> And furthermore, I spoke with Representative Garcia again about what Democrats could actually accomplish if they regain the majority as it relates to this Epstein files investigation and more. Here's what he had to say. You know, you are making good progress right now. What does this progress look like compared to if Democrats are able to take the gavl? if you become the chairman of the of the oversight committee. Um what does that look like compared to what we're seeing now?

[00:11:25]>> I mean it would be night and day. I mean right now we are dependent on Republicans to set the agenda, set the meetings, set the depositions, set the rules. They they're the only ones that have subpoena power. If we were in the majority, we would have enough votes on every vote to get exactly what we wanted. We would be able to put send out any subpoena to anyone that we wanted to do and speak with. Uh and so it it's it's significantly different. And so we're doing we're fighting really hard and doing everything we can right now, but with the power of of the majority comes additional powers for the committee. So we look forward to that.

[00:11:57]>> And can you give us some examples of who might be um of interest to speak with uh if you do gain the gavl?

[00:12:05]>> Well, as it relates to the Epson investigation, there's a series of folks that that um errors point to as far as possible co-conspirators. There's additional people that were in Jeffrey Epstein's orbit that worked with him very closely. There are banks and figures and and u executives at many of the banks. There are people that finance some of these activities. So, it's a long list of folks. We I mean there are there's probably 30 30 to 40 individuals that all could have interesting and important information for our investigation. As it relates to other investigations, we want to talk to Steven Miller. We want to talk to uh Christine Noom. She just because she's moved on to another agency doesn't absolve her of of of her crimes or corruption. uh and Cory Lewandowski, we're seeing a lot of reports right now about what exactly happened around him and certain uh arrangements and and certain contracts that were made out of DHS. Uh we want to talk to folks at Health and Human Services, the destruction of a vaccine system, the destruction of our boards um of science.

[00:13:03]And so there there's a long list of folks that we want to talk to and we will absolutely be committed to getting the truth and forcing accountability and ensuring that the Trump corruption era is over. So, if you can see the overt corruption at play at the hands of this Department of Justice, corruption so apparent that even Pam Bondi apparently can't help but call it out, then the only way to make sure that these people are held accountable is if Democrats control the gables. Because Republicans have already broadcast that as far as pedophiles are concerned, they're not only disinterested in holding them accountable, they're actually the first ones in line to help them evade accountability.
