The Pain of Being Sexless

[00:00:00]The pain of going your whole life without being touched. I'm talking sexually, okay? The pain of going your whole life, even if you've had girlfriends, boyfriends, whoever you may be watching this video, it does not matter. The pain of going your whole life without finding a safe sexual, okay, actual, okay, connection with somebody, okay, can be extremely difficult. And not just difficult, but it can be emotionally painful. You may, if you're anything like me, you may want to take some of that pain out on yourself. So, number one, what you need to understand is it's not your fault that you haven't met anyone yet that you feel safe being sexual with, that is not your fault, or that meets your needs in an intimate way. That is not your fault, because we're not just talking about like getting the job done, you know?

[00:01:10]This is a lot deeper, the pain behind this. The pain of having like like specific like, you know, like functions down there, like specific functions that are made for something, and then having nobody to just, you know, take care of those needs with is extremely painful, because it's as though, why do I have this if it's not being utilized? And not only that, when it's not be being utilized, there's almost like this pain.

[00:01:40]It's beyond just being horny, okay? It's And it's beyond just being frustrated.

[00:01:45]There's something even deeper beneath all of that. So, as we take my makeup off, we're going to talk about it in today's video. Already know, this is this is the first thing I'm starting with, okay? And we need a towel.

[00:01:59]But, you need to understand that that pain that I'm referring to, that you're dealing with, that's not your fault.

[00:02:07]There's nothing that you can do about not meeting somebody that's going to meet those needs right this second at this current phase in your life. There's nothing that you can do about it. It's not your fault. It's not a matter of giving some good internet advice and approaching a 800,000 women and getting those needs met. It's It's deeper than that. And it also does not mean that you're not going to find somebody that will actually be able to meet those needs, okay, in a way that feels emotionally safe, okay? It does not mean that that's not going to happen. In fact, it very much It very much is going to happen. It's just not happening right now. And that's the fact. We don't offer enough understanding, so to speak, for the pain of this. Like, existentially.

[00:02:57]Not just physically, but existentially everything. Like, the pain of not getting that need met. It's happening more so now than ever before. People, both men and women, aren't meeting each other as frequently anymore. So, we have like an entire like up-and-coming generation of both men and women that aren't getting like laid. You can say it's more so, um, whatever, men, but it does not mean like There are plenty of like 30-year-old virgin females, and it's just not talked about on the internet enough. But, there are. There are videos out there. Go search them yourselves if you think I'm lying. You have to just acknowledge it.

[00:03:33]And instead of resisting it, just accept it as this is currently a need that's not getting met in my life. And that doesn't mean I'm wrong. That doesn't mean I'm a terrible person. That doesn't mean that that person is not out there. It just means that there are more phases in unraveling to go before you can find that sense of safety within intimacy again. And if you have frustrations towards other people that are currently experiencing intimacy in their lives, even if it's in a casual kind of callous way, and that doesn't relate to your nervous system, allow yourself to be frustrated and take it easy on yourself.
