[00:00:00]This is an atmospheric steam sterilizer, so this is going to take longer than our pressure steam sterilizer.

[00:00:05]Because number one, it's not going to be getting at 250° temperatures that are under 15 PSI.

[00:00:11]So, this will be cooking atmospheric pressure.

[00:00:14]So, we'll cook it around 206 to 210° for 12 to 14 hours. That way, we get effective sterilization and we don't experience any contamination.

[00:00:25]We're also cooking a lot a lot bigger, a lot more substrate at once.

[00:00:31]It's going to take a little bit longer to reach those core temperatures we're looking for.

[00:00:36]For these ones, we're going to want it to be around 207 to 210°.

[00:00:41]for basically majority of the sterilization time. It usually takes about about 3 to 4 hours to get up to core temp, and then we'll just hold it there for about 10 hours. So, I found that that effectively sterilizes all of our substrate, and we don't experience any contamination at this point.
