[00:00:02]Good evening. I'm Bill Malujan and this is your Fox News report. Three people are dead after a shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego. Police say two suspects opened fire this afternoon.

[00:00:11]Both of them teenagers who died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds. There is a school on the premises, but thankfully all the kids are safe. Police are considering this attack a hate crime.

[00:00:21]President Trump calling off an attack on Iran that was scheduled for tomorrow.

[00:00:24]That's after a request from some regional allies. Trump says serious negotiations to end the war are ongoing, but he added the US military is on standby for a big attack if a deal isn't reached. Accused United Health CEO killer Luigi Manion in a New York courtroom today. A judge ruling that some evidence, including ammunition, and a cell phone cannot be used in the trial, but a gun, a silencer, and a notebook, will be allowed. The judge says cops illegally seized the excluded items. Alec Murdoch is suing former court clerk Becky Hill, accusing her of violating his civil rights. The lawsuit alleges Hill tampered with the jury in Murdoch's trial for the murders of his wife and his son. Last week, South Carolina Supreme Court overturned his murder convictions and double life sentences. He's going to get a new trial. And the Ebola outbreak in the Congo now being called a global health emergency. At least 100 people have died with almost 400 cases suspected.
