The video correctly focuses on rodent control instead of social distancing, but its advice to vacuum droppings is a dangerous mistake that actually spreads the virus. It is a typical example of survivalist content that offers practical self-reliance while failing on critical scientific details.

Here We Go Again: The Actual Truth About HantaVirusAdded:
Good morning, gang. All right, well, here we go again and God knows we've all heard enough about this hantavirus that's going around and you know as well as I do that there's going to be plenty of people and plenty of places that are going to try to make this COVID-2, right? After all, it's an election year.
And hey, whatever we can do to panic the public.
You've probably seen stories, social media primarily, with all the people coming up and going, "Oh my God, you've got a mask up, get your N95s out, start social distancing again." And all this sort of crap, right? And that's exactly [snorts] what it is, okay?
>> [gasps] >> If you go back and remember the early days of COVID, you know, it was like, you know, turn on the news, "Oh, there's now three cases." And everybody at that point, at the very beginning, was saying, "Oh, this isn't a big deal."
Including me, okay?
>> [sighs and gasps] >> And then it turned into a bigger deal.
Though it's still funny that nobody nobody caught the flu that year for some reason. You know, it was like influenza cases were zero, everybody had COVID. You got in a motorcycle accident, the reason you died, oh, you had COVID, that caused you to, you know, hit a light pole with your motorcycle.
>> [gasps] >> If the trend is similar, that's what we're about to see. And I wanted to give everybody some facts about hantavirus here that you need to to know.
Now, this was found on a cruise ship, okay?
And where it comes from is from rat droppings, which makes everybody feel so good that there's rats on cruise ships.
You know, you go back to you think of you know, the Pirates of the Caribbean or something they'll go back to those days, you know, where you had old wooden ships and cannons running around. Yeah, they had rats on the ships, okay? Cuz that's where a lot of food was stored.
Guess we haven't moved too much further in the future over a few centuries.
But so you have a whole bunch people who are in danger of getting this hantavirus, right? That we're on this cruise ship.
>> [snorts] >> And they've all been quarantined at this point. They need to self-isolate for 45 days because that's the incubation period the the maximum incubation period for this disease, all right? 45 days. And it can be lethal.
You listen to Bill Gates who, of course, is all over the view and everywhere saying, "Oh, the next the next pandemic's going to be worse than COVID ever was." As if you don't think that he's not going to try to play this up.
Q Dr. Fauci, whether he's coming out here coming out of retirement soon somewhere, okay? You know, no, this wasn't beagles, this was rats, all right?
But so everybody has self- is self-isolating, self-quarantining for 45 days.
The ship wasn't allowed to dock, okay?
And they're basically doing the whole investigation and >> [gasps] >> clean up of the ship, if you will, all right?
But here's where we need to pay attention.
First off, there is no vaccine for this.
All right?
So when they try this again and go, "Oh my god, we came up with one in 3 months.
Right? Okay. Use the same logic you used before.
Where it comes into play for us, a lot of us have stored food and some of you have probably experienced this if you didn't store it right. Oh, you you keep bags of rice, you know, there in the pantry or whatever, and you come out one day and there's rice all over the place. All right?
Yeah. You need to store that stuff in buckets. Okay? So, the mice can't get to it.
Rats are a little bit better than mice.
Rats are bigger. Ask anybody in New York, they'll tell you, you know, rats the size of a cab uh or at least it seems that way. Rats can chew through things pretty well, and they will to get to food, and this is what it's from.
So, what you need to make sure you're doing is storing your food securely, sealing up any holes where rats can get into the house, you know, if you live somewhere that rats are a possibility, which is pretty much anywhere. You live in civilization, the world, okay? Rats are around somewhere. All right?
>> [sighs and gasps] >> But, when they come up and start giving you this about mask wearing and social distancing stuff like that, first off, this cannot be spread by casual social contact. You're not going to walk past somebody in the grocery store and catch it from them.
It's not airborne transmittable. So, somebody sneezing on you is not going to give you hantavirus.
Close personal contact with somebody who's infected, yes, that's a possibility. Okay, if your spouse gets it all of a sudden and doing normal spousal things, we'll just leave it at that. Okay? Yes, you could catch it. All right, but no, we don't need to drive around with masks on with their windows clo- rolled up waiting for which way the arrows point in the grocery store and all this.
It's no different at this point than protecting yourself from getting a cold.
Okay?
It's actually probably better chance of you catching cold because that can be transferred by somebody sneezing on you.
>> [snorts] >> The reason I say this is because we know the panic is going to come. Everybody's going As soon as we have the first case in the United States, you know, cuz this is all basically going on in the UK right now.
As soon as we have the first case in the United States, it's going to be on the news 24/7. Antivirus this, antivirus that. You know, oh my god, we need to take the protocols again and do all this.
And there will be half the population that will be doing the silly stuff again.
And as per normal, we can laugh at them.
Because just like last time, the masks are totally ineffective, the social distancing is totally ineffective, the plexiglass in front of the cashier stand is totally ineffective, the arrows on the grocery store or Walmart's floor totally ineffective, and certainly driving around with your windows closed and a mask on is totally ineffective.
Okay? Not going to happen.
It's hygiene. It's something we should all be practicing.
We've talked about this many times on the channel.
About in an SHTF event, about preventing problems like this.
Where are you going to bury your garbage? Where are you going to relieve yourself? Okay?
Storing food is important.
Should you see mouse droppings or something like that, or rat droppings around your house, this is one thing they are actually saying with this. And granted, we don't have any cases in the US yet, but you should not sweep them up. All right? Don't mean leave them there. No, you should get them with a vacuum cleaner. All right? That's it.
Because when you sweep it, you're kind of blowing whatever is around. You should just be vacuuming over it and sucking it up there, and then disposing of everything as safely as possible.
Preventing this one should be pretty easy.
Don't take a cruise to Cape Verde, and keep your house rat-free.
That'd be pretty easy.
The other thing that'll save you a lot of headache, shut off social media.
There's a bunch of stupid people there.
>> [snorts and clears throat] >> Have a great one. We'll see you next time.
Gun will out.
