[00:00:00]Hello to Raghav State. You know India's venerable the venerable election commission coined an Einsteinian you know a very techheavy phrase called logical discrepancy.

[00:00:21]If Einstein confounded the world with his theory of relativity i.e. He said that time is not a constant. It is not a constant but the fourth dimension that elapses differently for bodies moving at different variable speeds.

[00:00:41]So our election commission came up with an equally astonishing theory of ineligibility i.e say that citizenship is not a permanent right but one that can be interpreted differently for bodies that are logically discrepant with respect to the electoral roles of circa 20023.

[00:01:10]How did that uh play out on the ground?

[00:01:14]Quite whimsically, I dare say, because if my father had spelled his name as Beel Bhl in 2002, but you know, I had switched uh to the Spiffier B A H L, I would be logically disqualified.

[00:01:36]Now, even if I had not changed the spelling, but my BLLO made a typo while uploading my details, I would still be stripped of my voting rights. Now, see what would happen to my poor father since my uh my grandparents were rather fiked.

[00:01:58]My dad had six siblings in 2002. Six.

[00:02:03]Now that's no fault of his or or any of my uncles and aunts, but election commission would declare them logically outliers.

[00:02:14]So seven god-fearing honest people would be robbed of voting rights.

[00:02:22]Now if you think the algo spared my mother, think again. you know, her father, that's my maternal grandfather, you know, he's somewhat forgetful and dyslexic. So, he wrote his year of birth as 1997 instead of 1927.

[00:02:43]Now, should the heavens fall if a non-agenarian mistakenly writes 9 instead of two?

[00:02:51]But heavens did fall because EC's algo struck off everybody in my mother's family. Everybody. Why? Because the age difference between my grandfather and my mother was less than 15 years. And between the old man and my nephews and nieces was less than 40 years. Wham!

[00:03:18]Nearly a dozen people were removed from the electoral roles merely because an old man wrote nine when he should have written two.

[00:03:32]You would be excused for thinking I've cracked cruel jokes uh in these examples. Yes, it is a fictional story, but believe me, it's a highly plausible one because election commission's logical discrepancy algorithm used exactly similar reasoning for banishing over 1.36 cr 1.36 crore Bengali voters off the electoral roles. Some fought their way back via adjudication, but over 30 lakhs continued to languish, disenfranchised by an illogical computer.

[00:04:15]Until now, 10 states and three union territories have uh suffered through the innocent sounding special intensive revision or SIR process and the impact has been a sweeping damation nearly 5.68 cr 5.68 cr out of 58.41 41 cr voters, an astonishing 10% have been declared persona non grata.

[00:04:50]That's the staggering first count and only a few lakhs have managed to subsequently establish that they actually exist in flesh and blood.

[00:05:01]Now some of the data points are actually beyond belief. Over 2 cr voters 2 cr voters or 13.2 21% have been obliterated in Uttar Pradesh.

[00:05:15]Over 68 lakhs or 13.4% have become apparitions in Gujarat.

[00:05:22]Even tiny Goa is left bewildered how 1.27 lakh revelers are mere ghosts who walk those lovely beaches.

[00:05:33]And this is barely half the story.

[00:05:36]Almost 40 crore voters in 17 states and five union territories are yet to be covered in phase three.

[00:05:47]Here's an existential question that will haunt the upcoming exercise in Andra, Arunachal, Hana, Himachel, Jarkand, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Ladak to name just a few territories.

[00:06:04]In sync with the earlier trend, will another 10% that is 4 cr voters dissolve phantomlike into the acid of sir.

[00:06:17]Such an existential question should compel every rightthinking Indian to pause and confront the sheer illogical discrepancy of the spooky non-existent voters caught by EC's sir.

[00:06:37]But I haven't heard anybody in the election commission or government of India ask a devastating question.

[00:06:46]If 10% of adult Indians have vanished from electoral roles, shouldn't our total population also be reduced by an equal number? Nobody's asked that question.

[00:07:03]But tomorrow when Prime Minister Modi roars his signature slogan, shouldn't he be saying exotis exotis not exotalis kod hindustani?

[00:07:19]Think about it.

[00:07:22]India's adult 18 years plus population is estimated at 102.7 cr. Now in the 2024 lookaba polls 96.88 crore voters were registered that is a seemingly efficient 94.33% coverage which was a feather in EC's cap but then sir destroyed 5.68 68 cr voters in two phases and if the rate of destruction stays uniform in the third phase another 4 cr voters could vamuse leaving a terrible enigma for the election commission and government of India duo to grapple with here's the enigma total adult population 102.7 cr total voters on the SIR cleansed roles sir cleansed roles about about 87 crores assuming that 10% less uh would be the number from the 96.88 88 cr number in in Lok Sabha 2024.

[00:08:32]So the total number of adults Indian adults who would have gotten ghosted you know what that number is 102.7 crores minus 87 crores that's 15 cr.

[00:08:49]Since election commission loves this phraseology, here's an illogical conundrum that they uh must answer.

[00:09:01]Our current population estimate is based on uh the census number of 2011 multiplied by several scientifically determined demographic variables like births, deaths, fertility, mortality and migration rates.

[00:09:20]And these uh scientific equations tell us that 15 crore adult Indians have disappeared after election commission's sir.

[00:09:30]Why? How is that possible?

[00:09:34]Did many more adults die during CO than were captured in data points?

[00:09:41]Since births are now well documented, that's difficult to fudge, right? The birth rate is difficult to fudge. So have 15 cr more adults left the country via dunkey roots.

[00:09:54]If yes then immigration policing across the globe is idiotic or complicit or both at an unbelievable scale or will phase three sir throw up nearly 15% additional voters i.e. SIR will turn on its head discovering an astonishing number of new voters in these territories pointing towards an unprecedented scale of internal migration.

[00:10:31]Since EC loves to speak logically, it's clear that none of these things, none of these conundrums provide a clue or explanation of where 15 cr adult Indians have vanished.

[00:10:48]In fact, the singular inescapable conclusion is as follows.

[00:10:54]EC's SIR cleansed roles could have unfortunately ended up excluding an exceptionally large number over 15 cr of eligible Indian adults 15 cr voters adult Indian voters may be missing from our electoral roles it's a very disheartening and a very tragic QE E D this was Ragav's take
