We will always stand in solidarity for the rights of our Tamil. So, this is a statement that he made remember the 2009 war when the issue was at its peak and yesterday he is heated in fact uh paid tributes to LTTE founder Prabakaran and that hasn't gone down well with with with now the BJP hitting out at TVK says very much in an alliance with the Congress and you're still supporting the LTTE and this is something that the Congress may not be comfortable with.

[00:02:25]So, clearly this is a statement that's coming in from the BJP. So far Congress has not really responded to that tweet of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, but we'll now have to wait and see how both the Congress and the TVK now respond to the statement that's coming in from the BJP.

And you know, we're talking about an organization that has remained banned in India due to its role in the 1991 assassination of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, but also to just quickly give us more details into how we look at this reaction or this gesture by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. Tell us a little bit about uh Vijaya's stated position on LTTE because the Bharatiya Janata Party has also spoken of the soft spot that DMK has for LTTE and is saying that if the Congress did not have a problem in partnering with the DMK then it continues to maintain the same with the TVK.

[00:03:20]The TVK's stance is similar to that of the DMK as well as the the Nam Tamilar Katchi or they are in of the LTTE and this makes the Congress uncomfortable and that's something that the BJP is also trying to highlight because 2009 nine war ended, but Prabakaran was killed and TVK is now paying tribute to to the war and to Prabakaran and this hasn't gone down well with with the Congress either, but we've not really heard from the Congress, but it does put Congress in an uncomfortable spot is what is what we are given to understand and the BJP is also trying to highlight that that you're in an alliance with the Congress, but you're still tweeting in favor of the LDF founder.
