The NFL Draft brought more than football to PGH, it brought a major economic boost to the city

Talking about the public allocation of funds, the public money, so taxpayer money, was about $19 million that was invested to this. And when you're talking about 165 million of revenue generation, that's an 8x return. Better than most public money that that's spent on investments.
