[00:00:00]When we ask voters, like how are you doing personally? Oh yeah, you know, financially I'm okay, but they know a neighbor down the street is having issues. They've got a kid that's trying to buy a home and can't do it. And those are the things that they're concerned about. But in that specific case, they don't want the home value deflation of their home coming down. They want to make it easier for their kid to buy homes so they don't have to move away to another area, you know. Especially in expensive areas like Knoxville, which is getting more and more expensive in that market. And here in Nashville, obviously, it's an issue.
