[00:00:20]Uh, but that doesn't mean genetics don't affect us. So, there's a really interesting studies on um the genetic causes of mental illness.

[00:00:28]So, you know, borderline personality disorder uh, people think it's caused by CPTSD, you know, complex lots of little traumas over childhood, but it's 70% heritable. And narcissistic personality disorder is something like 60% heritable and anxiety is something like 50% heritable.
