Are we trying to dress for that body we had pre-kids, pre-job? Maybe some of us are still working, but now we're working from home, and so who cares if I have, you know, work clothes that are heels or whatever that might be. And now our midlife hormones are coming into this, and it's it's almost that we're invisible because that closet no longer represents who we are, and we're just slitting around waiting for that summer body to come, or that thinner body, or that better body, and then I'll reconnect with myself.
But no matter what size we are, we're still we're still you're going to be We're not chasing happiness when that scale goes down.
