The Department of Labor issued an email instructing employees to report any DEI-related activities as discrimination, defining such discrimination as employment actions motivated by race, color, sex, national origin, religion, or other protected characteristics, including restricting networking events to specific groups or awarding recognition based on diversity contributions rather than merit.

Department of Labor Urges Staff to Report DEI PracticesAdded:
Unemployment rising, household median income plummeting.
Jobs frozen.
You having to pay more for basic stuff.
The priority from the Department of Labor, they want you to report any activity of DEI nature.
Yes. If you see diversity, if you see equity, if you see someone being inclusive, it is your duty to report those individuals and that activity to the government.
What a fool mess.
Twitter de Twitter doc.
Here we go. Uh late last week employees at the Department of Labor, run by a Trump appointee, uh his name is Keith Sonderling, received a long email strongly urging them to file whistleblower complaints and report instances of quote, this is the quote, diversity, equity, and inclusion related discrimination or retaliation. In short, employees were told to alert the government of DEI compliance in any way.
I mean, this went from private contractors teaching equitable principles and race consciousness to well, even if you all embrace it as a good idea, it's wrong.
There's no new law, there's no statute, there's no policy. It's just the opinion of a biased bigoted group of individuals led by well >> All right, so the email was sent Friday and viewed by Wired felt like it was a a quote reminder to narc on your co-workers for doing DEI I and that that means snitch says a DOL employee who requested anonymity for fear of retaliation. I doesn't seem like the whistleblower protection is going to be extended to individuals who have something to say about the email. The notice was titled quote reporting DEI related discrimination, retaliation and related whistleblower disclosures.
And it came from the DOL guidance and information email account. It was not signed by any particular member of the Department of Labor.
I wonder why.
Quote DEI related discrimination.
Can we just zoom out for a minute?
Let's go ahead and and just say the whole thing.
Diversity, equity and inclusion related discrimination.
That's an oxymoron. That's correct.
But this is how they start the sentence.
DEI related discrimination occurs when any employment action hiring promotion, training access, mentoring assignments, awards etc. is motivated in whole or in part by an employees or applicants race, color, sex, national origin national origin, religion or other protected characteristic.
States the email for the details about what exactly constitutes quote DEI related discrimination included restricting networking events or professional development to a specific racial, sexual, ethnic group, awarding recognition, compensation or opportunities based in part on a contribution to diversity goals rather than metrics and any preference or disparate treatment justified by diversity equity. Um Now, I I want to remind everyone there's no objective standard for promotion typically. There's no objective standard from the Department of Labor for any of this.
There's no objective standard.
Which means the standard is subjective to the individual supervisor, the manager, the director.
And if all white males get promoted and nobody else does.
Not black women, not white women, not brown women, not black men, not brown men.
Just all white men.
As long as you can't trace, prove that race was a factor.
It's It's It's based on the metrics.
They were just obviously more qualified.
No harm, no foul.
I wonder why there's no objective standard.
Because they want the subjective standard to remain silent.
And that creates the de objective reality of race bias.
The email also reminds employees that the statute of limitations for reporting is 3 years, which would in theory allow employees to report events from before Trump took office.
Instructions about how to file a whistleblower complaint with the Office of Special Counsel was also included in the email. The Department of Labor did not uh immediately respond for comment.
When are people going to be able to get gainful employment again?
What happened to the training programs that were federally funded, subsidized, so that individuals who wanted a skill set could at least get the benefit of their tax dollar for themselves.
All of that has been eliminated, much of it, under this administration.
The focus is to make sure you report people who engage in discrimination via diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Uh there's more.
So, since the beginning of Trump's second term, his administration has taken aim at all of these DEI initiatives.
January 2025, Trump signed an executive order titled Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity, ordering agencies to end all DEI initiatives and actions. Shortly after, federal employees received emails asking them to report colleagues whose jobs related to DEI threatening adverse consequences if they did not.
The DOL employees who spoke to Wired say they had no idea why the email was sent now so long after the initial executive order.
Uh that's because they got a plan, that's why.
I'll put on my full mask.
We have individuals who may plan but we have a plan.
And that is to remain to remain in the light of love. As I have said before, what binds them, what motivates them are temporary things. Corruption always meets its end.
Bigotry, racism, these low vibration energies, this hate always has a shelf life.
The one thing that's eternal, that's the reason why we will win and always do this side is because love has no match.
And love binds us.
Love binds us.
So don't get don't get distracted by their toxic by their toxic plan.
Allow it to motivate you to understand who you are in it.
You are the hero.
They're the villain.
All right. So damn shame, isn't it? That if they would focus on actual employment like they focus on this uh we would have a 1% unemployment rate in America.
>> I I mean, it's definitely one trick pony. This is all they got. Um this is the remaining base that Trump has. This is what they want to see and want to hear.
But I mean there's just no real economic argument for removing people from the workforce. This country's productivity has exploded as more women and more black and brown people have been permitted to participate uh as white people have been historically. I mean the so taking women out, taking black and brown people out would greatly reduce the workforce because everybody doesn't want to work all of those jobs, you know? So and we all we've already seen that with uh immigration, the jobs that they work in the fields and agriculture, the construction jobs, the janitorial jobs.
So it's just like racism for racism's sake. And if these people got their way, the whole country would fall apart overnight.
I so it's just every time they get in office and you know this iteration with Donald Trump, particularly in his second administration, is like the worst of the worst. But every time Republicans get in office, they just ruin everything. And they've done this over and over and over and over again. And my hope is that eventually we can learn. Obviously, we really have to address the issue of corruption, which impacts the whole process. But I mean what like what what what kind of a debate is this? No DEI, take everyone out. Like okay, sure.
I sure sure.
>> And the takeaway, man, that the the real takeaway, in my opinion, if you want to make America great, obviously, America is at its greatest when America is diverse.
That is making America great.
