Trump Postpones Iran Strike After Saudi Arabia and UAE Pressure

[00:00:00]It's still not clear after several hours here what happened at the San Diego Islamic Center. What is known is that three adult men were killed there, including a security guard who they're saying was heroic and two teenagers, one 17, one 19.

[00:00:18]Uh they were the perpetrators and they left the location in a car and not too far away they apparently committed suicide.

[00:00:27]And we don't know their names.

[00:00:29]Everybody's curious to know who they are, what their background is. I'm sure the police and the FBI know it at this point, and we will be monitoring this throughout the next three hours of the program to let you know.

[00:00:41]So, that uh terrible, terrible incident took place there.

[00:00:46]Um, the president has decided that we might have a deal coming up at the request of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

[00:00:59]Military action that he said was to take place tomorrow will not be taking place.

[00:01:06]And he's informed the Israelis of this.

[00:01:09]So, you can see that the Israelis are a partner to some extent. and Qatar and Saudi Arabia and the UAE urged the president not to unleash. So what does this tell you?

[00:01:24]Tells you a couple things. First thing is all these disgusting Jew haters who are out there telling you that Israel Netanyahu and I control our foreign policy.

[00:01:39]They're just such scumbags. Obviously, I don't control it or we'd be done already.

[00:01:46]And obviously, Israel's chomping at the bit to finish off the regime there.

[00:01:52]And u I'm just feeling bad for the people who live there. They've got to be wondering what's going on. I I can't give them too much direction because I'm not sure.

[00:02:02]And despite all the constant talk about so forth and so on, I have not had a discussion with the president about this, I'd say for several months.

[00:02:22]President said and he issued this. I've been asked by the Emiratar, Tammen bin Hamin al Tani, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia. I'm not going to read their names. It's ridiculous. and the president of the UAE to hold off on our planned military attack of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which was scheduled for tomorrow.

[00:02:46]In that serious negotiations are now taking place, and that in their opinion, as great leaders and allies, a deal will be made which would be very acceptable to the United States of America as well as all countries in the Middle East and beyond.

[00:03:04]Well, how do we know that this deal will include importantly no nuclear weapons for Iran in caps with exclamation? Based my respect for the abovementioned leaders, I have instructed Secretary of War Pete Heg, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, General Crane McCain and the United States military that we will not be doing the scheduled attack of Iran tomorrow, but have further instructed them to be prepared to go forward with a full large-scale assault on Iran on a moment's notice in the event that an acceptable deal is not reached. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

[00:03:44]Now, so I if I say to you this is another delay and ceasefire of 2 weeks has gone on for what almost 2 months.

[00:03:55]Um and yes, I praise the economic chokeold on the straight of Hormos and the damage that was done in the early weeks of this war.

[00:04:05]But if I were to say to you, I really wish we would continue with this and keep the economic pressure on and arm the people there so they could take over the government or at least knock out the government.

[00:04:18]And if we bomb in three or four days, Mark, look, you we're just impatient and so forth. And so it's not about being impatient.

[00:04:27]We have midterm elections coming up. We have gasoline prices that are very high.

[00:04:31]We have the Democrats who control the media who are very good at their propaganda.

[00:04:36]And I'm just concerned that that these delays may eventually get us what we want, but that I feel we can get what we want regardless.

[00:04:49]Regardless. And there's really no way to manage this regime, their ideology for decades to come. It's not going to happen.

[00:04:59]I don't care how many people celebrate and cheer. That's just not going to happen. Not because of us, because of them.

[00:05:06]Well, let me put a footnote on that. And us too, because after Trump, no president will will have the will or the desire unless it's certain type of president, maybe like a Rubio or Dantis or Cruz or somebody like that, but otherwise, I don't see it happening. Certainly with the Democrats, we don't see it happening at all. So, I'm very concerned about it. And here's the president. Cut 22. Go. Can you speak a little bit about your uh post on true social on Iran and what was the decision that why you didn't attack Iran?

[00:05:39]>> Well, other countries have come to me and they've said we were getting ready to do a very major attack tomorrow. I put it off for a little while, hopefully maybe forever, but possibly for a little while because we've had uh very big discussions with Iran and we'll see what they amount to. I was asked by Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, and some others if we could put it off for two or three days, a short period of time because they think that they are getting very close to making a deal. And if we can do that where there's no nuclear weapon going into the hands of Iran, I think, and if they're satisfied, uh, we will be probably satisfied. Also, we've, uh, informed Israel. We've informed other people in the Middle East that have been involved with us. And uh you know it's a very positive development but we'll see whether or not it amounts to anything.

[00:06:29]We've had periods of time where we had we thought pretty much getting close to making a deal and uh didn't work out but this is a little bit different. Now we're ready going tomorrow very big and uh not something I wanted to do but we have no choice because we cannot let Iran have a nuclear weapon. Yeah.

[00:06:49]>> We can't allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon. Is that for 20 years, 10 years, 5 years, 30 years? And how do we stop him?

[00:06:59]Well, we'll hit him again. Will we once President Trump has left? Will we actually hit him again? I'm worried about it.

[00:07:12]Uh but uh but this is the situation and so it is what it is. But the idea now that uh I or Israel or Netanyahu controls our foreign policy and these decisions is so preposterous.

[00:11:55]They've been destroying our country along with the communist Chinese. I don't happen to agree that Saudi Arabia is a good friend when it was behind 9/11, the 25th anniversary, which is almost upon us.

[00:12:08]The UAE may be a different story. We'll see.

[00:12:12]They seem to be better, but we'll see.

[00:12:15]Plus, one of their nuclear production sites, real energy nuclear energy sites, was hit by a drone from Iran.

[00:12:27]And yet, apparently they, if we're to believe reports, and the other two Arab countries have said, "No, we we're going to have peace soon." And so forth and so on.

[00:12:38]I can assure you anything short of removing this regime, it's not going to last a long time.

[00:12:45]It'll last through the Trump presidency, but I think that's about it. I'm just telling you, I know how these people think. And by these people, I mean the regime and their scholars and their imams and their professors and their authors because I've read it.

[00:13:05]And if you can get your hands on everything Bernard Lewis has ever written.

[00:13:11]A tremendous mind and scholar, one of the greatest who studied Islam for more than half a century. Died in his 90s, probably for 60, 70 years. And for a good chunk of that time, he was a professor at Princeton. Bernard Lewis was his name. If you can get a hold of something written by him, by all means read it.

[00:13:37]I am very pleased that conservatives, conservatives, some with platforms, some online, some on radio and so forth, are finally finally talking about the Marxist Islamist fusion. They're even using that phrase.
