Millions of “good mosquitoes” could be released in 2 states

[00:00:00]Listen to this. So, tech problems aren't the only bugs that search engine giant Google works to get under control. The company is now aiming to control the mosquito population. So, the tech giant wants to release 64 million of what it calls good mosquitoes in Florida and California. Google is asking to release the bugs that carry a bacteria. It's called Wolbachia, which causes mosquito eggs to not hatch. That means that fewer mosquitoes in future generations.
