But if you are a refugee in South Africa, or you are a South African citizen, yes, if you are a South African citizen by marriage through you got married to a South African lady.

You are not You are exempted, just like the refugees. So, the South Africans who go around harassing people, telling them that they should not run businesses because they are supposed to have 5 million rand before they operate businesses, shame on you. Go and study your country's laws again very well.
