For those who need 5 million rand to start a business, these are pure foreigners who are not South African citizens. For example, every country has an investment park like in Ghana.

[00:03:11]In the United Arab Emirates, for example, I think it's about 100 million uh there's money for every country. Even in Nigeria, there's a certain amount of money for you to come into Nigeria as a foreigner and start a business. That money in South Africa is 5,000 rand.

But if you are a refugee in South Africa, or you are a South African citizen, yes, if you are a South African citizen by marriage through you got married to a South African lady.

[00:03:47]If you have become a South African by refugee status, or you have become a South African citizen by whatever way you managed to become a South African citizen, you have that document that says you are a permanent resident in that country, you are a South African, you are legally to stay. You are not You are exempted, just like the refugees. So, the South Africans who go around harassing people, telling them that they should not run businesses because they are supposed to have 5 million rand before they operate businesses, shame on you. Go and study your country's laws again very well.
