So tonight we're going we have different mix view when we posted this today on G has seat. people call us and um people were saying oh you know x y the thing that I didn't like today was um some others call us that since we put this beyond us we shouldn't discuss it uh there just be we should just forget about it because it will bring back old wounds and um they they don't want us to discuss it because when we discuss it they said that people will go back into their feelings and people will start insulting one another. So since we talk about peace, let's forget about peace and we can't do that. So um I can't do that for a fact because I was also involved in the impeachment of Fu and um everyone of you know that for for a fact. So um when we were prosecuting him at that time we were taking the name all over. We went front page Africa we SOJ was at the forefront. I was the fourth soldier then um prosecuting the president Frank then and after that we end up uh he sue us and then they we counter sue and then today um with the verd that we are seeing that GGAa um Fred was uh Fred was found not guilty um that's what we have here on the paper um though some people call us today and said no Fred did not about Fred being guilty or Fred not being guilty um people were saying that oh no you know that he didn't drop the charges but um as a legal person I work with court and I go to court every day and there's one thing I will tell you today but anyway I'm not talking plenty we are going to wait for all the panelists to be here today but today will be a little bit tense because we are bringing back GG like me that sit here today um I was one of those at the forefront for us to make sure that GGAa money was accounted for and everything I was at the forefront to share all kinds of informations on Facebook and I today we were talking about they then nobody stop us and today I want to talk about his equator they say we shouldn't talk about it we're going to talk about that this is SJ you know me and I and I and I'm just me you know you just have to love me you can't do anything without me so I go I'm going to be here till God called me but you can't say you can't you can't silence some people we are not going to be silent no you can go ahead and say what you want to say we are going to discuss this topic. I'm just saying um but to say that u Mr. Gu to say that Mr. was we shouldn't discuss the topic today. It is not is I actually felt bad that people were saying that we shouldn't discuss the topic. You know um my problem with us the crown people we can't cause paid or spade.

But GG did not inform me whether we were going to go to court or they dropped anything.
I don't know. The moment I go when I came by my lawyer sent me this email when I read it on Tuesday and then it got you know it got to him when he came from the convention and then they they scheduled him to go to court. So he's like but I thought everything is uh this but the law his lawyer was like you know why you supposed to go to court but you told me that you don't you not wanting me again. You don't want to retain me.
That's why I'm sending you this email.
You know when I send you I will send you this email once you receive it please sign that form that you representing yourself on Tuesday. So Fred went and signed it. So Fred went to that court representing himself without a lawyer.
Fortunately for him, good luck for to him. Fortunately for him, the judge denied that particular u request the petition to recruit the f lawyer because he didn't do it too much in advance. So they he was supposed to appear there with Fred but Fred didn't know. So when Fred saw the lawyer there um GGA lawyer was there. So GGA lawyer after the judge went over everything GGA lawyer requested continuity so that they can still continue the case.
Then friend lawyer came in and said that you know what we don't want u we don't want uh we don't want this. We been on this case for 9 years.
We either rule on this case or we just dismiss this case. So the two of them argue a little bit and our lawyer GGA lawyer and then for lawyer they argue a little bit. Then the judge you know what I will come out with a decision. We not postpone the case. We not continue the case. So you go I will send your email.

In a case where you failed to provide evidence of whatsoever you are accusing a person of the judge can either move to dismiss it or rule in the favor of the defendant.
You understand? And for me that is what happened in this case. I think you know some of our people need to need to they need to face the music.

Failure to do that warrants dismiss of the case warrants that the judge ruling in in in favor of the person you are prosecuting. So for some of them to come up here and I mean be calling around and say, "Oh, we let it go." If you had let it go, your lawyer was not going to be present if they had let it go. And God help President Graham because he was he he he was going to walk alone to that court there and represent himself. And the fact that their lawyer was there, things were going might have turned out bad for him. But because his lawyer did not give you know enough time adequate time to to you know take himself off the case the judge made him to come to court.
So if if Fred Gri's lawyer was wasn't there he could have ended up being guilty. So what are people talking about here saying oh uh we let it go. if you let it go. Do you know how many conventions we've had and how many times Fred Guy has tried to, you know, appear?
I remember in in in in Minnesota when Fred Guy came in the house, people pushed him outside.
Everywhere he goes, people try to shame him because of because of some people who are on the panel on on on the panel here tonight. because of some people who are still part of the organizations because of some people who are part of the the the community some of them part of the board still why you yelling >> no I'm saying it because listen these are the kind of things that get me passionate you understand it is it is very bad for you to be in the dark house you try to associate with your people and every time you show your face shame on you people people tell you everywhere you go like do you know how many opportunities Mr. Buyer has lost just because he's of this kind of case. Um the thing is the people never had enough evidence. Fred may have done something but because they don't have evidence and the other people on the other end who don't even know about the case where the one judging him already they found him guilty before the court could even speak. So tonight for me I believe in evidence. I believe in people doing the right thing. If it is not done properly, it is not done at all. So I want to say congratulation to friend.

If you are a leader of a group, you cannot forgo a major case that affects the grand judian, the people of Granja County, people that are contributing their hard earned money to the organization. I am not saying Mr. Goon is guilty, per the court ruling, we know that he's not guilty for now. Well, he's not guilty. But if a case a a serial case of that magnitude is in place, an administration come out, the leadership come out and say we are not going to persecute. We're just going to dismiss this case.
It's scary. It is not good for our people. It would discourage the people of Granja from contributing to the organization.
Mana Paul came out here just few days ago asking us Ben Reidian to pay minimum $500 for a million dollar project. Yet she dismays a major case that we have given Grand Jer Association more than $200,000 back into her account.
But you want us to pay minimum $500 each to to support your $1 million project.
