The Democratic National Committee's 2024 election autopsy report was criticized for being incomplete and incompetent because it failed to address fundamental strategic failures including Joe Biden's advanced age and mental health concerns, the lack of a primary process for Kamala Harris, and the party's over-reliance on identity politics rather than middle America appeal. The report was described as a 'needless waste of time' by political strategist David Axelrod and was criticized for not addressing the strategic failure of shielding Biden from public criticism or the inconsistency in messaging when Biden dropped out and endorsed Harris. The video argues that Democrats have learned nothing from this report, as they continue to focus on anti-Trump messaging rather than developing their own positive platform and have not addressed the core issues of affordability and economic policy that voters care about.

Why the DNC's 2024 Report Proves Democrats Aren't LearningAdded:
Was Democrats' fate in the 2024 election sealed when Joe Biden decided to run for re-election?
And then to participate in the debate or was it because of this moment when the party put Kamala Harris at the top of the ticket with no real primary process?
The path that led me here in recent weeks was no doubt unexpected.
But I'm no stranger to unlikely journeys.
So or was it because Kamala Harris then declined to sit for an interview with one of the country's biggest media figures?
She had an opportunity to come here when she was in Texas and I I literally gave them an open invitation. I said anytime.
I go I'll do it at 9:00 in the morning.
I'll do it 10:00 p.m. I'll do it at midnight if she's up.
Or perhaps it was her fateful response to this question 1 month before the election.
Would you have done something differently than President Biden during the past 4 years?
Um there is not a thing that comes to mind.
So even though a version of the Democratic National Committee's 2024 so-called autopsy report an autopsy saying why something happened the way it did it was released today a year and a half after the election we still don't really know the answer to any of those questions because the 192 page report which was meant to be which was sold as an honest evaluation of what went wrong for Democrats and which the DNC had withheld for months didn't address any of those things.
No. No, it did not. I think the easy result here is Kamala needs more time to make her case to the American public.
She only had 107 days. I think Kamala is an elite accomplished political talent.
It would be racist and sexist if she's not the nominee in 2028. And so, I just think Kamala Harris deserves the opportunity as a black woman to be able to convince America that she's the right choice. She only got 107 days.
And I think she's the best asset the Democratic Party has. I'm curious what Melissa would say. I don't see how you pass up the VP. She's She's accomplished. She's a strong black woman who speaks well to the concerns of America. And I think she deserves a second chance.
>> Yeah.
What's going on everyone? Sauce Kenny here today. And we're seeing the stunning incompetent 2024 Democrat autopsy report. And the reason I call it incompetent is that it does not mention Joe Biden at all, right? Doesn't man It doesn't mention the strategic failure of the the the DNC for trying to prevent uh Joe Biden or any criticism of Joe Biden's mental health. Right? Uh no coverage of that. Uh not even acknowledging that. Nowhere in the report. So, you gave me 192 pages, spent I don't know how many millions of dollars to make this report.
And it doesn't give anyone any answers that we know is the reason why Kamala Harris lost the 2024 election. There's not one mention of Joe Biden's advanced age or strategic decision to shield him from public that thought he was too old to continue as president. Unreal. And this is supposed to be an unflinching, right?
>> [snorts] >> Oh, we're we're being real true with ourselves. And apparently this was leaked by CNN.
And here's a summary. I'm going to give you a summary on it. But, you know, I want to play I want to drop some more clips cuz you saw from the intro the sarcasm from uh Clay I forgot his name.
But, he made this sarcastic Oh, Kamala Harris should run again. She ran a perfect campaign. And it's like you rose a billion dollars, right?
Because one of the things one of the notes in the autopsies was that they didn't raise enough money soon enough.
Like, how much money do you need? In 2024 the Democratic Party out rose the Republican Party and still lost.
So, I don't think it was a money issue.
My personal opinion, it was a candidate issue. And later on in the video, I'll I'll I'll explain some of my points here. But, one quick one, all you have to do is look at Kamala Harris when she ran in 2020 and compare to how she ran in 2024, and you saw no difference between 2024 2024 Kamala Harris and 2020 Kamala Harris. The only difference was there's no daylight between her and Joe Biden, and I think that's one of the number one of the number one reasons that cost her the race. It cast Biden operation as having neglected Harris.
How you can neglect Harris when Harris didn't have any talent to begin with?
I'm just being honest, guys. Cuz Harris, I believe she was not equipped to be a national candidate, and I'll dig more into that uh later in the video. It also points to a a broader failure to define Trump. Yes, because all the Democratic Party ran was anti-Trump. And I called this out in my videos. If you look at the history of this channel, guys, oh, and shout out for you guys for supporting me. I made it to 10K. I'm really happy about that, right?
If you look at my channel, one of the during the 2024 election, my main talking point was like Biden being anti-Trump will not win Kamala Harris the presidency.
Kamala Harris supporters are annoying because they think they can gaslight and shame people to support her as a candidate. It says Harris and her campaign took too much for granted.
True, because they thought all she needed to do was run as a black woman and people will fall in line.
Uh ala Obama's speech to black men. Not going to get into that. It cast Trump's transgender ad as very damaging to Harris, which it was.
It suggested a shift away from identity politics and towards middle America appeal, which is the fact. It was too focused on identity politics because when she lost 2024, what Joy Reid said, she ran a perfect campaign. It was the voters' fault. The voters was racist and sexist.
That's why Kamala Harris didn't win."
That type of crap is what cost the Democratic Party the election.
It cast Republicans as just better at politics. I'll take that. It says Harris at least helped other Democrats more than than Biden. And it says Democrats need to spend earlier. You You had a You rose a billion dollars. But, you know, I'm I'm done ranting on this. Let's Let's take a quick look about Fox News and their kind of reaction to this piece and then we'll get into a more in-depth discussion about this. So, let's take a look. The DNC finally releasing its autopsy autopsy report on the 2024 presidential election. DNC Chair Ken Martin writing, "I am not proud of this product. It does not meet my standards and it won't meet meet your standards. I don't endorse what's in this report or what's left out of it." Shannon Bream is the anchor of Fox News Sunday. She joins us now. So, this just happened. Why do you think he thinks that it does Well, do you know why it doesn't meet his standards or why he thinks people will be disappointed?
Well, we're going through what CNN says is this report. We haven't verified it independently, but it's got all kinds of notations on it that are apparently the DNC's objections or questions that it had. And Ken Martin says he initially didn't release this after he had commissioned it because there wasn't source material. They felt there were issues with it and they wanted to see more pull more together before they'd release it. And then he said, "After we had it, you know, some success in these special elections and other things, I didn't want to release it cuz I thought it would be a distraction. Then I realized it was a distraction not releasing it. So, CNN says it's gotten its hands on this thing and what they're purporting that it is, it talks about a lot of different things in here. They say Democrats have lost ground at every level from inconsistent messaging and improper planning. They talk about funding and not equipping their state parties. And, you know, the document I'm looking at goes on a deep dive through a number of state races. I mean, down to the Attorney General level and looking at where things matched and didn't match with messaging and voting.
And they said, you know, in some of these cases that you couldn't just have a message that were anti-Trump. It's we hate President Trump or he's not good for us. He's not good for the country.
You have to have your own independent messaging. So, it's nearly 200 pages.
We're starting to dig through it and we'd like to independently verify it ourselves as well.
>> There's going to be a lot of reaction.
David Axelrod's already out there. He called this a needless waste of time.
Mhm. Given the current challenges Democrats face.
I I think Ken Martin kind of put his finger on it. You know, by not releasing, he drew he drew a lot more attention to it, Shannon.
And they made it a distraction because of the fact that I talked about how the Democrats lack the ability to self-reflect. And I believe this lack of self- this retrospective the the the lack of retrospection is one of the main reasons why this party has lost its senses. And John Fetterman, in my estimation, will make a better chair than currently Ken Martin. They need to bring someone who's from a swing state, a swing state Democrat, and make them the chair. Because when I saw them like I I covered and I don't want to go too much on a long rant. I covered when they were doing the elections for the DNC chair when David Hogg won. And I was talking about how all the people that was making sense, no one did no one no one who was making sense got voted in. It was whoever virtue signaled the best.
Whoever was appealing to the identity politics the best. That's who got the leadership positions in the DNC. And I was like, this is everything wrong with the Democratic Party. They're so caught up in feminist feminized languages, feminized messaging that they all they care about is appealing to the emotions and validating the opinions and the beliefs of their constituents.
Instead of telling them the reality to their constituency and what they actually need to do to win.
And this is why I believe many Democrats and their strategists have lost the plot. But I digress. Let's get into CNN and their um evaluation of this autopsy report. We've obtained the Democratic National Committee's so-called autopsy report examining Kamala Harris's 2024 election loss to Donald Trump after President Biden ended his campaign. The document finds the party has steadily lost ground since President Obama's successes and And one thing I wanted to mention before we continue in this video is the fact that when Joe Biden initially dropped out, that's one thing that autopsy didn't confront either was the that this this this quick like inconsistency in messaging. First, when Joe Biden dropped out, it it gave this a view that it was going to be an open primary. And then Joe Biden came out and said, "No, I'm endorsing Kamala Harris.
She's going to be my successor. She's going to run in my place in 2024."
And it seemed like there was like a schism in the party. They didn't the autopsy report didn't address that. The the fact that there wasn't a primary and they didn't they didn't allow their voters, the Democratic voters to weigh in on the nomination. I'm I'm just saying. I'm just saying. I This is why I call the report incompetent, incomplete.
But, you know, I digress. Blames the former Biden campaign and the White House for failing to set Harris up for a success. The DNC report also uncovered a broader inability to to define Donald Trump and criticizes the Harris campaign for taking too much for granted. It urges Democrats to shift away from identity politics and move One of the reason why it's hard for the Democrats not to take stuff for granted when she was just like she was just put there.
She didn't she didn't have to run a primary. She didn't have to earn her spot. Sorry. That's the reality. And she developed bad habits and it only reinforced her weaknesses.
She waited a whole month. Remember when she first when she first got the nomination, she waited a whole month before she started having interviews.
You can't do do when you only have 107 days.
And then use 107 days as an excuse for her failures. You can't do that.
You rose a billion dollars, over 1 billion dollars in 107 days. You have no excuses.
And you didn't take risks either. You didn't take calculated risks. You didn't go on Joe Rogan. You didn't go on other platforms that you could have went to.
And it was one of my This validates my critique of her, how she can't talk to people in the middle cuz she's so used to being in California and virtual signaling.
Thinking that being a mixed woman is enough to get power. And I think that's how she took the the presidency for granted. She saw she rose a billion dollars. She said, "Oh, no way. I got this in the bag." toward a middle-class appeal.
Joining us now here in the situation is Democratic Congressman Jared Moskowitz of Florida. Congressman, thanks so much for joining us. Simply stated, this document that we just obtained, CNN just obtained, cast Republicans as just better at politics right now. What's your view of these findings? Well, I I haven't seen it since it just came out, but obviously, like an autopsy is a medical procedure you do over a corpse.
And now it sounds like we need a malpractice attorney because we couldn't even do the autopsy correctly. So, look, I we know how we got here, right?
Obviously, you know, it was the the Joe Biden issue at the debate. It was the switch over to Kamala without a process.
And at the end of the day, Democrats weren't talking enough about affordability and the economy. And that's what we need to be doing. And we've been doing that ever since the election. And so, look, we lost the last the last election. It wasn't close.
Okay.
These people have not learned anything.
They're still doing the kings, no kings.
You're still making it about Trump.
You're You're You're talking about affordability, but then when voters give you the chance in Virginia, you're here trying to gerrymander the state. Like I I I don't see where he's saying this messaging from. Maybe they are saying it. Maybe Democrats are saying the right things, but people are looking at when you do get an opportunity, what you do with it. We seen Zoramondami increasing taxes, chasing out the rich.
And the rich is warning them, "Hey, you do this, we're out." And it's going to hurt your states. It's going to hurt your governance.
We're seeing reality play out. The least affordable states to live in are blue states.
We're seeing in California a whole gubernatorial debate about policy, about gas taxes, cuz right now gas is top of mind. Where Democrats can show, "Hey, look, we're helping we're helping Americans keep more money in their pocket by removing the gas tax." Because right now we're seeing that as a detriment to the affordability for many everyday Americans. And you are guys are stubbornly not willing to change those policies or remove those policies.
At a certain point, you guys got to come to like a come come to a realization that it's not the messaging. It's not just the messaging.
It's your tactics. It's the way you guys go about things. It's your appeal.
Cuz in my estimation, you guys made a lot of mistakes. One mistake was the State of the Union address with Donald Trump when he said, "Hey, you know, this country we should make policies based for Americans, not illegal aliens." None of you guys stood up.
None of you guys made it clear that Americans are a priority in this country. Americans should be a priority in this country.
And I think this is what's hurting you.
But you know, that's just me talking.
Let's get back into the video. Hey, but the fact that we can't even tell people why we're too afraid to tell them the truth. They know the truth. They saw the debate. They saw what happened, right?
And they saw that we got killed in the election. We lost every swing state. So, they can write whatever document they want, but Democrats know why we lost.
The report, as you know, is silent on several notable aspects of the 2024 presidential campaign. For example, it does not include any judgment at all about President Biden's decision to run for re-election in the first place or the uh Kamala Harris's campaign's now infamous decision not to do an interview with podcast host Joe Rogan. Has your party, the Democratic Party, sufficiently reckoned with its past missteps to succeed in future elections?
I'll say no.
I'll say no.
Right? Gavin Newsom tried to do some appeal to that, but since the gerrymandering since the redistricting battle, mhm.
Democrats lack the ability to talk to moderates.
Democrats are seen as a party of a tiny tent.
A party of you're with us or you're out.
Right? John Fetterman is a perfect example of this. They're trying to primary that guy. Where where in my estimation, he's the most sensible Democrat with a national profile that the Democrats should be utilizing and listening to.
They're not listening to him.
Democrats are doing more of the same.
Maximum warfare.
Doubling down on the on the political polarization and then blame Trump for it. I don't I don't get it. I don't get it.
America's like, yes, let's pass the Save Act. No, don't want to pass the Save Act. You're part of the least productive Congress.
In my estimation, if if Republicans were smart, they'll cast, hey, the reason why we're the least productive the least productive Congress in a long time is because Democrats refuse to do anything.
All they care about is resisting Trump.
And this this blind resistance to Trump is what's causing Congress to be so unproductive.
That's how I'll cast the Democratic Party. That's how I'll define the Democratic Party. I I think I think we have. I think we have reckoned with that. Um you know, whether the DNC has reckoned with that is a different question.
Obviously, the fact that they, you know, wanted to worked on a document that doesn't tackle maybe the two or three largest problems in the last election kind of tells you that like some of the folks there were in denial of what happened. The American people know, that's why the election wasn't close. We had never seen anything like this in our history. Look, Joe Biden served for 50 years in Washington, right? He has an amazing legacy and he will he will go down as someone who gave his entire life right to to the political process and public office. But the American people saw that debate and then they saw how we transitioned and got out of it. We we we were in a box at that point. Uh Denial. Denial.
You the autopsy doesn't even address the fact that Americans felt Joe Biden, who had the highest inflation rate in 40 years, right?
Was still playing denial. Like they were trying to deny it to the American people in their face. Hey, yeah, the the economy is good. The economy is good.
The economy is good. Having the media like The Guardian report that Americans falsely believe that Biden's economy is bad. And then in 2025, political admits that the voters were right on the data.
You guys won't contend with that. That you was trying to sell America a story and all y'all keep crying about was threat to democracy, threat to democracy, threat to democracy.
And you guys are still doing that today.
Trump's the king. Oh, Trump's the I just did a video with Gavin Newsom. Going on a progressive congress conference talking about how corrupt Donald Trump is. You don't get it. You don't get it.
The guy Gavin Newsom, guys, he's one of the leading candidates, one of the leading figures that everyone's projecting that he will be one of the front runners to win the Democratic nomination for 2028.
And he spent 40 minutes talking about how corrupt Donald Trump is and not about what the Democratic Party could do better for you.
How the Democratic Party is better than the Republican Party and why? What policies they're pushing? How they're going to help with affordability when they're not even willing to remove gas tax to make gas a little bit more affordable for Californians.
What y'all say and what y'all do are not congruent. And I think that's the biggest problem with the Democratic Party. Sure, you can make some you know, you can make some arguments about Republicans, right? They're dragging their feet. They don't want to pass the Save Act. They don't want to do everything they can to pass the Save Act. But Republicans have an out. We have a slight majority. Democrats are blindly saying no against anything we put up.
So, hey, it it may not be an it may not be a good excuse, but it's a it's a decent one. It's way more decent than the Democratic Party. Hey, why you guys are voting against the Save Act? Oh oh oh oh we want illegals to vote. I mean, we believe this will hurt married mothers who changed their last name. They won't be able to vote. This is why we're voting against the Save Act. Huh?
You guys have learned nothing. Democrats have learned nothing from the autopsy.
And that's not what the the American people want, and that's why we got shellacked in the last election. I mean, we lost every single solitary swing state. Uh and so >> even close. Wasn't even close. Now, listen. Now, we got a whole 'nother problem as a result of that, right? We got 18 months of the Trump administration, right? Gas prices in the mid $5, affordability's even worse, inflation's even worse, food prices are even worse. So, those very issues that were going on in the last campaign when we were talking about Bidenomics and all of that, and we were trying to tell people how to feel, Donald Trump has adopted that strategy. He's telling people how to feel in really bad economic times. And that's also not going to work for him. And so, Democrats now need to be going out and telling that story, which is he tells And I I also think the Republicans can paint that as a way of hey, you guys are stopping us from doing anything about it. We're trying to fix it. We're trying to do something. We're trying to pass these bills. We're trying to pass these laws, but you guys are getting in the way.
That's the position they can take. The whole thing is The whole thing I want to say here is that Democrats are not blaming this on this. Your guys had the highest inflation rate in 40 years. As much as how hot inflation has been recently with Donald Trump, it's still not as bad as Joe Biden.
Right? You guys are in on this, too.
Democrats have to highlight how they're better.
Right? Because right now we the Republicans can make the effort hey, we had put them in power, it would have been way worse.
Biden had the highest inflation rate in 40 years. Even though we have high gas prices right now, it's still not what you guys were dealing with under Biden.
And any day, all this stuff is accumulative.
This is all based off of Biden's 22% inflation over a course of his presidency.
Your track record doesn't show that you guys are good on affordability, and that's all Republicans have to point out. And Republicans have to actually show that they're motivated and they're they are. Trump's primary on a bunch of these people that's getting in the way of his agenda.
And then you guys are trying to paint it as some partisan thing, but the Republicans are messaging pretty effectively in my in my opinion. They're saying, "Hey, we can't get nothing done because Democrats are stonewalling us because they just want to blindly resist Trump. Their voters want Democrats to just blindly resist Trump." That's their message to the moderates.
And it doesn't help the fact that Democrats are seen as less politically tolerant, which means you guys were attract moderates. You already guys are starting at a deficit already.
And the fact that you lost every swing state should highlight to you, "Hey, we need to be more in the middle." But instead, you guys are pushing the most progressive candidates you can find.
AOC, Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom. These are your top three frontrunners.
It shows us you have learned nothing. At least your voters have not learned nothing. But I digress. Let me know your thoughts and perspective about this off topsy that the Democrats finally decided to release. Your thoughts and opinions on this matter, I'll be interested to hear what you guys have to say. Don't forget to like, comment, subscribe.
Please share this video if you feel so inclined. It does help me on the algorithm. And I'll catch you guys on the next one. Peace.
