[00:00:00]I felt called to get on here to let you know that in order to fully appreciate your positive emotions, you're going to have to fully feel your negative emotions as well. That is the trade-off for being able to feel feel things deeply on the positive levels that you will feel things deeply on the negative level as well. Just want to get on here and remind you that, you know, if you're going through something and and you're feeling particularly down or particularly hopeless, eventually it will snap and you will be able to go back and enjoy the more positive and greater aspects of life.
