[00:00:01]This Thursday, we have a tail of two worlds across the country with freezing cold conditions in the east where temperatures will battle to reach 20° C, but warm conditions over the western coast. Here's your forecast.

[00:00:22]This Thursday, a reaching high pressure system responsible for the cold, wet, and windy conditions over the northeastern regions. But that same anticlockwise rotation of air around the high causing Burke wind conditions for the western coast where it will feel more like summer. Now we can see scattered to widespread rain still likely across northwest parts of the freeeting the high felt and lumpo and then scattered showers and thunderstorms now also spreading over parts of the northern Cape becoming isolated over parts of the free with light rain still likely in Quasulu Natal. The weather service is warning against severe thunderstorms leading to hail, damaging winds and heavy rain over parts of Limpopo, Hatting and the eastern regions of the northern Cape with a yellow level for warning in place across northwest.

[00:01:06]Then damaging winds and waves still likely along the coast of the northern and western Cape and in places along the coast of the eastern Cape. So please be careful and vigilant. That high pressure system bringing fresh southeasterly winds to the low felt with an icy cold wind blowing turning northeasterly across the central regions blowing fresh and icy. Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds also expected over the western regions with a fresh to strong eastly wind blowing along the southern coastline. In the Western Cape, a sunny and calm afternoon. Eastly winds blowing fresh at times causing Burke winds for the western coast. Otherwise, a chilly morning. Later temperatures above 20 with 23 in Cape Town. Winds picking up over parts of the Overberg as well as along the southern coastline where temperatures will only be around 20° C, but sunny skies expected. A chilly morning at first over the interior of the Eastern Cape. Later remaining quite cool to cold with maximum temperatures below 15 expected around the Escarment.

A cloudy and cold afternoon expected in Quasul Natau with temperatures battling to reach 15 over the interior. Only 12 expected in Fry with that southeasterly wind blowing fresh over the northern coast and fresh to strong at times in the low fault. Cold wet and windy conditions also moving in across Pumalanga. Temperatures only reaching thin around Hermalo and below 20 for the eastern escortment. In Limpobbo, cloudy with rainy conditions and much cooler temperatures below 20. Southeasterly winds blowing fresh in the low fell turning northeasterly in the bushfeld and the weather service warning against the via thunderstorms. In northwest, cloudy and cold with maximum temperatures only around 15.

The northern Cape warming up over the western regions due to Burke winds but icy cold at first over the southern parts where light frost is likely only one the morning in southerntherlands. Later scattered thunderstorms slightly over the northern and eastern regions where we have a yellow level two warning in place for thy thunderstorms.
