Jackson’s analysis exposes the uncomfortable reality of identity exploitation, where legal loopholes and false narratives are weaponized against Black Americans for personal gain. It serves as a provocative call for community delineation to protect social and political capital from opportunistic appropriation.

Black Americans NEVER Thought Indians Would DO THIS!Added:
When I was coming up, the relationship between blacks and Indians in the United States is non-existent. I now live in East Africa where I see a lot more Indians, and I can still see that the relationship between Africans and Indians is at best very strange. But to be honest, Indians kind of do their things and black Americans do theirs.
So, there's no real reason to collaborate unless you're going to a gas station or to a business that they own.
But just because you don't directly communicate with people, it doesn't infer that there is not a real relationship happening. There could be something happening before your eyes that you don't even know about. Just hear me out. Earlier today, I'm scrolling on Instagram. I'm not even really thinking about anything, but this pops up.
>> When these Indians were doing these scams and calling the police and act like they were fake robberies, who were they blaming these crimes on?
Think about that because I know 99.9% of the time they were saying it was a black male who did it. Okay. So, this is why it is imperative. It is very important that we understand why we're doing this whole delineation thing. We need to figure out who is committing what crimes in the community because you see these Indians just got busted with these scams. But these are the same people who will sit back and act like, "Oh, well, we have this this this perfect uh culture full of academics." But meanwhile, you're busting all of the Not only are you committing visa fraud, you're committing crimes and you're most likely blaming those crimes on black Americans. Okay? Cuz when people think black people, they think black Americans. They don't think Jamaican, they don't think Asian, they don't think Afro, all these Afroindigenous groups, they think black American. So this is why delineation is important because you see these Indians are doing right here calling in these fake crimes to get visas, right? I understand who you think they was blaming that on.
I'm listening to what the brother is saying and I'm thinking to myself, yeah, this brother is really reaching. Like I understand what he's trying to say, but it seems like a reach. And I didn't even know if the story was really true.
Basically, he's talking about is these Indians in Massachusetts faked some robberies. Literally, somebody came in and pretended to rob them and they reported it. And how black Americans got involved in it, I wasn't sure until I saw this.
>> This is one of six stores behind me uh where authorities say the suspects staged those fake robberies. All of it an elaborate conspiracy plot to allegedly fasttrack their immigration status. Federal agents made the arrest, rounding up 11 people who are Indian nationals, who are now charged in connection with a plot to stage fake armed robberies at area convenience and liquor stores. Federal authorities say some of the defendants posed as store clerks who could then claim on their immigration applications that they were victims of violent crimes, a designation that would make them eligible for what's known as a U visa. If a non-citizen is the victim of a serious crime in the United States and that victim helps the police, helps the prosecutors or investigators, then that victim may qualify for temporary legal status, a so-called U visa.
>> Retired State District Court Judge James Berettto says there are definite perks to qualifying.
>> Now, that visa, Mary, as you know, um is good, I think, if I recall correctly, up to four years. and uh also may extend beyond that immediate alleged victim to that individual's spouse or children.
It's a big deal.
>> According to the US Department of Justice, the alleged stage robberies happened at six area stores in Hangingham, Weimoth, Randolph, Marshfield, and Worcester. Court documents say the alleged robberies were all caught on store surveillance cameras, and the so-called victims plan to use that video as proof as they applied for a U visa. Now, that was a lot to look at, but just hear me out.
So, the brother was on to something. You see, these immigrants that were in Massachusetts set up these particular robberies across the city, across this particular area, and they wanted to report that they had been a victim of a violent crime. And if they're able to be victims of violent crimes, they can then stay in the area. they can bring their family members over, their kids can stay in and they don't have to go back to India. Then also when they talk to the police, they have to ask for suspects, right? Who were the suspects? What did they look like? And of course, they show the video evidence, but then again, you know who they would probably blame, black people, black Americans. But still, this is sort of a reach because we don't really know for sure if Indians are using black people to do anything because, you know, Indians have that good reputation, right? I mean, they're known for doing good in tech. They're known for doing good in medicine. You know, Indians have a great reputation for building business in America until >> we're being told these are tech geniuses, but they're being brought in to literally be janitors, to be school teachers. People coming in on H1B visas, 70% of India, the majority, one little region, they don't even have high school diplomas. They're literally coming out of villages that have no running water.
Then look, the Indians are organized.
They're giving political money. They're running for office. And then they only hire their people. This is a takeover.
>> Damn. Damn. Damn. Okay, so now I get it.
So here we have the Indians who are in America. They're some of them are misusing the visa H1B visa system. And then what they're trying to do in this situation, they could be blaming black Americans for these robberies. And they want to get their people from India over to America. And they did say that they would become politicians. I'm pretty sure that I heard that, right?
>> He's right, you know.
>> Uhhuh.
Then it all made sense.
that sort.
Once immigrants get into position of authority, they will then start lobbying for themselves over Native Americans, not Indian-Americans, but people who've been there, white Americans, foundational black Americans.
And we already have evidence of this.
The majority of Americans across the country, regardless of political party, know that immigrants from all over the world, Somalia, India, wherever they're from, Latin America, Africa, that immigrants have built this country and make this country what it is today.
>> So, wait a minute. This is important because this is Jamila Japal. She's also an Indian and she's in Seattle, Washington. Now, listen to that verbiage.
She's saying that the Somali, the Africans, and the Indians, we are the ones who built this country. But who typically says that? That's something that black Americans say we built this country, right? That's what we say. Now, this Indian lady and the people that are coming over, some of them illegally, they are saying we build this country.
That's just what black Americans always say. But remember this clip that went viral just two weeks ago.
>> Then we also need offensive actions around prosecutions. We need real accountability because at the end of the day, the people that have been inflicting this harm need to be prosecuted. They need to be brought before us and they need to be held account for the trauma that they have created. And we are going to have to have some form of reparation.
Oh, she wants reparations for illegal immigrants.
That's interesting. So, let's rewind.
So, remember this lady who may or may not, we don't know how she got into the country. She's now a senator. She is now using black talking points. She's using we built this country for her immigrants trying to replace black Americans. Now she's asking for reparations for migrants. But guys, it gets worse. This next thing that I got to show you, you won't believe it.
>> So, uh, exactly like you mentioned, I reviewed the statistical data published by the American Association of Medical Colleges. I figured out that I was much more likely to get into admission as an an African-American than an Asian-American. So, I came up with that scam that you described earlier. I managed to get into Washington University and I'm sorry, get weight listed at Washington University and the University of Pennsylvania, which are the third and fourth best medical schools in the country at the time. And I managed to get into St. Louis University School of Medicine, despite the fact that my 3.1 GPA was dramatically lower than their average of 3.7. So, my plan paid off much more than I expected.
>> So, this was about eight years ago. this Indian by the name of VJ Chocal Ingam um he could not get into medical school as an Asian-American student. Now you got to realize that Indians do fall into the classifications of South Asians I believe. So, he decided to use the African-American uh trope because basically he does look black and he ended up with a 3.1 GPA.
And so, basically, he benefited from black American cause and he got into medical school using that scam. In other words, he took a spot from somebody from our community who could have come back and served our people. But now he has that medical degree based off what our community did. And I'm pretty sure he went back to his community and helped some other people from India get on while benefiting from us. But see, he isn't the only person. fascinating revelations in the New York Times that when he applied to Columbia University, and this has all come out because Columbia University's records have been hacked, he applied as partially Africanamean.
Well, he's of South Asian Indian parentage, but he was born in Uganda.
But doesn't that kind of make him about as much of an African-American as Elon Musk, who was born in South Africa?
>> This is Mr. Zoron Mdani. He is now the proud mayor of New York City. He also tried to get into Colombia saying that he was Africanamean. Again, trying the same thing that this other guy did in the clip before us. And he didn't get in. He wasn't successful. But how many of those people were successful? See, that's the most important part here. You see, what happened in Massachusetts may or may not have meant a lot of sense to you. But see, this is why the delineation thing is so important because when you delineate, you make sure that other people can't just take from you and have a parasitic relationship with you, but they have to at best give to your community because when you deal with Indians, you got to bring value. You can't deal with them and not provide them anything. That's just not going to happen. But in our case, we are now seeing that even in the scam in Massachusetts that you got to know that somebody had to say we think that the blacks did it. Then at the same time when they're getting their people to come into the system that they don't care about you, they don't care about your problems. They'll try to do anything they can to get ahead even if that's taken away from you. And this is why this whole situation made sense. And when you look at delineation, it's not just against Africans, it's against all people who want to be parasitic. Like I can tell you there's so much exploitation when you deal with um other groups, especially blacks. This is what happens to us black Americans. Um I can tell you living in Uganda, this is like, you know, people are nice, but people that come from third world countries, they have been exploited themselves. And this isn't to say that everybody participates in exploitation, but when you come from a third world environment, it's kind of what you know. You can be cutthroat and do whatever you need to do to make it.
And people who are trying to escape their countries and they don't want to go back. If they if it means exploiting you or going back, well, what do you think they're going to choose? They're going to exploit you. And it happens all the time. It happens to me here. It's just something that I have to deal with in order for me to be here. But it's something that I understand now by living here. And a lot of black Americans do not understand what environments that foreigners come from and what they are willing to do to take advantage of what they may or may not need for themselves. So guys, stay woke.
But guys, what do you think? It's your boy Yoshi Jackson back at it again with another episode of the Celebrity Junk.
Appreciate for all that you do.
