California spa owners over alleged prostitution

[00:00:00]The city of San Diego is working to shut down a Linda Vista massage business.

[00:00:03]>> The city attorney filed a lawsuit against the owners of Comfy Spa after a long investigation which they say uncovered alleged crimes. The lawsuit names both the property owner and the operators of Comfy Spa on Linda Vista Road alleging prostitution, public nuisance, and multiple building and zoning violations including illegally turning part of the property into a residence.
