Told Iran that that they better surrender or else after saying there was an Iran deal. And all the while he's pumping out these these memes that are meaningless. We know this business. We understand what these are.

[00:00:22]The these are attention getters. They mean absolutely nothing. Excellent poll numbers. Thank you. But there's no reference to what poll it is. He's got a 31% approval rate. Um, when you look at this, do you kind of look into your, you know, behavioral crystal ball, maybe your political crystal ball, and go, "Guys, I obviously on his last legs, but do you think the panic is starting to set in for him a little bit?"

And it's and and it's this I I go immediately from from processing that image to the future >> to a to a place when the high court of history is convened.

[00:01:22]reefinstall, right? And then I go immediately to the 10 years of how we got to this moment in time, knowing that there's a catastrophe that lies ahead in the next couple of years that we've run out of time and we've run out of luck.

[00:01:47]This Iran war is a catastrophe >> and it will change the order of power in the in the world in a lot of ways. Some of them pretty big and spectacular, but a lot of them small and and nuance. But but I think about how this happened, the degeneracy, uh the crookedness, the uh absolute betrayal of the ideals and values of the of the country and and you I I have a faith that we'll prevail through it. But every time I see something like that, that's how I go through it. I immediately jump to the future.

Sustained by an immoral band of sickopants uh that have done profound damage uh to the United States as a power to the American people, their prosperity, their livelihood, their happiness, their safety, their security. to make no mention of the war crimes being committed in the southern Caribbean to the caging of children separated from their mothers, their consignment to warehouses where they sleep on concrete and are tortured and disrespected by guards, including from private prison contractors like Core Civic.

And you know, to that to that extent, you know, you you touch on something where you said, I have absolutely no sympathy for anybody that bought those phones and got hosed for 600 bucks, right? I I don't care about any of those people. It it's very different, but in a microcosm, it's very similar as you're pointing out what's going on in the United States of America now, which is I don't know because I don't talk to mag people. I don't know because I don't watch Bry Fart. If you're going to believe what the mainstream media outlets are saying about Donald Trump legitimizing anything he does, anything he does just so they can have access to Donald Trump or if you're CBS and you're running, you know, your your weekly net and Yahoo stroke piece on 60 Minutes, it's it's the collateral damage of being able to cage so many people into this alternative reality. And that alternative reality is now mainstream media. But I want to ask you a question because again I don't talk to the MAGA people. I don't go into those corners or those circles. We try to operate from a a moral and character perspective when we deliver our information. But if I'm the voter, I'm feeling like the Trump phone guy that just got scammed for four phones and $2,000.

[00:05:26]And and it's amazing because you just rattled off crimes against humanity, not to mention the execution of two American citizens in cold blood in broad daylight in the United States of America named uh Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretty. And somehow now, you know, and it's sort of like the same thing with the Jesus stuff. Somehow, you know, the Jesus meme or the phones are now a tipping point.

[00:05:55]The scamming people are starting to wake up are now a tipping point for people to jump off the good boat Donald Trump. Not the murders, not the tortures, not the separating [ __ ] families, not not going after trans and gay communities for for no [ __ ] reason whatsoever.

[00:06:10]Not tubing the economy as America heads for an energy cliff in the next two weeks. It's the [ __ ] phones, right?

[00:06:19]It's the That's the thing that that I don't I don't understand about America today. I really don't.

[00:06:26]>> We have to appreciate is that when we uh do the work in the Save America movement trying to stop these concentration camps from opening in a in a place like Social Circle Georgia, >> that you have people that are involved in the effort to keep the prisons from opening in those communities who think it's a great idea, right? Just not there, right? It's like this would be great in Alabama, right? So you are you are dealing with that from the perspective of we're we're involved in work that and and you you and I are both involved in it where we want to bring all of this to an end. And you know, part of it is protecting Canada, >> right, from the from the poison of the Alberta separatists, for example, that are infiltrated and orchestrated to some degree by, you know, nefarious strings pulled from from Washington. We we know about we know about some of the meetings. Um, all of this stuff that we're that we're that we're seeing that we're that we're witnessing we're we're we're talking about it has to be opposed on a on a constant dayto-day basis and and and you can never ever let up on it. And I I I would just say one thing. As someone who spent a long long career working in uh the business of campaign politics, every time you ever do a campaign, you want to you want to look at an opponent and you want to try to figure out with that person what what what is the inherent weakness, right? What what's the thing, right? maybe maybe their core strength, but what what is that thing that that that is the root uh to winning the personality contest in the campaign, right? How do you how do you take that person, >> right, and and define them? What's their weakness to exploit against them? And Donald Trump, you see it in that interview, he just he can't stop talking.

[00:08:50]and and nobody can tell him that it would be better if he talked less. In fact, this whole coming campaign is going to be constructed around the concept that if only Donald talked more and more people would listen, then we'd be better off. But people are tuning it out.

[00:09:13]People didn't trust the media before Trump and he'll never trust it again.

[00:09:18]the corporate media, people see it and despite all of the insanity, all of the nonsense, the truth bleaches through, >> right? And people form an impression.

[00:09:32]And that impression is now 70% of the country opposes them and they and I wish everybody would have a high-minded reason to do so.

And Donald Trump in his infinite wisdom uh and his and his crypto bros decided that they would erect Don Colossus a 22 foot gold leaf statue at Mara Lago of himself of himself on a marble pedestal. I don't know how much it costs. We'll try and sort this out.

[00:10:48]But I want to put this on the screen for you because it's representative of what we're talking about. There has not been a single media outlet that has condemned this. And if they have talked about it, if they have talked about it, they've talked about it as if it's a good thing.

[00:11:03]They've talked about Donald Trump's gold statue with his fist in the air, the fight, fight guy. And by the way, they got rid of his jowls, which is interesting. And it was dedicated by this pastor uh who held a prayer around it. Now, if you understand anything as Steve, you do, you deeply understand the Catholic faith, the evangelical faith, you understand uh what a golden calf is, you understand what uh Baal worshiping other gods, you shall have no false gods before me. You will not worship any false gods. This flies in the face of the evangelical community that he has tapped uh to bring him to the place where he is today. Um, but I want your thoughts on this. In a time when America's going poor, in a time when literally in two weeks, I put out a post today. Uh, you're going to literally drive off of an energy cliff. Meaning, in two weeks, you're you're going to line up for gas like you've never lined up for gas before. And you're going to line up to pay through the ass for that gas. And you've got countries like Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Japan, they're all rationing gas right now. They have odd days in South Korea where you know if your name starts with these letters you can drive to work on these days but if it doesn't then you got to drive on the odd days and and and America just pumped $400 million of their reserves reserve oil 400 million barrels of reserve oil back into the ecosystem because they don't want to talk about it. This is not something anybody's talking about either. But at the same time Steve and I think this is really [ __ ] important. He's erecting gold statues of himself at his golf course where people are worshiping him. There was a prayer service. I don't know if we have it. Can we and I want your thoughts. Let's let's play the prayer service, Mike, if we can, where they dedicated the the gold statue and they had him on the phone because he he couldn't get there for the dedication, guys. You know why? He was doing a war thing is what he said. So, let's play that real quick. [00:15:31]This is a rebuke to every notion of the republican character of the nation that was held by its founders at the beginning of the republic where George Washington rejected the adornments proposed for a title choosing instead simply Mr. President.

[00:15:54]And then of course this was dedicated by a snake handling grifting socalled pastor, a fraud, a con man and a blasphemer extremist politician named Mark Burns.

Um, how does a 22 foot gold leaf statue of a dude funded by crypto guys rally the GOP post Donald Trump like that or even you know with Donald Trump in the background like I I I don't that's that's the thing you unamerican blasphemous all those other [ __ ] things but you know the collectivism of the United States of America this is the complete antithesis of that this is uh me not we so to speak how how like I haven't seen any any Republicans say anything about this. I haven't seen anybody go, "Ah, this is cult personality [ __ ] You know, this is more about the team." Um, but the the the the loss of agency of every single person in that party in MAGA, in the GOP that hasn't said anything about this is astonishing to me for the very purposes that you just laid out.

Uh they're going to have an 85,000 seat venue built on the Ellipse. It's going to be streamed on Paramount Plus, a 90 foot archlike centerpiece. [ __ ] this is getting even worse. Uh archlike centerpiece. Um, it's uh going to be assembled in Pennsylvania, sent to DC. Uh, that is a cost of about 2 million. Tickets are technically free. Sponsorship packages, ringside seats reportedly going for a million to 1.5 million. I'm not sure who that money goes to, but I bet you I could guess. Per NBC News, Trump is handpicking the most 4 the the most of the 4,000 plus spectators. So, it's basically invite only, but you got to pay. TKO UFC expects to lose 30 million on the event. Laura Trump was quoted that this is quote the hottest ticket in town. Um, this is the 250th anniversary of the American independence movement.

[00:25:48]This is it's being repackaged as his own birthday. It's being repackaged. your your history, your freedom, the sacrifice your your founding fathers made is being repackaged as his birthday party gift to the United States of America on the [ __ ] people's lawn in $1.5 million ringside seat sold by himself and he gets to pick who gets to give him the money. The country symbols are being privatized into one man's personal iconography. Steve, this is almost as disgusting to me as the incredible 22 foot statue of himself he had installed in front of the front of Mara Lago.

This is this is a spectacle of depravity of of decadence of corruption and and excess and it will have a awful political consequence as it should uh for Trump and so many MAGA voters who will be watching this or reading about it should No, they they'll never be invited. But the good news is Democrats are going to get to compare Donald Trump to Jimmy Carter in 1979 and it's going to drive him crazy. It's going to make his head explode. And that's and that's what Democrats are going to have to are going to have to do to be relentless as these failures accumulate as he's more delusional. is more attached that each action he takes has to be met decisively with an effort to flip what Trump is doing and turn it into something that can hurt him politically.

And again, this is the point of why we do this show. It's called Dead Air. Uh you're not getting the real news. You're not getting information as you should get it as the United States of America, as Americans who want to know these things. And it's it there's a purpose to it. Had a conversation with someone last week. We were talking about Barry Weiss, the venerable Barry Weiss, and they're like, "I can't believe the ratings suck at CVS. I can't believe they have her there. She's so bad at what she does." I'm like, "Did she didn't get put there to get ratings? She got put there to close the [ __ ] circle. She got put there to make sure that [ __ ] didn't get out. It wasn't about how can we be better. It's how much little can we tell the >> lynch pin.

Uh they have been literally recording a [ __ ] reality television show while he's been on the job in one of the worst year for air disasters in the United States of America. when TSA agents aren't getting paid and they're walking out of work, when we're seeing planes fall out of the sky into the PTOIC, we're seeing other airplanes hit bread trucks. Um, and and and they were recording a [ __ ] reality TV show for seven months. Seven months to celebrate Oh, I love this.

[00:36:22]Like, where do you where do you go to work every day? Like, what do you what do you do now? Obviously, he's a figurehead of the department. He has no real responsibilities, right? So, he has no authority there.

He's like a you know the guy the guy who's the greeter at the Walmart doesn't own the store for the for the [laughter] right for the you know for the uninitiated watching right I just to point that out and uh wow wow like I just put no one no one no one knew no one knew >> nobody >> no one knew I wonder I wonder where >> insidious than that like it's one thing for for mainstream media in the United States to look away they get paid to do it every day or threaten to do it every day but it's another thing for them to actually bring up the truth and then get hammered for it. And this going to give you some details of the show real quick.

It's a nonprofit took sponsorship money from Boeing, Shell, Toyota, United Airlines, and Royal Caribbean. every one of those companies regulated or does major business with the department of [ __ ] transportation. And uh god forbid anybody asked Rachel Campos that this weekend on a sitdown interview about the great American road trip with her and her uh her her football team of nine children because Rachel got real upset that someone questioned her. So Pete Jud Judge's husband Chad Chaz he uh he brings up some worthwhile [ __ ] talking points and she then goes on a an absolute [ __ ] terror and says this is about encouraging everybody to get off their couches and screams. That's why you film a television show, right?

So that's like the husband is like is like he's lost his mind and like he's seen this like that it's gone they're out doing the road trip >> and like you know Chass is like well what the [ __ ] right you know these people were attacking us when when we're in an ICU with the with the baby right and he's like I'm saying something and people judge is like you can't say it >> was like honey like don't say anything, right? And he's like he's like I'm saying something, >> right? And it's like so and he he definitely said something, >> right? Like good for him.

[00:39:42]Like I mean, but for sure. Yeah. I mean, that's God almighty.

[00:39:48]>> Well, dude, it's it's all of it. I mean, you know, everything that we've kind of talked about today, uh, everything that we've covered, you know, from, you know, Don Colossus, the golden statue, >> Don, that's what that's what it's called. It's the name of the bottom.

[00:40:06]>> Um, Don Colossus, golden statue, President Trump, 15t tall. The statue's mounted 300 grand crypto. Patriot, let's go. You patriot. um that didn't get any play this weekend in the news. Like very very [ __ ] little. And if they did, it was not panned the way it should have been panned. Not just that, the Golden Idol conversation. Not just that, him on full measure with Cheryl Atkinson. Uh not just that, the Shawn Duffy road trip. Not just that, the $50 million [ __ ] Golden Phone scams. I mean, you know, these are these are all they they I should have bought one. These are all people and and and it's I mean they're they're out of [ __ ] runway, right? That's just like we're not even we're we're not even angry about this anymore. I remember when we used to get angry about this stuff.

[00:40:58]>> We can't stop laughing at this [ __ ] >> No. No. It kind of makes me happy now that so many people sent $100 into >> Yeah. So, we have we have an incredible clip, I'm told, that neither of us have seen.
