The first person's insurance company, who we call the main torque feeer, the person that's mostly responsible for the accident, wound up accepting liability, saying, "Yeah, our person's at fault for it. Here's what we'll offer on it." But also, the other driver was partially at fault. As I viewed it, they did not want to accept liability. So what I did was I hired an expert to go get blackbox reading and what we found was they were going 15 mph over the speed limit. So we took that data, let's say it was 60 and a 45 and we said this is the speed limit on that road. They were going 15 mph over it.
