[00:00:59]Vice President General Retired Dr. Constantino Chiwenga has arrived in Uganda to represent President Emmerson Mnangagwa at the swearing in ceremony of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni in a diplomatic mission that has quickly become a major political talking point back home in Zimbabwe. The high-level visit comes at a time when is internal political discussion within ZANU-PF remain intense with every public appearance by senior government officials now being closely watched by both supporters and critics in VP Chiwenga landed in Uganda accompanied by his wife Kembo Mohadi Chiwenga together with the members of the Zimbabwe delegation expected to attend the inauguration ceremony.
