AlloClay is a cadaveric extracellular matrix (ECM) containing growth factors that integrates into the patient's own fat tissue over 3-6 months, functioning as a biostimulator that prompts the body to produce its own fat; it is particularly effective for large-volume body contouring procedures such as chest augmentation, buttock enhancement, and hip dip correction, and can also be used off-label for facial applications and post-surgical tissue reconstruction.

HAVING TROBLE BUILDING YOUR CHEST? TRY ALLOCLAE FAT LARGE VOLUME FROM DEAD PEOPLE | Dr. Jason Emer
Added:treatments right now we're using AlloClay in our structure onyx technique with our growth factors and our fillers and the AlloClay that's going to help build his chest. We've already done some of this already on one side and I'm going now to lower border to get a sculpted look like he really wants that massive cleavage. He's got a very masculine, very muscular looking guy and this is just going to help his overall um improvement in this area. So what we do is we use the filler to sculpt all the borders and use it in between and around the muscle.
See give him that lifted result. You guys can see here.
Hold that here a second.
Going to make sure the borders are perfect. There we go. Now we now have a more sculpted edge. You guys can see that here and you see the roundedness that he has in the upper chest. Now squeeze for a little bit. Squeeze your chest. Look at you can see how much bigger and how much more defined it is.
It's going to be a little bit a little accentuated now but it's going to really sculpt in here and it was very deficient. Look here. Look at how little muscle there was on that edge but then here look now how much there is.
Perfect. Relax a second.
Okay, let me close this really quick.
Right.
>> [snorts] >> So what we do is we do a small insertion point similar to like what I do in surgery and then I close it with a dissolvable stitch within two three days you can be back at the gym. There's no bruising.
You guys can see it. It's literally like nothing. Almost didn't feel it. Did you feel it?
>> No, not at all.
>> Which is amazing. So the technique we use has been really refined and we've been able to do this and get in a really amazing outcome.
I like to get this tissue closed right away because AlloClay is is cadaveric ECM And that is basically cadaver fat that has growth factors and it'll stimulate the collagen and the muscle in the tissue.
And so I want to ensure that we keep everything inside. You don't want to lose any. It's expensive and our goal is that muscular building.
Scissors.
Whoop. It's okay. We got it.
Hold that more.
These are little fragile.
Little guys. So, Jose, what do people usually ask you about Allo Clay that you should let them know?
>> They ask about Allo Clay if Allo Clay is permanent. So, what a lot of people don't realize is that Allo Clay actually integrates into your own fat in 3 to 6 months. So, it actually becomes your own fat. It is a biostimulator, similar to Sculptra. Your Sculptra tells your body to produce its own collagen and Allo Clay tells your body to produce its own fat. It's very similar to another type of injectable called ReNuva, but realistically, the difference between Allo Clay and ReNuva is that Allo Clay comes in larger spheres. So, that that way it is better for patients who have a lot of volume depletion along with a lot of areas like the body that you need larger volumes. You do get a lot more bang for your buck with Allo Clay, although because it is larger quantities, it is something that is a little bit higher in price. Point depending on >> Well, it's just higher in price because you're getting this from a cadaver, you guys. That means people have to die for them to get the growth factors, which obviously a lot of people do die every day, but they have to donate. So, it takes time. Sometimes they'll have it, and sometimes they don't.
>> Also, it has to be tested.
There has to be only specific you know, cadaver fat that we can use for specific areas.
Like Allo Clay being used on specific areas of the body.
>> But it works amazing.
>> It is one of the best injectables that we have seen in the market.
>> Especially in the US for large volume, it's really the only thing that we have.
So, now I'm going to go to the other side so you guys can see. Now, show them the difference now between the two sides.
>> Ooh. Oh, I see it.
>> Yeah, I'll show you a little bit.
>> What?
Huh?
>> Just go ahead and do the other side, too.
>> Okay, yeah.
Oh, I forgot.
That's fine.
Yeah, look at that. Oh my god. That looks really good.
>> This little spot looks full.
Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> The upper chest.
>> That was what you first had said, this little indent.
>> Yeah, that'd be good cuz now you're actually going to have like you can see the separation. But, look look at the chest.
>> See how >> Look at here here versus this.
>> Big difference.
>> Wait, wait here. Yeah. Isn't that awesome? All right, so now we're going to do the same thing. Bring your elbow out. And then the thing is this this ch- Uh wait.
Where is it? Here. This treatment, um you guys, is not new to me because I do a lot of fat grafting, but this is fairly new to anybody that's considering body shaping.
Now, the FDA approval is not for this area, which is the same for all fillers.
I mean, you basically we use fillers off label in almost every area. Like Sculptra isn't approved, you know, for every area. People do it like the knees, you know, and fillers there's very few that are approved in the lips, but yet people use all of them in the lips, you know, so that's that's the thing that's interesting about injectables. So, this is very safe because this is a basically a fat and a growth factor and a regenerative. So, this is going to be something that you could easily do without very minimal risk. It's just in understanding how to do this and doing this properly.
>> Well, a A of what people don't realize is that, okay, [snorts] you have to treat it as if it's fat, right? So just like if you're doing fat grafting somewhere, you want to be selective with the provider doing this type of injectable because there are complications that can occur, but is you limit the risk by going to somebody who is a lot more experienced in these type of injectables, especially when doing it these type of body parts of like the chest and other areas like the buttock, etc. For those of you who don't understand that, right? There's a lot of complications that come that that can come from fat grafting, from surgery. So this is why it's very important on who is doing your type of injectables, guys.
>> Yeah, and I've been doing injections for men and in muscle like this for 15 to 20 years.
And this is the first of its kind where you don't >> How long does it last, right? So going back into that, guys, how long does your own fat last? Your body naturally metabolizes it as you age, as you work out. Fat cells do not uh ever go away, right? What they do is that they increase and decrease in size as as you gain or lose weight.
I'm very impressed.
>> Yeah, it's amazing.
>> Jose is impressively good.
>> Smart man.
Jose knows a lot about this stuff.
>> I think that we always joke around.
>> Yeah.
>> No, he's very smart.
So you guys, it's important that obviously if you get this done somewhere, they actually understand what it is, which is what I'm talking about cuz anyone can just buy something and think, "Oh, it's a filler. I can inject it." They have to understand how to use it. Actually, the way in which we use this >> Hold on.
>> Well, the we'll come >> is a very unique way. Nobody actually knows. I haven't We haven't told anyone that. It's our secret.
Okay? And I want to tell you why because I don't I We tested this out for a while on many many many patients. And I didn't want to give away the secret until we knew >> Look at that projection, guys.
>> that it was the perfect way to do it.
And now that we've done so many, I think we're the number one in the country using Allo Clay because we do so many revision cases, we do so many people wanting to optimize their body.
>> We don't think, we know.
>> We know.
>> They told us that specifically.
>> It's true.
>> Actually, because the majority of our patients are doing this and getting a lot better results when they're doing their type of procedures like doing fat grafting and body contouring, guys.
Especially for those patients who don't have a lot of downtime, who want to do something like, you know, different than just surgery.
So, this is a great option for those who does not want to do any surgery or anything of that nature to really get the same or similar outcome.
>> Yeah, and this is again, it also if you have like indentations after a surgery, today we had our patient in surgery that um I'll put on Instagram later uh her results, but she had a an infection that made them cut part of her skin out, and because of that, she had these big holes, indentations. And what did we do?
We used her fat and Allo Clay to help rebuild it.
And so now, I'm going to show you guys cuz it looks so good.
Let's clean for a second.
>> Yeah, for those who are not familiar with the topic in the area, Allo Clay can be used on multiple areas like the chest, like the shoulders, like the buttock, like the buttock, thighs, hip dips. You can even use it on the face, which we've done in the past.
Right? And there areas like small indentations from fibrosis or other liposuction areas where people start getting the scar tissues. So, it's really important. You can also do it in the penis. We've recorded a lot of what we've done >> So, show >> other patients really fix >> Yeah, so I'm going to sit him up a little bit so you can see it, but now you guys can see, look at the upper part of the chest, look at more of that border that we created, and look at more of the cleavage.
>> We got a little bit >> And flex a little bit.
>> There we go.
>> Right there.
>> got a little hold right now and then it's going to integrate into the tissue and start to go down.
>> I do, too. It's going to be amazing. And you know what?
>> to be swollen.
>> It's If this makes anyone happy doing this in like 5 minutes and make someone happy, do it, okay? If you can find a doctor. But I'm saying this is going to be great for him especially because he works out a lot and when a guy works out or you get this and you work out, it really builds. This tissue is going to become an enhanced version of himself.
The muscle will grow, the skin will tighten, everything will contour. This is like supercharging, you know, himself. And so that's what we did. So take a look. You guys can see that's what it is. This is his the Maxerus chest basically with AlloClay. I think it's going to be great and we'll watch it integrate over the next few months, but he'll start working out in about 72 hours. Bye, guys.
All right, so now let's do something to his face.
Amazing. Looks great. We'll take pictures at the end.
>> Like >> Yeah, it's amazing.
