Gen Zs Are Speaking Up, Nigerians Are Tired of the Suffering.Added:
The Jenz's are finally finding their voice and for once they are not sugar coating anything. They are speaking exactly the way millions of Nigerians feel deep. My darlings please let's watch this video carefully.
>> Tinu has failed in power. Tinbo has failed in health. Tinbo has failed in education. Please do not mention nail fund because nail fund simply means you're making your citizens poor and then you're telling them to borrow from you so they can pay for the education that they cannot afford that is even poor in the first place. Tinbo has failed in agriculture. There is food insecurity. There is not even food in the first place. Tbo has failed in defense. defense is underfunded and our soldiers keep complaining and keep getting shot for complaining that they cannot feed properly and they don't even have the tools, the weaponry to fight banditry um effectively. Then let's go to empathy. Tubu lacks empathy so much.
We can see this in many cases. He went to in quotes console a widow who lost her son in terrorist attacks. And what did he say? He said there is no light at the airport. I have to go very quick. He said this in a very emotionless way.
This shows that the person you keep defending is allegedly a very demonic person. Yes, I'll have to go to the fact that is a very compromised and incompetent person. I love the fact that you follow your principle to his voice.
So now please please hold him to his words. He said that if I do not provide you with constant electricity in the next elections, do not vote me. Vote me out. I will I guess he's not the only that ever promised you.
>> No, I came here today. Guess he's not the only leader I ever said.
>> I came here to debate humans. Humans are messing. I came here to debate has failed on his promise. He has gone back on his promise. He lacks power.
>> Honestly, watching that video made my heart boil because the truth is painful.
Nigerians deserve so much better than what we are experiencing today. And let me say this clearly before anybody twist my words. I personally have nothing against President Tonobu. I truly believe he may have come into office with good intentions for Nigeria. I honestly think he has tried in his own way. But sadly, the reality is that the best is simply not enough for over 200 million Nigerians battling daily to survive. Leadership is not just about intention. It is about results. And today ordinary Nigerians are not seeing the results. Hunger is everywhere.
Inflation has destroyed the purchasing power of citizens. Businesses are collapsing quietly. Families can barely afford food, transportation, school fees, or even basic healthcare anymore.
Every single day, life becomes harder for the average Nigerian while those in power continue to act like people are exaggerating. Then let's talk about security because this issue is enough to break someone emotionally. The buyings, kidnappings, banditry and senseless bloodshed have become unbearable. Entire communities are living in fear. Families are afraid to go to their farms. Parents are scared whenever their children leave the house. Nigerians are literally praying before every journey as if survival itself has become a miracle.
And honestly, there are still measures this government could take if there was enough political will. Why not seriously consider community policing or state policing? Let states have stronger authority to protect their own people since the current centralized system is clearly overstretched.
Our security personnel are overwhelmed, undere equipped, and exhausted. We cannot continue losing innocent lives every single day while leaders keep giving speeches and condolences.
Nigerians are dying too cheaply and that should disturb every responsible government. But another painful truth is that Nigerians themselves are deeply divided. Ethnicity, religion and regional sentiments have poisoned our unity so badly that WE CAN BARELY agree on anything. Even when the suffering affects everybody, we still find ways to defend politicians because they come from our tribe or religion.
Instead of standing together as citizens demanding accountability, we keep tearing ourselves apart. Sometimes I honestly ask myself, what truly makes us one Nigeria? Because right now, it feels like the federation only exist on paper.
Real unity cannot be forced. A nation cannot progress when every region feels disconnected from the order. Look at countries where federalism actually works properly. States controls many of their affairs, develop at their own pace and contribute meaningfully to national growth. But here many states survive almost entirely on monthly allocations from Abuja while waiting endlessly for oil money. If President genuinely want to leave behind a great legacy of transformation, then Nigeria must move towards true federalism. Let states control more of their resources. Let governors become more accountable to their people instead of constantly depending on federal handouts.
We need productive states, not states permanently waiting for their share of the national cake while unemployment and poverty keep increasing. And let us be honest with ourselves. If not for Niger Delta oil, would this force unity still exist the way it does today? That question may sound harsh, but many people quietly ask themselves the same thing. Oo has become both a blessing and a curse. It keeps the country together financially, but it has also encouraged laziness, corruption, and unhealthy dependence. As youths, we must also understand that social media outrage is not enough. Debates online are not enough. complaining every day without action will not change this country. We need active citizens. We need people who would demand accountability beyond election periods.
We need youths who are informed, involved, and ready to participate in shaping Nigeria's future instead of leaving everything in the hands of the same old political class. Whether we like it or not, Nigeria is still the country many of us have. This is our home. And if we refuse to fix it, the next generation will inherit an even worse disaster.
We owe our children and unborn Nigerians a better country than theirs. We cannot continue normalizing suffering and calling it resilience. Honestly, being Nigeria can be deeply frustrating.
Sometimes you do not fully understand how abnormal things are here until you travel outside and see how basic systems work in other countries.
Constant electricity, security, affordable transportation, functioning healthcare, things that should be normal human rights suddenly begin to look like luxury to Nigerians because we have suffered for too long. At the end of the day, this is not hatred. This is not opposition politics. This is simply Nigerians crying out for better leadership and a better country.
President Tinu, Nigerians deserve better, much better. Don't forget, if your children do not know how to speak EU or soft mathematics properly, bring them into my academy.
