[00:00:19]Man, our police chief We done been through about three, four police chiefs in the last 10 to 15 years, y'all.

[00:00:26]We finally get one post of post the riots.

[00:00:30]And this dude want to start knocking down the employees.

[00:00:34]>> Council leaders, Elliott Payne, Robin Wonsley, and Jason Chavez.

[00:00:38]>> This has an overarching implication for all of police accountability cuz accountability is built on trust and transparency.

[00:00:47]And we when we don't have active collaboration with the administration, whether that's the mayor or the safety commissioner, we cannot do our jobs effectively. And so, what we need today is for the mayor to both share the results of those previous reports and work with us on identifying the leadership for the police department and the office of community safety together and collaboratively.

[00:01:14]>> AND HE TRIED TO TAKE HIS PHONE AND DELETE IT. AND THEN HE START TALKING to people ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION.

[00:01:22]YOU'RE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF law enforcement and you're giving out information that's internal.

[00:01:30]CAN YOU IMAGINE A POLICE CHIEF?

[00:01:33]Can you imagine a police chief that's told not to hinder the investigation and literally hinders the investigation?

[00:01:42]>> of Chief O'Halloran's resignation, our community gathered to honor the 6th anniversary of the murder of George Floyd.

[00:01:50]And despite promises of reform and change, there is no meaningful work from Mayor Frey to show other than a growing list of safety commissioners and safety leaders who have left under problematic or concerning conditions.

[00:02:06]Mayor Frey asking Brian O'Hara to resign is a symptom of a much larger problem.

[00:02:16]Which is simply Mayor Frey >> I'm starting to wonder if this dude has something to do with some fraud.
