[00:00:04]But what they don't want you to know is that you should pretty much never be using that full context window. AI performs worse the more of its context you're using. From the very first token, quality starts dropping. For a while, this trade-off is worth it. But once you hit around 40% of your context window, you're better off compacting or starting a new session. The advertised context window is the ceiling, not the goal.
