And I know I'm going to get [ __ ] from you the minute I say this, but so I've had it with child's b children's birthday parties that go into all hours of the night and that trash blows all into my yard and for two full days I'm picking up all the [ __ ] like the candy wrappers, the balloons that popped. I mean, I understand. I gave a ridiculously embarrassing like hang my head in shame birthday party third birthday for Emily. It was during the day. I scooped up all the animal [ __ ] We had a bouncy house, a bubble guy. Um like a balloon guy, not a bubble guy, a balloon guy and a bubble thing, which my dogs love the bubble thing. I'm not I'm not against that. It went off.

[00:01:30]>> Whose birthday party are you talking about? I'm lost. in my neighbor's backyard. My neighbor's birthday.

[00:01:43]So, you're at home and you're behind neighbors with whom you share a fence, >> correct?

[00:01:53]>> Okay. And then you're getting um you're getting child debris >> for days. Okay. And it goes late into the night. Like the kid is maybe I remember last year I I thought it was her I thought I heard him say it was her 2-year-old birthday. So now we're at 3 and we're going till 11 or 12 a.m. I I don't think that's for her. I think that's for them. And then I cannot tell you how much my dogs how many Reese's Pieces those brown cups that are left afterwards. They're all over my yard. I almost feel like trash like blew over.

[00:02:31]Anyway, I just think it's rude as [ __ ] I think if you have a child's birthday party, it needs to end at bedtime at the latest.

[00:02:41]>> So, I think that's terrible. I've had it with that by proxy. And you're telling me like their candy wrappers are in your yard?

[00:02:50]>> Yes, they're candy wrappers.

[00:02:55]No, because my dogs aren't >> the greatest. They're the barker dogs in the neighborhood. So, I'm not going to, you know, and here's the deal. They're perfect neighbors except for their child's birthday every year.

[00:03:10]>> Yes. I mean, it's crazy. Last year, I thought, what when are they? Because it's like loud music like we're we are having a full >> You think they're tripping Molly or something?

[00:03:22]>> I don't know. I mean I dance music. Is it electronic?

[00:03:27]>> Little kids music during the day and then moves into more adult music, but like kids could dance to it, I guess. I didn't know the name of the songs, but they weren't like >> wet, you know, wet wet ass [ __ ] or anything like that. It was kind of appropriate for kids.

[00:03:42]>> Yeah. Yeah, that would be something, wouldn't it? If they played wet ass [ __ ] at the toddler party.

[00:03:48]>> What would they do if I got up on a ladder and >> What would they do if you got a bucket and a mop?

[00:03:56]Can you imagine if I just climb up there?

[00:03:58]>> That could be great. Get a bucket and a mop. Uhhuh. Um, no. I I've had it with that. I think that's ridiculous. I think that's obscene. I think it's disrespectful.

[00:04:12]>> But here's the thing. Sometimes neighbors have parties.

[00:04:16]>> I think what irritates me the most about this is the the age of the toddler. so little for all of this adult stuff into the evening. Like, I'm not going to throw stones if it's till, you know, like 10:00 a.m. to 2 pm and they can have the clowns and the bubble machine, the balloon maker, the bouncy house, all that. I'm fine with that. Where gets me going is when we're still doing it late into the evening. I completely agree. I think those kids need to get to bed. I think it's reckless parenting. I think it's bad neighboring. I would be every bit as irritated as you, especially if the trash were getting into my dog's mouth. And then your dogs have a history of swallowing things they shouldn't swallow with multiple emergency vet visits, extractions, forced vomiting. I mean, it happens it seems like monthly with you and one of your dogs. So, I would I I agree. I think that's insane.

[00:05:12]I think birthday kid birthday parties are getting ridiculous. So, my nephew Joey and his wife uh Madison, they just had a birthday party for my little baby nephew and she like she had a step and repeat for like, you know, like for photographs and I couldn't help it. And the greatest thing about Madison is she's real self-deprecating. So, I text her and I go, "Birthday party pics look really over the top." She I couldn't help myself. I go, "A step and repeat for a 2-year-old? Seriously?" She goes, "Oh, yeah. Wait till I send you the pics of the personalized juice boxes. It was so over the top. And she and she'll sit there and own it. She'll say, "It's ridiculous. It's a complete waste of money. I wouldn't have it any other way.

[00:05:56]It was all the birthday party was done for the gram of course."

[00:06:01]>> And she will sit and own it. She will say, "It absolutely was done to make, you know, appealing Instagram photos."

[00:06:06]And I I appreciate that. It's the people that thirst trap that deny thirst trapping that irritate me. Oh, my my 2-year-old was dying for a step and repeat. My 2-year-old was dying for that. It's like [ __ ] Yeah. No, Madison's the coolest. She just owns [ __ ] >> No, she just owned it. And I was able to go in and she was like, "Oh, couldn't love it enough. Wish I would have done more." All right. So, okay. Let me tell you, I've been thinking a lot about how triggered and fragile MAGA people are regarding DEI. you know, it's their big thing like we're against woke or anti-woke or anti-Dei.

[00:06:48]And so really what DEI is diversity, equity, inclusion, it's about making sure people that are diverse have an equal shot at jobs that white people normally get.

[00:07:01]Well, I have a new acronym that I would like to introduce to the class and it's I AI, idiot advancement initiative.

[00:07:14]Because every time I see a person on the television or on my phone that is an idiot, they work for Donald Trump and they have been adv advanced to this job, overqualified, really qualified people because of their idiocy. And so I think we progressives need to say we oppose I AI, the idiot advancement initiatives put forth by the Trump regime because I have never seen a larger collection of idiots >> on display. It is unbelievable. It's breathtaking actually when you see JD Vance, Pete Hegsth, Tulsi Gabbard, uh Christy Gnome, who's still the president of the Shield of Vaginas or something that he's given her some job for, right?

[00:08:06]>> The shield of balloon titties, >> big titty Brian. It just goes on and on and on. And it's they really have a policy of advancing idiots, but I blame 77 million Americans for voting for the biggest idiot of all time. And then the buyer's remorse that they're all acting like they have right now. It's just more than I can take.

[00:08:32]Here's the thing on the buyer's remorse.

[00:08:34]And I, you know, me, I'm thinking they have learned their lesson when elections roll around. Please tell me you're not thinking that.

[00:08:43]>> No, no, no, no. That That's what I That's where I want to move. And then you say they would vote for Trump again.

[00:08:51]We've seen it with Megan Kelly. She will go on and on about the missteps, how horrible the ball has been fumbled. And then she says, "Well, it's better than the left." And I would still vote for him. So, here's the thing. As much much as I would like to say that you have put me in a position where you're you pick you put someone in my life a picture of them to my face and say would this person quadruple down despite everything they're saying and in my heart I'm like yeah so I don't have a lot of faith. My my biggest hope for this group of people that now have buyer remorse is they just don't vote because I just don't trust them to not go in and make the same mistakes. So, here's the thing. You bring up a good point. Here's the thing that Trump did is he got a lot of u voter enthusiasm for the idiot advancement initiative.

[00:09:48]And so a lot of people came out that had never voted before or were not super voters that maybe voted randomly. And he really drove up Republican turnout numbers. And I do think, you know, this guy, I mean, I'm no physician, but it doesn't look very good, right?

[00:10:07]>> You know, they remember they're like, "Joe Biden's going to croak any second."

[00:10:11]And this is like to me worse. And I don't think Joe Biden looked lively young. It wasn't a good look. like two years in I was like, "Is he gonna run again?" Well, what we're like 16, 17 months into Trump and I'm like, "Are we still gonna let him do this shit?" Like, he just sleeps on national television all the time or lies or talks about [ __ ] that nobody knows what the hell he's talking about. So, I do think that the voter turnout will not be as good. The Republicans have a really good way of scaring. I think in general Republicans and MAGA men and women are very fear motivated and these people get scared very easily. They get triggered very easily. Like gay people trigger them, trans people trigger them. People speaking Spanish trigger them. Women trigger them. Um, black singers trigger them. And so they get very motivated by fear to go out to vote against these very scary things like black person singing. Um but I don't know that Vance or Mar little Marco or if he ends up running like some family member of his dumb or dumber the sons. I don't think people are going to just go kill themselves to go vote for them.

[00:11:28]>> Okay. So I'll tell you uh watching basketball games I have to watch commercials. I'm forced to. I have no choice. And Oklahoma, as everyone is, h is running for all kinds of offices, governor, the whole nine. You would not believe these commercials. I mean, you would, honest to God, you would think that if you open up your door, you are going to get run over by trans people.

[00:12:02]that there is going to be a march of 70 million trans people all lined up to go play sport >> with machetes >> with machetes. I mean, it's just I every time I watch them, I just think, >> who in the [ __ ] is stupid enough to believe any of this? And I have one guy, he is promising if he becomes governor, he's going to make a Trump Institute for Science or something like that, but it's like a Trump Institute and it's like science or weather. And I'm just like, are you [ __ ] kidding me? That's what we're doing. Like >> there's this one guy, this one guy that's running for governor and here's the problem. what happens in places like Oklahoma because the Republican primary picks whoever is going to be the governor. So, they all out crazy each other and it's a race to the bottom. So, there's this one guy and his name is uh let me see it here, McCall and he basically castrates a banana on a television commercial. Said, "Let me be perfectly clear. cutting this banana and then he does a dramatic chop does not make it an orange. What that means, I don't know. And then he says, I have a simple message for any lunatic pushing sex change for kids. And then he does another chop and he says you first.

[00:13:35]And here's the thing, >> nobody is pushing sex change with their kids. Period. End of story. Kids are not getting in litter boxes at school, squatting down on all fours, getting butt naked, and scratching the litter and then taking a dump and then covering said dump with their hands like they're cats. It doesn't [ __ ] happen. And if you have believed that and somebody has looked at you and said, "Well, I knew my cousin's friend over at such and such high school said she saw the litter box." You're a [ __ ] [ __ ] Everybody has these phones in their hands at all time. And here's all I have to say about how fragile MAGA people are.

[00:14:17]Like, have you ever been around a trans person? Have you ever interacted with a trans person? Like, is this such a threat to your gender, your religion, your family unit that it's so fragilely constructed that a trans person will completely dismantle your entire life identity and faith and family and freedom and all that [ __ ] Like literally, it's such an indictment on these gubernatorial candidates running in Oklahoma about what [ __ ] they are.

[00:14:48]>> Yeah.

[00:14:48]>> That your entire political identity, family identity, religious identity can completely get dismantled because of a trans person.

[00:14:59]Like seriously, it's such an indictment on how weak-minded these people are.

[00:15:07]>> Absolutely. And I and here's the thing.

[00:15:09]I would bet you 95% of the voters in rural Oklahoma have never even been within a 100 mile radius of a trans person.

[00:15:21]>> But I do want to say this. I do think probably maybe they kind of have. And this is what I want our listener to remember. When you're in school and you're little, the phrase tomboy, >> a girl that um is kind of boyish, that's very common before all of this um culture war about trans people. Back in our day, puns, people would say if there was an effeminite boy, they say, "Well, boy, he sure is light in the loafers."

[00:15:53]So this kind of gender fluidity has always existed and nobody has freaked out about it until recently. Now obviously you know these things have resulted in bullying and whatnot but we've all kind of been around our whole lives people that don't fit into these binary boxes that as a society we have made up that boys all have to be this way and girls all have to be this way.

[00:16:22]There is definitely, you can all think back on it. I'll just tell you this much. Anybody who's been to rural Oklahoma or any rural part, there's a real fine line between a cowgirl and a lesbian.

[00:16:35]You go to some boot scoot and bar and you see one of these cowboys that's about this big and has on the tight wranglers and the big belt with the big buckle and the start shirt twirling around on that dance floor. It's giving queen. So, I'm just saying we have all seen this sort of gender fluidity in all of the places imaginable.

[00:16:59]And it's awesome.

[00:17:01]>> It's great. And the fact of the matter is trans people are born in rural communities at the same percentage that they're born in big cities. I recently had on the podcast um a Yale professor Robin De >> Dimroof and they are a uh non-binary person born pumps in a very Christian family um homeschooled went to Bible school. So by MAGA's guidance, in order to avoid woke and transgender, you have to raise your children in a Republican Christian environment.

[00:17:44]Professor Robin Dimroof was raised in said environment. And they were outed after the Bible study stint, then began deconstructing, and now is one of these radical professors at Yale. Wink wink, I say that. But by Mag's by Maga's logic, Robin should be a good Christian person that would never, you know, be non-binary or trans or gay or any of these things. But that's the thing about the LGBTQ plus.

[00:18:18]The majority of the LGBTQ plus people that I know in Oklahoma had conservative Christian parents.

[00:18:26]>> Right. They do. conservatives give birth to trans people, to gay people because nobody [ __ ] picks it. So then you have a choice like this [ __ ] what was his name? McCall. Um, you can either be a dick about it and bully kids via your gubernatorial campaign, or you can say, you know what, maybe these people are a little different than what we expect them to be, but as a person of power, I'm not going to stand on TV like a nut castrating bananas to try to scare the Rubes, you know? It's just it's [ __ ] psychotic. But they're so ignorant. They're so I mean like I can't even tell you all the trans commercials that are going on in the state of Oklahoma right now.

[00:19:11]>> How sad is that?

[00:19:12]>> It's so sad. It's so It makes me so mad.

[00:19:17]So mad. And I'll tell you what else. And I'm like I've looked at all the polls. I see all the poll numbers. I see Trump's policies, his approval rating. These [ __ ] are trying to out support Trump.

[00:19:30]Like, well, this candidate didn't support Trump's this, but I did. And I'm just like obviously sadly because my first thought was obviously that you know their campaign managers aren't cut up or caught up on the polling and the approval rating and then I thought it doesn't [ __ ] matter.

[00:19:48]>> Well, that's what's so sad about states like Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama and my experience, your experiences in Oklahoma.

[00:19:57]you look no further than if you're mad at the way the government is run. It is a Republican problem. The attorney general, the Supreme Court, the governor, the uh both houses in the state legislature, all Republican supermajorities. You hate education, Republicans. You hate uh the law and order, it's all Republicans every bit.

[00:20:22]And as Governor Stit, as I like to call, Governor Limpick, as he goes on, he dedicated every square inch of that state to Jesus Christ at the very beginning of his second term. And still high crime, high teen pregnancies, 50th in education. I don't know if that's an indictment on uh dedicating things to Jesus, an indictment on prayer, an indictment on what do I call it, the idiot advancement initiative. They keep advancing these idiots to do idiotic things that just dismantle. And I I just I I'm at a loss for Oklahoma. And people will say, "Well, you should have stayed there and fought for it." And I'm like, I fought for progressive politics in Oklahoma from the age 18 until 51. I hosted more political parties than anybody I know.

[00:21:15]>> I had everybody's [ __ ] yard sign in my yard. And I finally came to the conclusion >> this is what the people of Oklahoma want. And it's not that they win like by a a a little bit. It is doubledigit ruby red hellfire damnation idiot advancement initiatives. And these people want to talk about trans people because they are [ __ ] obsessed.

[00:21:42]>> Yeah.

[00:21:43]>> With gay [ __ ] and trans [ __ ] And how do I know this? Because I found a little study pumps. You know where the number one place where all trans porn is consumed? Lton, Oklahoma. They are over there watching trans porn on loop. And I don't give a [ __ ] if they do or don't. I just find it fascinating that these people are consuming these anti-trans commercials trying to decide who is the most anti-trans [ __ ] that we can advance in government to dismantle more of what it's supposed to do. And then the minute they finish watching that commercial, it's whack city on trans porn. And that's my thing, you know, which I don't care if you want to whack off to transport porn. Do your thing.

[00:22:26]It's a free country. But it's just the the breathtaking hypocrisy. And I just had to come back. And I hold I'm going to tell you, I hold a lot of the churches in Oklahoma accountable for all of this because so many people are major church attenders. And these pastors are just total pieces of [ __ ] that perpetuate hating on people.

[00:22:45]>> No, I completely agree. I would I would link it in a large majority because you are you hear it in your home and then you hear it from church and then you hear it from the pastor and it it just you think it's normal like well you of course you vote Republican. That's what you do. That's what your parents do.

[00:23:04]That's what your pastor does. That's what your, you know, your school teacher does. So of course you do. Perhaps I remember I watched this like 60 Minutes or Vice. I can't remember which it was.

[00:23:13]It was probably about 15 20 years ago before probably 10 to 15 years ago before this was such a um uh culture war issue before it was really really exploited. And it was a woman in Alabama and she was conservative Christian lady kind of like you know exactly the way you grew up. She prayed. She did everything that she was supposed to do.

[00:23:38]She had this little boy. She lived in rural Alabama. She had this little boy and this little boy kept telling her age 2, three, I'm a girl. I want to play with this doll. I want to play. It's the only child she had. And this boy wanted to wear dresses and do all of these things. So she, you know, they prayed, she spanked him, she put in timeout, she did all of these things. Uh, pastors over. And then finally, she got out of the church therapy and was able to go to an actual therapist. And that therapist told her like, "Your child is trans.

[00:24:10]like that. Your child is telling us who it is.

[00:24:14]A church cut her off. Her family cut her off. Um but she said, you know, this is so painful for me because my whole identity was a Republican Christian woman, but I ha I'm worried that my child will kill themselves.

[00:24:29]>> Absolutely.

[00:24:29]>> And I have to be a mother first. And so she agreed to do this interview. And this and and it was just so goes to my larger point that these conservatives that are hating on all this that think their lives if all you have to do is pray and you know God the the evangelical God plays favorites you know and does personal favors and so these people are so narcissistic and then because their imaginary friend is not doing personal favors for them. you have a gay child or a trans child or your child marries, you know, a a a black person or a brown person. And it's this diversity that protects us. It's this acceptance that protects us because whenever you have an homogenized group together, it just they cook up a lot of bad ideas.

[00:25:19]>> A bunch of white people, that's why I don't like the suburbs very much. a bunch of white people out in the suburbs at HOA. They're just cooking up bad ideas. It's not It's not good. Diversity is a protector. It protects us. It keeps our minds open. It keeps us cooperating, which cooperation we know is an evolutionary trait that helps with longevity. And so I I just want all of our trans listeners, non-binary listeners, and Professor Robin Dimroof, and if you didn't watch that episode, it was I believe Sundays, and it's just very, very excellent. They are an excellent speaker. Oh, Pumps, they spoke about psychological captivity and it made me think of you.

[00:26:05]>> Okay. So that when you're um when you're raised with this black and white religion, you're it's like psychological captivity that you're kept in that they're holding you captive psychologically. I have their book. They brought like three or four copies. I'll mail you one pump.

I don't care how long the [ __ ] acronyms get, you will see no pearl clutching from me, only support. And I um am very worried about the rise in antilack racism in this country. It is the it is at a boiling point right now. And every white listener of ours, you need to use your privilege to call out every racist [ __ ] in this country. If you see a racist watching basketball, call them out. If you see them eating at a Mexican restaurant, call them out because the racism is out of control in this country right now. And these people must have white allies that fight for the diversity that makes all of our lives better and protects us.

I was like, you know, we're we're moving forward with uh, you know, gay marriage, racism is down now. I feel like it is even worse than I grew up.

[00:28:09]>> And I grew up in it and around it, like everywhere. And now I feel like it's more tox it. It's just more toxic and worse. I don't know if it is, but that's just how I feel about it.

[00:28:22]>> It was bad. I mean, it was >> really bad. But now it just seems like everybody in positions of power and authority, they're just [ __ ] saying it. We don't want you to [ __ ] vote.

[00:28:33]Sit in the back of the bus. I mean, it's just we have gone so far backwards. It's just it really is mind-blowing in one lifetime how far we've gone back.

[00:32:16]This one is five stars titled High Kicks for lib chicks and she writes this former Radio City Rocket often feels marooned in deep red OKC being forced to coexist with conservatives, evangelicals, homophobes, and racists while simultaneously fighting to secure the rights of those whose lives hang in the balance as a daily plight.

Then I kept listening to it over and over. She's like, I couldn't quit laughing. That Eric Kirk [ __ ] is wild. I I It's just It's crazy to me that she keeps putting herself in front of the camera saying and do doing crazy [ __ ] and then she's a victim and it's on a loop and it's like, "Yeah, [ __ ] >> go home. Sit down. Shut the [ __ ] up. Get a therapist and grieve. This ain't it."

MAGA has been lying about their youth support and the polling the last year has really fared that out. 18% of the youth identify as Republican and the numbers of Christianity MAGA's always lied about are still eroding with the youth and this um this megaurch culture with the pyro technics and the girls all hookered up like Erica Kirk, you know, with those long, you know, like the long nails and the long eyelashes and whatever. I mean, if listener, if you do that, good for you. you swing for the fences just as long as you're not like Okay, do you remember I can't even believe I'm bringing this. Do you remember like right after he died, she videoed herself crying over the coffin?

Here's the thing, and I know I say this about MAGA people, and I know you respond the same way all the time, but I always am fascinated with the person taking the video that doesn't say, "This should be for you. This shouldn't be for anyone else. You don't need to go out and act like such a nut."

[00:37:39]Like, there's it's like all of these circles. Like, nobody pulls anybody back and says that's not a good idea. I mean, in our friendship, how many times? I don't think I can count high enough of all the times. I mean, you've gone along with it some, but that I am just crazier than a [ __ ] house rat. And I'm like, "This is what I'm going to do. This is the best idea."

[00:38:02]And you're like, "That's [ __ ] crazy.

[00:38:04]Let's put a pause on it."

[00:38:05]>> You know what I mean? But like, there's nobody in any of these MAC circles that ever says >> cuz they're all [ __ ] crazy.

[00:38:13]>> They're all [ __ ] crazy. Because here's the thing, Angie. It's not.

[00:38:17]>> Here's the thing. They don't tell each other the real age of the earth. So, you can start there. It's all Everybody believes the earth is 5 to 6 thousand years old and that heaven and earth was made in one day. And nobody says, "You know what? There's pretty big history of science here that kind of refuts a lot of this shit."

[00:38:39]So, so when you start at that that it's just magical thinking layered on top of magical think then you just got to go all [ __ ] in on the crazy. Why not just [ __ ] let it let your let your crazy flag fly.

[00:38:56]>> So, this story happened a few months ago and it just kind of dropped off on the news cycle. So, while the gubernatorial races and a lot of the primaries, Republican primaries around the country right now are a race to the bottom, castrating bananas, out, you know, out outhating trans people when we all know what they're doing at night.

[00:39:24]>> This mag of violence uh and intolerance that they are trying to project on the left. The left is so violent. The left is intolerant. the left is Antifa. It's like I am anti-fascist. Thank you. Um, we really, it's projection on their part because it has always been the right. I mean, we're from Oklahoma City. We're Oklahoma City residents. Timothy Mc McVey was a rightwing terrorist that partied and uh interacted in right-wing circles. And we've never really made the Confederacy, these right-wing terror groups, really punish them and said, "We will not tolerate this. We always capitulate to rightwing framing, and it's bullshit." Is there violence on the left? Of course, but it's not even comparable, right, >> to the violence on the right.

[00:40:17]So, some of you may remember this story.

[00:40:20]This is Lucy Harrison, a 23-year-old British woman who was shot and killed by her father after they argued about Trump in January shortly before his inauguration.

[00:40:34]So basically, this dad and daughter get in a huge fight, Angie, about Trump and she says, "How would you feel if I was one of those girls that was sexually abused?" And this is per a BBC article.

[00:40:46]And um he says, "Well, I have two other daughters, so I wouldn't be upset that much."

[00:40:51]>> And the father allegedly was an alcoholic who admitted to police that he had relapsed and drank 500 milliliters of white wine earlier in the day. And then he gets in this fight and he shoots his daughter and kills her. Kills his [ __ ] daughter over Donald Trump. Can you imagine if a liberal shot their child over a fight about Barack Obama? And this just gets sent through the news cycle and we all feel bad for these people because we see, God, this is a cult. This is horrible. Gun violence. We see all of the things. Meanwhile, Steven Miller trots out all the time that the left is so violent and all of these lies. Steven Miller is a pathological liar married to a complete [ __ ] psycho who likes to take pictures of her baby bump, Katie Miller, and post him in a very weird fashion online. I'll get to all of that in another episode in another day because it's really disturbing stuff.

[00:42:20]>> Okay. And it must have been obviously Did you put the gun?

[00:42:23]>> Jen, I have one more thing I want to pop up that stood out to me.

[00:42:28]>> This is from the BBC article. says, "Harrison said he had bought the gun a couple years before because he wanted a sense of security for his family, which is what every MAGA gun owner Christian says.

[00:42:40]>> I'm going to protect my family."

[00:42:45]>> This just makes me so sad.

[00:42:47]>> And you notice this has just been filtered to the through the news cycle and never to be heard from again. Not only does MAGA not address this as a gun problem issue, but again, this goes back to my premise pumps that I say all the time. MAGA is an anti-f family death cult. Every single story, this is a very anti-f family story. Intolerance, >> he won't you when you don't have diversity in your life, you don't have diversity of thought. You're not as a as a means of survival because of evolution. We learn to cooperate. When you're around diverse people, you have to cooperate. So, this is again, I guarantee you that [ __ ] happened in the suburbs. I guar [ __ ] tee it did.

[00:43:32]You get this concentration of people with no diversity of thought. And here's this girl trying to be, you know, a critical thinker. Obviously, she's a young woman. any young woman. And I don't I can't speak to all of these women that suffer from all of this, you know, Stockholm syndrome, internalized misogyny, but Trump is objectively very offensive unless you're emotionally [ __ ] up. And sadly, tens of millions of American women are emotionally [ __ ] up.

First of all, I think about how many families like we know people personally that have cut off cut ties off with their family members because they're a member of the LGBTQIA plus society and their parents society community and they they still vote for Trump and that has hurt them so deeply they don't speak with that parent anymore. And then it escalates all the way up to we're gonna shoot them. I mean, it it's story after story after story after story. And it's just you get so wrapped up in your head that I have to protect this at all costs. I have to defend it. I'm going to do whatever I can. For this [ __ ] to say, well, if one of my other, you know, I have one kid that's molested, the other two aren't. I mean, this guy's [ __ ] up from jump. But it's just there is a if you go across a continuum, shooting your child because they disagree with you about Trump is on one extreme, but there are also when you will not see your parents because they vote against you, you're entitled to that. You you have every right to be heard about that. It's truly heartbreaking how many families have broken up because the parents can't stand for their children. They pick some [ __ ] over their children. And so it just makes me really sad. I mean, and my mom and I, we don't talk on a deep level, but the only like knockown dragout fights we've had have been over the politics of this man. And it it's just it's such a cancer. Well, and I think that the problem with all of this is is there's so much subconscious messaging in all of this. And the fear, probably a reason why you don't tiptoe too deep into conversations with your mother is because, you know, if she can dehumanize and hate black people, she outwardly opposes interracial marriage. She um outwardly doesn't care for anybody who doesn't think the exact same way she does and faces any sort of diversity of thought with utter judgment, cruelty, hellfire, damnation.

[00:48:25]Subconsciously, as a child, you would have to think, well, if she can do that to somebody else, she could do that to me. And so it's too painful to proceed for I I mean I think if your parent is capable of such conditional love for for mankind like your mother only conditionally loves people not unconditionally.

[00:48:49]Um then you know that brokenness is in them and then that brokenness can come for you. Fortunately for you, you're a white heterosexual woman, but had you married a black man, been a lesbian, it would have been a, you know, a long tumultuous road because your mother is programmed like so many Americans to um think in a very black and white world view and not in an inclusive unconditional type of way, but they lead with hate. It leads with judgment >> and proud to be a black and white thinker. Proud of that. I mean that if I said you only see the world in black and white. If I said that to her, she'd be like, "You're you're abd."

[00:49:47]I mean, she would be like, "You're absolutely right."

[00:49:49]>> So, it's too painful. I mean, I think it's probably too painful to go on her part. It's too painful because if she opens that subject, she knows at this point in my life I will tell her and she does not want to hear that. It's easier to be newsworth sports. That's what I think on her end.

[00:50:08]Well, also I think you're probably in her mind like what I'm so proud of you for. She's you're like the biggest failure for I'm so proud that you came from being like this Christian, >> flirted with racism, homophobia to like growth and evolution and acceptance. And that's like, oh my god, that's incredible. So the thing that I'm like so proud of you for your mother's like that's like the biggest failure imaginable that you would be an ally >> for failure in the faith. But you know here's the thing I was thinking the other day if one of my kids like got a job in the Trump administration let's say went off and and became like a I don't know a lackey at the White House and they just loved Trump. I mean that I I don't it would be so hard for me.

[00:51:05]That would be the failure that I would feel the heartbreak that that they were doing that. It would be I would be so devastated.

[00:51:17]>> That's what I'm saying. I look at her and I think I kind of feel sorry for her because she thinks I'm the antichrist in every way.

No, I would feel like an abject failure if one of my sons went to work for a misogynist uh administration like that because I've raised them explicitly differently, purposefully differently and um identified what misogyny is, identified what platforms and um really really as a family we try to always understand and grow and evolve regarding antilack racism and being really good allies. These are conversations we have all the time as a family that Josh is is so good about these things and I would just feel like I really failed. I would feel like I raised a sociopath. I really would.
