[00:00:00]Hello and welcome. My name is Gerhard Schacht. I'm the Product Manager of the Conveyor Technology and I'm very excited to introduce our new system, the Robobox SynFlow.

[00:00:09]I'm standing right here in the front of the infeed of our Variopac Pro system.

[00:00:14]This is one of the most sensitive points in the entire line.

[00:00:17]And here the Robobox SynFlow transforms often an unsteady situation in a calm and smooth material flow.

[00:00:25]The Robobox SynFlow distributes from one or two infeed lanes to multiple outfeed lanes with a performance up to 105.000 containers per hour.

[00:00:34]Our Robobox SynFlow is using a tripod robotic system with parallel kinematics.

[00:00:39]All axes are operating simultaneously in a fast, precise and virtual vibration-free way.

[00:00:46]The drives of our system are on a fixed position.

[00:00:48]That means we are reducing moving masses and increase the system dynamic performance.

[00:00:54]A major advantage of our system is we need no upstream grouping.

[00:00:58]Gaps between our bottles and different performances in the infeed can be handled by the system.

[00:01:04]Behind every distribution process is an intelligent lane balancing behind it.

[00:01:09]That means every lane in the infeed of the Variopac Pro are filled in a constant way.

[00:01:15]The form-fit grippers can handle PET and glass bottles but also cans with the highest care.

[00:01:21]The system can adjust it automatically to a new format and so we can save changeover time and also reduce errors.

[00:01:30]All in all, the Robobox SynFlow is a system that removes complexity from the process – while elevating flexibility, performance and safe container handling to a new level.
