Because this foreign company, German foreign company, went to a state commission and got approval, got a permit to build this 1900 acre solar project that nobody in Zealand Township, almost nobody in Zealand Township and Jamestown Township wanted. Nobody wanted it. But they got approval because the state commission in Lansing gave gave approval for this local issue, this local Township in Michigan.
