[00:00:00]Hey everybody, John from PSI here. I'm here with Rob from Square Body Syndicate. Um we're here with his project Smoke Box. I'm sure you've seen it on the internet. This thing's awesome. This van that's got PSI harness in it. And um Rob, you have a pretty specific customer service experience with us. Maybe you want to share with everybody. Yeah, so last year at Holley LS Fest in Texas, um something was going a little wrong with Smoke Box.

[00:00:26]Uh where we wound up causing a little boo-boo. Um so it turns out that it just wasn't running on all cylinders.

[00:00:32]Um and word had got out that we needed a little bit of help. And John here from PSI came right over because he knew that we were running the harness and helped me on the spot, on site to try and diagnose everything. And turns out it had nothing to do with anything that PSI had related in this, but it just happened to be a bad coil. And we we diagnosed that with I I'd say in under 2 minutes. And we had everything done and back running like she normally would.

[00:01:03]Wow, that's awesome. I I remember doing that. Um it's kind of indicative of of what we try to do here at PSI. It's not just about supporting our harness, supporting the computer tune that we give you, which we do, but we're actually here to really support your swap. So you're wired up, you're fired up. If you're having issues, we've been doing this for 20 some odd years. We know where to look for the issues you may have. It could be a clogged injector, clogged bad coil. Could be placement of the mass air. There's a number of things we can walk you through and we have the tech support over the phone to help you with that. Yeah, 100%. So Rob, we really appreciate it.
