But, if there's only a few, it doesn't really My granddad used to say that to me all the time growing up. He used to say, "You eat so many wheat bix." And he's like, "You must have worms, boy."

It's probably gone full circle and people >> Look, some people might, but the problem is it takes and absorbs the good nutrients, too. So, your body's not getting really good things. It's getting very minimal nutrients that it needs from the food that you're eating. So, it's really not a good idea to do that.
