A leaked memo reveals that the US-Pakistan relationship has evolved from strategic partnership to a transactional arrangement where Pakistan's military establishment has systematically dismantled democracy, rigged elections, and imprisoned Prime Minister Imran Khan in exchange for US support, including IMF loans and weapons supplies for Ukraine, while simultaneously undermining China-Pakistan relations through the Gwadar port negotiations and nuclear program assurances.

GUNNERS SHOT CLIPS : A LEAKED MEMO IN PAKISTAN'S GAME OF THRONES / LT GEN PR SHANKARAdded:
Good morning and welcome to Gunnarot.
Ghana short.
Today we're going to talk of something very very very interesting and that's the leaked memo and the Pakistan's game of thrones.
Well, this leaked memo is now public knowledge.
A lot of people are discussing about it.
A lot of videos are coming out and lot of uh you know in the social media is a buzz with what's happening in this leak video and and you go to drop site you get this whole thing and the memo is in public thing but I'm not going to reiterate what others have said we're going to reconstruct the story and how things happen in Pakistan and where will this go from here to me that's the more interesting thing that of course at the outset there are two ways of looking at it. Will this spur Pakistan and its people to you know do what they have to do and throw these two jokers out uh Shabbah Sharif and Aimun or it'll become a even more repressive state.
We'll be I'll be very interested to know how this is going to pan out because so far I don't think uh that uh the gravity of the situation is not is not at there. It'll have to percolate down through things but there are indications and we'll go over it one by one. Look, this came yesterday.
The uh you know the leaked memo or the memo came out.
Now the interesting part is why did this memo come out?
Why did drop site come out with this memo? Now why couldn't it come earlier? Why? So there's a question. So I have a couple of issues with the outset before you know. Is it that the the US establishment wants to drop this fellow and you know create chaos and throw him out?
I don't know. Or is it to garner him and keep him and keep him in check? One doesn't know. Is it a genuine opposition? Is it genuine investigation to journalism which is there in America, prevalent in America? A whole lot of things are open and there no answers.
We'll know the answers as we go along.
It's not as if we won't know but well that's how it is but this memo lays everything bare on that we should not have any doubts okay and I go back you know to the time when uh Imran Khan used to wave it a loose sheet of paper we didn't know it was a memo he also didn't choose incidentally even Imran Khan made uh a lot of noise about this memo and he showed this in public meetings like that and he spoke of it and all that but he never published it.
He never published it either when he was a president prime minister or after that he made mention of it but not published it but now someone has published it.
Now the best part is it's published and there are a lot of clips in uh you know in the open domain where the chapikar who was the DGI he said oh there's nothing like that so let's listen to him So he says look oh for us it was a surprise that on 27th March or whatever the date he said I don't know it was this thing was shown like a drama and all that and it had no far away from the truth had no relevance no connection with the truth and this is the Pakistani armed forces and army establishment coming out in open it's not only him it's there with other generals and all that and everyone and it was based on this and all this talk he was removed there's no doubt know and right and there are questions being asked there are some fundamental questions being asked let's listen to this chap and say what Adil Raja is because he's a chap who's quit he was also wheeler dealer you know in Pakistan there are no no one clean he was a wheeler dealer now he's of course all over YouTube and all that let's listen to him >> shocking So he says it's not shocking that America is following his interest and it has thrown overthrown this Pakistani establishment. He says that they always do nothing new about it.
So he is very clear he says what is the thing is important is the Pakistani state when I say the state it's not the elected state it's a selected state and the army together they have concluded to take the mandate of the people away from them or overthrow a prime minister who had the mandate.
They overthrew first. See this whole story has actually unfolded in two phases. One prime Iran Khan was thrown out of you know he was uh uh what shall I say no confidence motion against him and he was thrown out from the prime ministership. It was a very dramatic manner and then he was jailed later on and and all charges manufactured against him and then he was you know uh uh his party won the it would have been a landslide election. In fact, if I remember right, I remember listening carefully to the elections at that time. Even Shabbash Sharif lost Shah Raba Sharif lost his constituency.
They were all rigged and it but it brings two three things to the question. What kind of people are these Pakistanis who elect a guy?
They elect they know that the army has rigged the whole thing and they don't come out on the streets again. If you think after what I'm going to speak today or what has come out in the public, it's a mood point whether the Pakistani public will come to the streets or not.
The opposition has been killed completely.
So this is what it is. Let's take it from here. And this is what Arif Alvi, who's Arif Alvi? He was the president of Pakistan.
If you go to Arif Alvi in this uh tweet, he put out a tweet today. Okay, if you go and read his tweet, okay?
Okay.
He says Don Lu told Pakistan's ambassador plainly, all will be forgotten in Washington if the no confidence motion against PM succeeded.
All this the NSA in its two meetings clearly stated this amounted to unacceptable and blatant interference in the internal affairs of Pakistan and that the government rightly issued a demar. He says on 22 12th May 2022 I as president formally wrote to uh chief justice of Pakistan Omar Bandial requesting a judicial commission open hearings full investigation and truth be placed on record. This was published in all newspapers right every word carries historic weight in the world of all that CJP received the letter did not comment.
Thank you. End of story. So this is there this is what a president of Pakistan he's a fool that's a different story he's written to the chief justice of Pakistan who did nothing and this chief justice of Pakistan was someone who was supposed to be favoring Pakistan Atabandial.
Okay. So you see this game of thrones and also let me tell you it is not as if Iran Khan was uh you know the great savior of Pakistan. Yeah. Same thing he did the same thing when he was a prime minister. He shut up the press. He shut up everything and and he was a oneman show and that was the way he was. That's his nature and he ruined Pakistan.
But one thing I must say when all this was going on when this tussle was going on I remember doing a uh video with General Satish Dwa and I said look if Iran Khan succeeds in whatever he is doing attempting he would have changed the nature of Pakistan forever.
If he had succeeded in putting the army back to barracks and doing their barrack duties Pakistan would have changed forever.
But it didn't happen. Pakistan has changed. It has stayed course. It's back here. Will this incident change Pakistan's course? I don't think so. I don't think so. But how much traction it'll get? What it is, we'll see. And this is you know further the chief justice of Pakistan in that tweet today it's came out come out today says a regime was not merely changed but democracy was dismantled piece by piece demolished with full institutional complicity at every level. Parliament was reduced to a stinking chamber of convenience. PDI commanding the largest pop popular mandate in Pakistan's history had its electoral symbol stolen.
It seized brazenly allocated to others by judicial decree all to hand a 17 party 17 seat party a fraudulent that means this Shabbash sharifan gang only got 17 seats a fraudulent twothirds majority PTI workers were tried in all military courts its voters were disenfranchised its leaders imprisoned on charges arising from the very document that the state refused us to examine the 26th and the 27th amendment.
Of course, more more have come. The 26th and 27th amendments were coercively passed definitely turning the judiciary into a handmaidaiden of the executive, an instrument of crooked consolidation rather than a guardian of rights. This is from a ex-president, the last president, not current one. The current one is part of this regime, right? So one has to be very clear what we are talking of and now just for record I'm going to quote from this drop site website the heading of this article in which the whole story is given and I'll add a few things as I go along is from mutual suspicion to political embrace how the US learned to stop worrying and love Pakistan. Now they're in complete love with Pakistan. We need to realize it.
There's a flip to it.
The flip happened with India.
The flip is we were politically are supposed to be on the same wicket when all this was going on.
But actually we were not on the same wicket with USA the USA was already playing games with us. This was also the time when Bangladesh apple cart was upset. This was also the time when efforts were made to turn India around.
Remember this parallel to this there's something else going on. It's gone on August 23 after uh 23 24 when that Joker Ununas was par dropped into Bangladesh and Hassa was thrown out and all that 24 I think. Yeah.
So just keep sight and track of events on the parallel timeline to what this happened to what happened. I I'll I'll keep coming back to it.
And this is the link on which you can see everything.
So I and I'm going to base my discussion on this.
Okay. Now I'll what I've done is I've taken that uh whatever is written in the drop site thing condensed it of course and I've put it in a chronological order so that you get the chronology of the whole situation and not uh you know something which is completely you know uh because that when you go into the drop site article the chronology doesn't come very clearly but now I'm going I'm putting it chronologically except that of aim and his actions for that I'll do a flashback and get and then flash forward okay the rest of the things I'll put chronologically what happened because chronology is easy to assimilate right so it starts with July 19 July 19 that is when Iran Khan was invited to the white house He had a meeting with Mr. Trump during a visit.
At that time, Imran Khan was the prime minister of Pakistan.
Now, what was supposed to be for a few minutes turned out to be 90 minutes, one and a half hours, Imran Khan and Trump had a talk and they hit it off. And look at it.
Trump hit it off with Imran Khan. Trump hit it off with Aim Munir also. So you can imagine the kind of person Trump is and they found that you know Trump and Imran Khan found that they had lot in common and they met him twice more. They met each other twice more. Once in a UN meet and some one in some other thing they met and they had you know they were happy to meet each other. Trump was the president, Imran Khan was the prime minister.
Okay. Now that is 2019.
2021 by 21 Trump is out and uh Biden is in. Okay. So in June 21 the CIA director William Burns later Burns was went as the ambassador to China but that was later. So CIA director goes to Pakistan.
That was a time when you know the Americans were about to withdraw from Afghanistan and lot of lastm minute things were going on. I think in August September they left finally.
Oh Nicholas Burns wanted to I mean William Burns wanted to meet Imran Khan. Imran Khan refused to meet him.
He said look you're not my pro protocol wise you're not my equalent if someone wants to meet it should be president or someone should say then only then I'll think of meeting you and uh no they didn't agree now because by then Biden had was clear that Imran Khan had to go and Biden felt that Imran Khan was the Donald Trump of Pakistan So the Biden administration was completely antagonistic to Imran Kh. Why did Burns come to Pakistan? He wanted basing rights to use against Taliban.
He wanted to and Imran Khan refused and once and this was he wanted basing rights to use drones from Pakistan against Taliban after the US withdrew for which Imran Khan didn't agree right and then of course we know that when the US guys uh left uh Afghanistan they left in a hurry in chaotic conditions. It was the worst withdrawal one has seen in at least my lifetime and in American's lifetime and we had a Biden's administration went down and it never came out of that.
So already by then the equation between Pakistan and uh America were bad. By then in the final days of the negotiation between Pakistan and um Taliban and USA the Pakistanis had this feeling that not Pakistanis the US had the feeling that Pakistan was stabbing them in the back.
There are no doubt about that. The uh you know US people were just not happy with whatever Pakistan was doing.
And especially when you know if you go back in that time Iran Khan declared yeah to all that you know to that means the shackles of slavery have been broken and things like that.
So this didn't go on well in USA and so I think the moment he made that statement he came onto the crosshairs.
Okay. So, okay.
Now, this dismissal of burns and refusal and withdrawal from Afghanistan and everything set off a chain reaction as per this drop site. But I don't think that was fully. So this was in the offing.
The chain reaction really started with that shackles of slavery. My way if I were the president of USA, I think so.
Look at this. This chap was supposed to help us and he says you know this Taliban have broken the shackles of slavery.
Now around this time, same time okay 2122 uh Saudi Arabia was pressing Pakistan for a mutual defense pact which Imran Khan was not keen.
The army was keen. Imran Khan was not keen.
What was Imran Khan doing? He was drawing a red line with the Washington trying against Riyad and also Beijing because one of the things when Imran Khan got elected was that he'll you know reorder CPC look into it and he did it in some projects he said look I want to have a re look and he didn't let them go ahead so he look in a way he was right he wanted to say look Pakistan is Pakistan and I should be strategic autonomy. I need strategic autonomy in in his words in his in you know Udu words.
Okay. And so he told a different line from the normal Pakistani rulers and I thought at that time itself someone will do something to him. Now all this is happening the Americans have left. Americans are not in good books in Pakistan. Pakistan doesn't like America. You at that point of time you had seen uh American newspapers like New York Post and Washington Times and all. It was full of venom against Pakistan that here is a country which has let us down and we'll take a long time to forget. They didn't take a long time to forget. Matter of three years, four years, they are bum chums already.
Okay, that's America for us. We have to take lessons from it.
But something happened around that time July 21 without anyone's knowledge without the prime minister knowing about it without the government knowing about it the Pakistani generals got hold of a CIA chap who was the head of the CIA Islam station in Islamabad and made him a lobbyist in USA they have didn't bother okay by someone has been elected or not he said I need we need a lobbyist in USA and that lobbyist will be a CIA guy who was the head of CIA in Pakistan so it explains a lot of things while we thought we were getting close to uh Pak USA Pakistan was undercutting from underneath and you see this cozying up to part to USA very clearly a little later. It it came out later. Only thing is we didn't we also didn't read the you know fine print.
Okay. Now 21 that withdrawal took place come February 22.
Uh February 22 what happened? 24th February 22 Russia invaded Ukraine.
Now at that time Imran Khan was to go to Russia. Now as per this report in drop side and and I'm talking whatever I'm talking is largely of drop site. The fundamentals are in the drop side.
That's why I put it here. All this is from drop site.
Jake Salaian who was supposed who was at that time the NSA in USA I believe had told Pakistan not to let Imran Khan go to Russia but Pakistan by then had said look we've done all the thing for the past 2 years we've been trying to get this visit we will go so he went and Iran Khan didn't bother and when the day Iran Khan landed the the invasion began He was told look side with USA don't side with thing and he didn't say any statement he didn't do anything and he came back and that angered us hell of a lot in fact what made things worse was a few days after uh Imran Khan came back there was a uh UN resolution condemning the uh invasion largely taken up by the west.
The people who abstained from that in the whole thing was China, India and all the you know African countries and the global south. Pakistan was one of them.
And for uh at that point of time it became very clear to the US that Iran Khan had to go and things had to change.
Okay. Now here comes the memo. All this happens in a right in February.
All this happens in February. Come March. So Imran Ghan had to go or something else had to be done. So in Washington Pakistan's ambassador to USA meets Don Lu. There are now videos of Donalu telling the Senate that I I'm we have no hand in it and all.
It's also gone. But let USA handle that.
I mean even here let Pakistan do what it wants. Let's understand now as per this cable which has been leaked and the the fact that this meeting took place and recorded a memo sent by that ambassador from Pakistan to me uh ambassador of Pakistan in USA to Pakistan is now clear. It is leaked.
Okay. As per that Don Lu it is believed has told uh this chap Assad Majid Khan who's their ambassador to say look all will be forgotten if you throw out Imran Khan ensure that Imran Khan is put through a no confident vote which lose he loses that is a red line given so that comes Imran Khan comes to know of it and then he takes off in his direction and the rest of the this thing the army and the other political parties take off in the another direction and that direction is a no confidence motion.
Okay. So all this happened in March first week of March is this memo. One week later uh sorry 1 month later April 9th 22 there is a no confidence motion tabled in the Pakistan parliament. This is a fact. It was engineered by Pakistan army is also a fact.
They put together they cobbled up Shabbash Sharif BH and everyone said we'll give you goodies come and join and throw him out. That's also a fact.
It's all what is rumor. It's this now rumor is Baja himself went and told Imran Khan to get out. He went to his house and told him it is said I still remember it at that point of time people you know news coming that Baja went by chopper to Imran Khan's house before Iran Khan was to go to the parliament and then all those drama which took place I think he never went to the parliament and he was thrown out or something like that.
And later he was not only thrown out he was put under house arrest uh all that and later his party symbol was taken off and everything. Now that's going back coming forward to 2024 but 2022 from the time he was thrown out till 2024 he was once arrested he was released he was under house arrest but he used to go and in before that he used to go and address political parties he used to keep waving so 23 was spent in all the stories by 24 He's out.
Now this is also the period of turnover when Baja went and Aimuner came.
So a lot of things are happening in parallel right. So from when Ashimir sorry when Iran Khan was the first no confidence motion it was Baja who was in chair by the time his you know May 9th if you remember May 9 23 there was some kind of a mutiny and everything right so all that uh if you remember at that point of time was uh what shall I say? Yeah.
uh by then Asimuni Rosener he was the one who masterminded that uh you know action against the mutiny he sacked one core commander one core commander's house was sacked 23 so April to May uh April 22 to May 23 9 11 months that's a time when Imran Khan was on the streets there's a change of guard which take place and say comes over and he does whatever he has to Right now in 2024 finally they pick Shabbash Sharif all the elections are also held beginning of 24 elections are completely rigged there's a coalition headed by Shabbash Sharif which is put in place which has not fought the elections now here comes the question the Pakistanis as a whole gave a landslide victory to Imran Khan there's no doubt in anyone's mind but what happened he's been put in jail he was deprived of even entering the parliament he was deprived of election symbol he was wiped out beforehand and when all this was happening why were the people of Pakistan not on the streets can you imagine a thing like that happening in India just Think let's say talk Tamil Nadu elections.
Think of the effect if TBK that is Vijay's party was not made the in the government. There would have been chaos here.
People would have been out on the street and standing and said nothing like that.
Vijay should be the chief minister. I mean people might talk what they want after that. But today Vijay is the chief minister because of the people of Tamil Nadu. Same way the people of Bengal threw Mtaba Benerjee out. Simple as that.
The same way the people of Kerala threw that last Pindra vision and gang out.
Very simple. There are very clear equations in a democracy. But in Pakistan, the people voted for someone and not a single guy stood up for his vote.
This is the nation which is so weak.
Remember that.
And so far they have kept quiet. This all this happened in 24. Now it's 20 in 26. 2 years. Their economy has gone.
Their food has gone. Their everything has gone there. No water. They fought a war which they lost everything and they're still keeping quiet.
Anyway, so go back to 24 right now. What happens is as per this drop side, he says whatever Pakistan did internally is a different thing. The moment Aimuner and Shabbash Sharif came into thing, they started to deliver to Washington. Whatever Washington wanted, whatever USA wanted was given to them.
The first thing which USA wanted for them was artillery shells for Ukraine.
So it was made out. Oh uh we knew that Pakistan by then had got compromised. It was nothing there nothing new in this drop site. Incidentally all this is a sequential arrangement of things. What is new? Even that fact that there was a memo is not new. Everyone knew.
Okay. There's nothing new. So Pakistan starts giving artillery shells to uh and ammunition to Ukraine.
Okay.
Why?
This is it.
The whole story is this. You do everything the way we want. We'll ensure you get your IMF loan.
Whether you need to help Ukraine, you need to do everything and then you'll get your IMF loan. Now, this part is given in this drop site news.
Okay, where it is explicitly said and he quotes this intercept. You go to the intercept and you'll get this. Of course, you go there, you'll have to give your email and say I'll subscribe to it only. They speak. I didn't do all that. I just took the headline and I'm showing it to you.
So, they have mind you whatever drops has done given proof with linkages.
Okay. See the US brokered loan. Let Pakistan's military postpone elections, deepen a brutal crackdown and jail former min prime minister Imran Khan.
This is the heading in the intercept.
So we were thinking something else. I mean generally we knew it was as if we didn't know. Only thing is you know we can't come out and talk without proof.
So we we did talk many things but not so explicitly.
Okay.
Once I'm now again going back to 22, right? When in 22 after Imran Khan was removed from office. Now here comes the interesting part.
This is a very interesting part and a tricky part. Okay? And how Pakistanis lie and how they will do anything for USA and uh and I'll connect it with something else.
Now when uh Imran Khan was removed uh Baja went to USA just before he was to hand over to Aim.
He went to USA. He met everyone. He met the defense secretary, security adviser, everyone he met. Okay. Then he told them, "Don't worry, I'm there. I'll take care. You take me in your thing and we will take care. What I'll do is I'll wind down my nuclear program and I'll ensure you know, China doesn't I move away from China and all that." And what is given very explicitly in this drop site news is Baja assured the US in 2022 that the long range missile program and nuclear program would be rolled back. It will not be rolled back. Why it would be rolled back? Because the US came to know that these chaps are trying testing out a missile with 3,000 km range. A 3,000 km range is just next to Israel.
So is the US guy said you will not touch Israel. So these chaps backed off and he said no no nothing will happen and all you can come and inspect. I think he gave them told them then that he can come and inspect. Now Baja comes back and then he orders the head of SPD to allow an American delegation to visit and inspect some nuclear sites.
Okay. As for this, the SPD was not under him directly because the the command and control in the SPD that special production division which is completely nuclear command. It was a nuclear command authority and all that. Now in that hierarchy the head of the SPD was under the prime minister not under the army.
So he said look I'm not under you. I'll not take orders from you. I want things from the prime minister. And they as per as per this drop site they said sorry to Baja right now that upset USA.
It upset USA. What the hell? You came here and you said you are going to uh you know allow us inspection and then you come and say no no your other fellow says sorry all that. So Biden at that time I remember gave out you know comment to say Pakistan may be one of the most dangerous nations in the world because the country has nuclear weapons without any cohesion.
He gave it out and it made headline news. Right now this statement is related to the fact that Baja couldn't pull off. He couldn't deliver. All this is in now still in 22 early 23 he hands over to Aimun and things change.
Okay.
Ammonition was still being rooted all this time and all that.
Right now very clearly it is written what I've said former US and Pakistani officials stated at the time that the American support for Pakistan was international fund program was explicitly linked to the continuation of the weapons pipeline in July 23.
Now because Pakistan continued to give weapons to Ukraine in July 23 the IMF approved a 3 billion standby arrangement for Pakistan.
So Pakistan was delivering and by July 23 Baja was outer was in and Aimuner from the start was very clear that he'll jump to USA.
Baja had made ground by then already.
It just it's not as if Baja was a great guy and a good guy and all hand and glove both of them. Let it be very clear on that.
Now this dropite says in 24 February in February 24 both EU and United States looked away as the military rigged elections.
By then you see that you know when the elections are being rigged USA and Europe didn't say anything you just think today yesterday our prime minister was in Norway so one stupid reporter comes and says oh I have lot of questions why should I trust you same Europe why didn't Europe say this to Pakistan at that time they kept quiet because it suited them we were supporting ing Ukraine. The same thing comes today.
Even today they want India to support Ukraine and Europe against Russia.
So but see this whole story how it is same Europe and US they kept quiet.
All this is there in that drop site story.
Okay.
Then when Trump took over in 25, January 25, so the I believe the question came up, how do you deal with Pakistan?
Because all this story was going on.
Nasimo nearby then had rigged elections.
He had put Shabbash Sharif and everything and he was fully in command and he was very clear as to how and he by then I'm sure the his lobbies were working overtime with Trump very clearly and by then also remember this was then go back in time in that time that fellow Kurila who was the central command head. He was being worked on by Aimuner. He and Danish had become friends. Around this time, not not in this thing around this time. Kurila is given a medal of honor by this fellow their president in Pakistan and Kurila starts playing the tune of Aimun.
So they're working beforehand itself on this right now. What dropsite news says is dropite news reported at that time that the new state department under secretary Marco Rubio clashed with Pentagon over the direction of the US policy towards Islamabad. A dispute that would shape everything that followed. That's what he writes. The Pentagon and CIA were finally won over. They won.
State Department was set aside and they took over the relationship. So you see the at that time it was said you know India US relations will be good and all that. Marupia was talking of India. So he wanted to favor India and at that time the CIA and the US army and Pentagon. Pentagon means defense department were already sold to Pakistan through Kurila the earlier central sendcom commander cuz he came to Pakistan held a meeting in Pakistan of all the army chiefs or defense service chiefs of central Asian republics all that story happened.
So there's a very clear uh thing where Pakistan has wormed its way into us. That's okay. It's their right to do and it's US right to respond. We should be clear how we have to deal with USA. We should be clear how we have to deal with Pakistan because at the end of the day we should be clear what their equations are before anything.
Okay. Now I'll take a tangent. Go back to Aimuner.
So far I have not touched aim. Not I'll talk of Aimuner.
2019 Munir accompanies uh Munir was the head of ISI at that time. Munir accompanies Imran Khan on an official visit to Iran.
They have a plan how to deal with Iran.
But Munir goes and upsets that apple cart. He talks some nonsense and he goes against Imran Khan publicly there. When I say publicly with hand closed doors when with Iran and he qu the pitch right at that time Pakistan and Iran were cooperating to finish off the Baluchi insurgency. the way he did it, it negated the whole thing and he was angry with Iran and all that.
So Iran complaints to Imran Khan. This is in 2019. So Imran Khan on return to Pakistan sacks Aimun.
Saxs means he posted out to some other inconsequential appointment. But Asimir being aim what does he do?
So this is a story that is how the whole thing Asimun is handled. But look at it now the same Aimuner goes to Iran and starts talking with them.
So probably he by then as DGisi already had a contact in Iran which emboldened him to speak the way he spoke. Then when you analyze all this is coming out you go you take the skeleton of what drops site has said and then you go back in time then you see things are right now Munir travels to after his you know sacked as DGisi Munir travels to London and he meets Nawas Sharif who's an exiled there. This is somewhere around 2021.
Okay. Before long before uh Baja was Baja left in 22 end.
Okay. Because Moon Nawas Sharif was living in exile in London. So there he has this London plan. The London plan has been given the name by whom? Imran Khan. All this is there in that drop site news and I'm talking from what's given in the drop site news and I'm correlating it with other events.
Okay. Now there in London it is decided between Nawas Sharif and Aimir that Aim when he becomes the chief okay he'll put Imran Khan in jail.
This happened somewhere in 2122 I don't know when and that's not come out in this whole story and he will facilitate Nawas Sharif to come back because Nawas Sharif had a huge long list of uh charges against him and who drove Nawash Sharif out Baja Baja was the one who gave exiled him out throw him out.
Okay. Now on 24th November 22, Munir becomes the chief.
And how does he become the chief? He becomes a chief based on the consultation of all and his brother Shabbash Sharif who's now the prime minister. He's the prime minister. Isn't it by November 22, Imran Khan is out.
Baja had removed Imran Khan. put Shabbash Sharif in. Now when Baja sent a list of names to Shabbash Sharif, he took it to Nawash Sharif. He went to London. I remember he went into London twice at that around that time.
They decided okay we'll have uh this guy as a chief Aim Munir.
Okay. And he's made the chief.
The rest is history. But interestingly here comes the link.
We all know Nawashar Nawas Sharif when he was doing tried and all that it was Saudi Arabia who intervened and helped him go on exile. Saudi Arabia intervened with Pakistan army and said let him go where he wants to go.
So now Saudi Arabia has come into the deal and we also know now that Saudi Arabia and Aimun are on thick wicket.
Why?
He was there in Saudi Arabia. He did a course I think he was a DA there or something like that. He had an appointment there and he had learned the entire Quran and he was you know that religious thing also there. So Saudi Arabia link of saving uh Nawas Sharif and Aimuner. So with this kind of a triangle he becomes the chief.
This is not there in the drop side thing that's why I put it in red. I told you know I link up certain other things which are happening. So now you see the logic of why troops have gone to Saudi Arabia.
Earlier Imran Khan was not for it. Now he's for it. Why? He wants to play a bigger role. As aim and he wants to ensure use Saudi Arabia and all the linkages which he's trying to create to ensure that you India doesn't attack him or attack Pakistan.
And this I've spoken last week what last week 3 days back.
So you see the connections which are coming very clear now.
Okay. Then of course we know the moment uh Aimunir became the chief he moved against Imran Khan got him arrested thrown him into the jail made uh 23 those uh insurrection which took place new charges the charges have been he gets out of one charge another charge comes right he fixes the elections nawas sharif cannot you know nawas sharif before comes back. He facilitates Nawas Sharif coming back. All charges against Nawashar are taken out.
This all happened. There's nothing new.
And Munir becomes the kingpin in the country.
Okay. And while Imran Khan is in prison, they get this 26th amendment. As for the 26th amendment and 27th amendment between the two they can finger around with the judges all the judges who were hearing Imran's case and were being fair were sent out they were sent out to high courts in Lahore Peshawar and Karachi on a demotion and that whole story they of consolidation. So two three things Aimuner did after this. One he appointed himself as the CDS through Shabbash Sharif. He amend by the amendment of the constitution. And second the CDF whatever he does he cannot be tried in a court like a president.
He can only be impeached.
He cannot be no I don't know about retirement. retirement.
And the third thing he did which not not many of us focus on was the judicial amendment. He created a judicial bench.
Only the judicial bench could hear constitutional cases and that judicial bench was to be recommended by the government. So anyone who in the judiciary who the government was not favoring would not be appendented appointed in the judicial bench. So the executive had power of the judiciary by that constitutional amendment and the old and he gave the power of transfer to the executive. So all those three four chaps who were against the government or who were fair or who are giving fair verdicts for Imran Khan were all thrown out.
So you have a normal Supreme Court which is now against Imran Khan. You have the judicial branch which is against Imran Khan. His cases go to these one case goes the other comes up and he Imran Khan most probably will die in prison.
Okay. In this of course what I have said you know Munir uh promotes himself he creates a new office of the CDF all that right and then what he does is he by saying doing all this now that SPD which earlier was not under Baja comes directly under him as chief of defense forces. It doesn't the the the nuclear authority of Pakistan is not with the prime minister. It is now with this chief of defense forces.
And now this whole story he's pro- US completely.
Okay. So now he switched we know the lunch in between and all that and you know world liberty finance else where money is uh you know what's it um okay I'll get to it. So he's offered minerals that with famous photograph of uh him offering minerals to Trump and all that interest in record and all that bitcoin all that came in and world liberty financial which is Trump's financial personal thing says they'll invest but the net sum of all the hama is not a single napas has been invested into Pakistan but it has given and Mona image.
Now it turned to China. The switch away from China started during Baja's time.
Baja in a I keep saying this in a u you know book discussion or a fair book fair or a literature fair you know not literature fair lit litfest lahor litfest right on defense a all that he said we want to buy weapons from the west but they're not giving us that's why we're going to China if the west gives us we'll buy from there and things like that he gave a very clear indication that they're switching away from China because they knew that those Chinese weapons were useless.
Okay. The moment Munir came, he tore Jibaja's line because they hand in love anyway, right? So he started clamping down on CPC.
all projects of CPC, ML1, Yo, everything clammed down and then he jump shipped go there but they had to continue their relationship with China.
So when Shabbash Sharif went there he came back nothing the Chinese people were troubling them all these problems were there and then uh the Chinese ambassador in Pakistan he in a public seminar I remember in 2024 I think this was held in Queta or some place right he accused the Pakistani state of failing to pro protect Chinese workers 21 of whom have been killed in attack since CPC's launch the CP is closed almost dead now all the story is happening all the story is happening so they have gone cold on Chinese but he says no no we aim also comes out and says no no because of a new friend like USA we will not forget old friend and all that but that is All nonsense. The Chinese know it. Okay.
Now, here comes the clincher.
All along I've been saying that Guad will be the the over first overseas command of or theater command of China.
That was the understanding when CPC came. Now this drop site what he says Pakistan had given Beijing private asurances that it would convert it would permit China to convert deep water port at Guad into a permanent Chinese military facility.
We it was supposed to be the a Chinese naval command with second strike capability against USA and India.
Okay. But the Pakistanis are shrewd.
They saying no, we'll not do all that.
They said you have to give us the the price which Pakistanis put in front of China with this. Now this I'm going to read out as what is there in the drop side. But this is the fact I'm sure this is a fact. The Pakistani generals are true shed and this Ashimun is very shrewd. We have to be very clear careful about that. He can't do anything economically but he will and he's ruined Pakistan and that might be his undoing.
We'll talk of that later. What did Pakistan want from China? They asked China to indemnify Pakistan against any US political, economic or diplomatic retaliation for hosting the facility. If Guadada became a Chinese naval base and if USA you know lean lent heavily on Pakistan, China should come forth and protect Pakistan. That's one. They also asked China to provide modernization assistance to keep Pakistan's military and intelligence capability competitive with India. Everything in the India focus. Finally, everything is India focus. Be in power and be India focused.
Most consequentially they asked Beijing to provide Pakistan with a seabased nuclear second strike capability. They wanted a triad. They wanted a nuclear submarine.
That's what second strike capability means.
And Pakistan could not develop it. So they wanted China. China was not it for it. China for China all this was too much. The price they had to pay Pakistan to get was too much and they demanded.
China refused. Okay. So they said the consequential consequences of you know giving Pakistan what it wants to get hold of Guada are too much.
And then China also requested permanent arrangements covering its workers. a longunning Beijing demand that would have placed Chinese personal or Pak on Pakistani soil under Chinese command and were deflected. If you remember last year I did a program on there was news that private security contractors of China will come and protect China's workers in Pakistan.
In fact, Jang Yugja had come and he met I think either Baja or Aimun one of the two I think Baja not not last year the year before last.
So all this is there all this is going on but by then Pakistan had flipped to USA and after Robindor it has become more crypto minerals everything.
So that is history we know that fully.
Now they have signed this deal with Saudi Arabia. They want to extend this deal from Saudi Arabia to Turkey and Qatar and Egypt.
They're also working in coordination with Trump for mediating this Iran thing. They wanted this Islamabad talks. Munir wanted Islamabad talks and you know Islamabad deal and all. It didn't happen. It will not happen. Okay.
So you see that Munir has done everything which is you know which favors him. You know this is Tilak Deveshar he's from Pakistan. I'm not Pakistan.
He's from India but he's a he uh writes on Pakistan. His understanding of Pakistan is very good. I would suggest all of you to listen to him through this ANI podcast. It's there. I'll not go into it at this point of time. All I'll say is you see this confabulations which have happened.
Now a whole lot of this whatever I've spoken is actually from the drop site but over about the drop site whatever is there I've tried to connect.
So what are you looking at at the end of the day? You're looking at a USA you cannot trust at all. Nothing new. It is only reinforcing that fact. You're looking at a Pakistan which is doing everything in its power to ensure to upset your apple cart and Moner wants to stay in power. We don't right that there's no doubt that's the Pakistan which is emerging.
You see certain strains between China and Pakistan. The question is are these strains strong enough to you know break that relationship? I don't think so because China at the end of the day will use Pakistan whichever way it turns out against India and Pakistan will be very happy and Pakistan will be very happy to use Saudi Arabia and USA against India.
We should be having no doubts about all this and we should be careful in what we deal with Saudi Arabia.
So all these issues are there.
So I thought I'll put all these issues across and then we'll have to see whether the Pakistani nation comes out.
They have been all this is now very clear. The Pakistanis know it better than us.
