[00:00:00]When the corrupt mayor of a dystopian city called Terminal City is witnessed killing people by his nephew, he decides to fight back by making him a celebrity called the rock and roll terrorist, then launching an anti-crime campaign against him, or something like that. That plot doesn't even turn up until about half an hour in or something.

[00:00:18]But until then, it plays like a channel hopping public access version of Slacker, in which we see from multiple angles the absurd comedic world this film inhabits. It's like being trapped in the I'll buy that for a dollar TVs from RoboCop, and it's pretty funny.

[00:00:31]With great music and with Dead Kennedys singer Jello Biafra sleazing up the place as the scenery-biting mayor's murderous sidekick. It loses steam a bit when the plot starts up, because we don't really know or care about the characters involved, but still, it's a rocking piece of punk rock cinema, well worth a watch. If you like films like They Live or Hardware, then you'll likely like this. We are IMDb, for everything indie.
