BREAKING: A federal judge just ordered Trump’s name removed from the Kennedy Center — and blocked

A federal judge has ordered that Trump's name be removed from the Kennedy Center, and the orange man has 2 weeks to do it. Let me explain what happened. Back in December, Trump stacked the Kennedy Center's board with his own hand-picked loyalist, then made himself the chairman. That board, shockingly enough, voted unanimously to put his name on the front of the building. Workers then literally bolted his name on the facade. But today, Judge Christopher Cooper said that was illegal. Folks, his ruling was 94 pages.

[00:00:35]Kennedy Center back in 1964, as a living memorial after his assassination. And the judge wrote, and I quote, "Congress gave the Kennedy Center its name, and only Congress can change it." The board that Trump appointed had zero authority. But the judge did not stop there. He also completely blocked Trump's plan to shut down the Kennedy Center for 2 full years starting in July.
