ADC on fire, Nafiu Bala wins as Chief judge honours his request, reassigns ADC case to Wike's judge

[00:00:05]When the ADC forgot their struggles, abandon their responsibility to focus on the series of cases they have in different courts and then losing focus on the major problem of this country which is the leadership of Bola Minou and they decided to pay full attention to Peter Greg Ruby to debuck the people's president.

[00:00:27]We awfully reminded them that look the people's president was the least of the problems they had that they should focus on Bala and the plethora of cases they had in different courts they have in different courts and pay attention to the major problem of this country which is Ba Metabu but they fa to listen they were consistently sponsoring their henchmen like Dodu and what do you call this other guy Kenneetto to conquer attacking the people's president but right now these problems are sufficing nafala in the last time they went to court regarding the the leadership toss between David Mark national working committee and nafala nafala prayed that the court asked the court to reassign the case to another judge David Mark's lawyer came out and rejected that opposed Nafu Balah's request that the case will be assigned to another lawyer.

[00:01:31]But yesterday that case was assigned to justice Leu and you know that Lefu is a very corrupt judge. One of the judges that are on the payroll of Nan Wiki.

[00:01:43]Then the case was withdrawn from justice and reassigned to justice Leu.

[00:01:50]And this move was the move that the MAC National Working Committee rejected and opposed.

[00:01:57]They fought against the reassignment of that case to another judge. But yesterday, Natthew Bala had his way and the corruptive judge of the federal high court John reassigned that case to justice Leo.

[00:02:12]So now that this case has been reassigned to justice Leo, that is the judge that is in the pocket of Wiki. Now can maneuver the judge wiki can puppeteer justice leu to give judgment in favor of bola because bola does not want any opposing candidate on the ballot.

[00:02:33]So we told them that they had bigger issues to settle than focusing their attention on Peter Gregori. Now that case is going to take another dimension.

[00:02:43]in the first place they were even losing out. Now that the case has been reassigned to a judge that only believes in money. He does not believe any substance of any case. All he knows is bring money, bring money. So how is the case now going to go? That is one thing the David Marks National Working Committee or the ADC as a political party should pay attention on not Peter Gregory B. I'm going to bring you the details to this uh news shortly. Everything is all about BUYING THEIR VOTE. THAT IS WHY THEY WILL INFLATE you with poverty and hardship strong poverty SO THAT THEY CAN COME BACK TO YOU WITH 10,000 ERA, 5,000 ERA, 3,000 AS LOW AS 1,500 to buy the vote. BUT ARE THEY THE LEADERS THAT HAS BEEN CHOSEN BY THE CITIZEN? NO. LET'S BE honest with ourselves.

[00:04:55]Because often times the leaders that we vote, Nigerians are always intentional about casting their terms for any leader at any level of governance that will govern the activities of the country.

[00:05:08]But at the end of the day, we have crooked people in positions of authority.

[00:05:13]So anybody who did not emerge as a leader through the mandate of the people that person will not regard the people because they believe that it is subtuge their resources that got them to these positions of authority.

[00:05:29]So they have nothing to do to fulfill the wants and the needs of Nigerians because they believe that first of first of all they were not even voted into these positions by Nigerians.

[00:05:41]So they turn to neglect Nigerians completely. They plight and the adversities that confront Nigerians don't bother them because they believe they got into these positions by their might. When these people use their crooked means to get to these positions of authority, they mistreat Nigerians.

[00:06:00]And the major reasons they mistreat Nigerians, they impose this poverty on Nigerians is because they want to render Nigerians vulnerable, make Nigerians poor to a point that during elections they'll be throwing 1,000 NRA and 5500 NRA with searches of Maggi and salt around and Nigerians will be rushing to collect that after they have stolen our future and the future of our children on elections.

[00:06:26]They return in another election cycle again to throw these minor things around because they believe that anything that falls from their table, they scratch their force from their table, Nigerians will rush to pick it. And they are doing this intentionally to subject Nigerians to upstream penory so that at the end of the day if they bring one set of Maggi, it will be a big thing to so many Nigerians.

[00:06:54]So they are conditioning Nigerians today to continue adjusting to poverty to continue blending in one adversity to another.

[00:07:03]So that is what is happening. That is what has been happening in the Nigerian political landscape. The leaders that we tend to we intend to vote for these are not the leaders we oftenly get in positions of authority. But that has to end in 2027. Nigerians have to braise up because we know who we are facing in 2027.

[00:07:23]We need to double our efforts to make sure we go out to demonstrate our franchise in 2027 and then protect our votes so that these people will not have this avenue to insult us because they believe that they don't get to these positions by the uh decision of Nigerians. So they turn to mistreat us the way they want because they believe that in another election cycle again they will use soft feud they will use fraud they will use deceit rigging to get into those positions that has to stop now let's get back to my first let me bring you the details of what is going on in the courts between Nafu Bala and Davidid Mark and how David Mark's national working committee of the ADC is losing against Nafu Bala just listen to these details and after this we'll come back and wrap up this update ADC leadership to chief judge reassigns Nafu Balag's case against Mark Arabola.

[00:08:19]Chief judge of the Federal High Court Justice John has reassigned a case filed by Nafu Balagi a former national deputy chairman of African Democratic Party to another judge for abjudication.

[00:08:33]It was gathered on Friday that the suit which was before justice had been reassigned to justice Peter Leu following the former's recent elevation to the court of appeal. The National Judicial Council NJC at the 111th meeting on May 13 that recommended the appointment of 12 new justices of the court of appe including justice to President Bolatinu for approval.

[00:09:01]going to be in the suit in seeking an order restraining senator David Mark the embattled national chairman of ADC Rahul Arabola the national secretary and members of the intering national working committee NWC from parading themselves as the party's leaders he had argued that the emergence of Mark Arabola and other national working committee members as parties leaders breached the provisions of the party's constitution and electoral The IP court ordered the parties to return to the federal high court for expeditious hearing of the case filed by Gmbi an agrieved chieftain of the party.

[00:09:40]When the case came up on May 8th before justice initi following the Supreme Court order, Luca Haruna Sen who appeared for Bombi sought the transfer of the case from UI to another judge.

[00:09:54]Although no reason was given, Aruna said a letter had been written to the chief judge to the effect but lawyers to the ADC Mark Arabu disagreed with the application. ADC's council realwi man s who appeared for mark muhammad shar who represented arabasha prik council for chief rafosu and other lawyers in the case vehemently opposed gmbbe's request for the case transfer the lawyers who said that gome's letter had not been served on them described harona's application as an ambush they also considered the request as an attempt to frustrate the order of appeal court for accelerated hearing which was sustained by the Supreme Court.

[00:10:50]They were going back to recruit to re-energize to make sure they properly address and his ADC.

[00:11:01]We told them that look the problem is not Peter tell to channel their madness to nephew Bala.

[00:11:19]Now Justice Leu is the one handling that case.

[00:11:23]I tell you Lefu a very corrupt judge. Justice Leu, Justice Omar, Justice Joyce Abdul Malik.

[00:11:32]These are judges that are on the payroll of Nan Wiki.

[00:11:38]Even the chief justice of the Federal High Court, John S. is he not the one that went to Wiki's office begging for lands and properties in the federal capital territory.

[00:11:47]So if you have this set of judges preciding over your case and yes wiki is interested in that case just forget because these are the judges that if non wiki asks them to jump they will ask how how high do you want me to jump these are the judges we're talking about anything that has to do with James justice Leu Joyce Abdalik just know that that matter is is ended already before the proced in court even starts.

[00:12:17]if it has a connection with soniki and soniki is fully working for Baobu's victory to destroy every opposition political party and the lawyers of the vidm national working committee came out in court and opposed the request of nephew Bala that the case should be reassigned to another judge but to tell you that nephew Bala is being backed by powers from above and these powers are seriously pulling strings to make sure he have his way in court. Before you know it, Justice John reassigned it to Liu because these judges don't follow any substance of any case. They declare judgment using their own discretion and that is what is going to happen.

[00:13:04]Justice made the decision in court because he wanted to demonstrate his anticipatory authority as an appeal court judge even though his elevation was not crystallized. But just in anticipation because he was elevated he assumed that authority and then declared a contrary judgment when the case was still lying in an appeal court.

[00:13:27]So if this set of judges are are overseeing your case are preciding over any case and it has to do with wiki just forget that that judgment will be written in wiki's sitting room. I know who wiki supports. So David Mark and his people have a bigger problem to tackle.
