[00:00:00]I don't know if it's just me, maybe it is.

[00:00:04]But I've noticed how fish inside and you know, new found thoughts happens less and less frequently.

[00:00:15]And I I've noticed the more that I've maybe leaned into into AI even on just the the the mundane tasks, the things that you you want to automate and you do you want to get off your off your lap.

[00:00:31]That there there has been there has been this this this dance between you know, space and freedom and I I can create but then there's this continuous pull towards efficiency, getting something done and executing on the system.

[00:00:51]And it's it's it's funny how just that process removes the messiness and the inside and the the the ideation and the the the process of you having to filter through your thoughts and ideas.

[00:01:08]And this this this process where you as the human was a fundamental part of and maybe that's changed and maybe I'm maybe I'm old.

[00:01:23]But I I I find that I miss it. I find that I I I I miss the mess. I miss the you know, sitting for two, three, four days trying to think around something and work through something and the the the ease of the the the research process and the the pen and paper.

[00:01:43]And I still use that.

[00:01:45]So, I guess that it comes down to the efficiency and the ease in the short run versus what is the cost in the long run?
