[00:00:02]Vipassana naturally has a lot of explanations about the mind and emotions.

[00:00:10]So, in the last 30 years, I have had a serious dialogue with modern scientists, mainly in four fields: cosmology, neurobiology, then physics, subatomic physics, including quantum physics, then psychology. So, if psychology is a concern, I usually see it expressed among the Western scientists. I usually see it told about modern psychology compared to ancient Indian psychology.

[00:00:58]The modern psychology is like kid garden level Indian psychology, highly developed. So now our brothers and sisters, ah, it is not sufficient just to carry out some puja, some ritual [laughs], some time carry also there carry ritual does and does but without knowing the meaning.

[00:01:38]So, here it is, this is of a very ancient sort of nation who wants to see produce such a wonderful sort of things.

[00:01:51]Now, today I think in every corner of town and city, some temple, ah, ah, but I think some kind of Cause of the place were carry study and discuss I think very rare very rare.

[00:02:16]So please now starting please while you carry your puja and yashoda rituals you must pay more tension about study deep level of philosophy and psychology the things are very varied then you can really make significant contribution for whole world knowledge of mind knowledge of emotion [appreciation] it is very varied much tropper which we are facing it ultimately come from destructive emotions anger headed fear greeting so in order to deal world problem ultimately we have to deal with our emotion then without knowing the map of emotion how can we we can effectively deal with this distant emotion so knowledge about human mind human emotion is no no matter what believer non believer even ends people they should know about human mind then they work becoming more constructive and realistic like that.

[00:03:51]So much of our work in economy and politics and international relations in every field I think most of this destructive work and events you see happen because of ultimately ignorance and true self-centered attitude.

[00:04:15]So if we people humanity knows more knowledge about our inner peace and more knowledge how to develop inner peace how to tackle these destructive emotions I think then a world can be more peaceful more compassion work compassion cannot be produced by mission by factory and take one pill and compassion come is impossible and tranquilizer will not bring real tranquillity tranquillity must develop in our own mind so there for as my chela I also you see telling we are not only your chela but also quite reliable chela because you know [appreciation] last over thousand years this in ancient Indian knowledge we kept intact while [appreciation] while Guruji little bit negate [laughter] so it is quite say quite correct we are quite reliable chela.

[00:05:55]So my request as a disciple to Guruji please pay more attention about ancient your knowledge and the religious sort of sentient beings in various sort of as someone mentioned all over the world is some temples some societies and things now pay my attention about this ancient knowledge which is something very relevant today world there is one thing then wherever I met some group of Indians in New York and England and some other places I am asking them to look where Chinese community there are they eventually create China town why India town not not developed [praise] there were temples already there but you some of the centers where you see you can discuss about non-violence about religious harmony today's world I think very very relevant thousand year old Indian tradition of non-violence and Indian tradition of religious harmony this is very very so wherever Indian community there you should set up some Kind of culture centre not just only temple but some kind of culture centre and academic more academic work than gradually create India town ok I think I think very good [praise] I think as far as food is concerned I think Chinese restaurant Chinese restaurant I think more available than Indian restaurant but if you make some emphasis and make facility about study of psychology study of this and philosophical views then I think you can you can create some kind of unique Indian culture centre can really you can make a contribution to the world so that I want to share with you and then I try that's all so then then of course the relation between Buddhism and what you call generally Hinduism I always describe Buddhism and Hinduism is like spiritual brothers it is very true [praise] the practice of practice of sila practice of samadhi and forgiveness the practice of vivasana se praja now differences There is soul and non-soul [laughs] that is personal business
