Somebody that you know texted me this morning and um apparently the mannequin posted I think on X that he uh wasn't gonna go to Crime Con. He showed a email between uh him corresponding with Crime Con and it was something about like no uh you can't live stream in there.

[00:03:00]So, somebody that you know and somebody in the know, not a mannequin fan, is uh has has really put and pulled the karate chop to not only this crime con but all crime cons.

[00:03:18]So, that was that was him kind of getting in front of it, if you will. Um, and if maybe I can break it. I hate talking in riddles, right? Um, but again, I'm respecting boundaries and stuff. So, just just know that. And and I and I I believe this person will will will out it. But, um, yeah. So, I wanted to talk about the the nerdy addict uh hearing.

[00:03:52]If not, Nerdy uh lost his RO hearing on the mannequin yesterday and I was listening to his live yesterday and uh I started to get a bit frustrated because I understood what Nerdy dealt with. Um and if you didn't hear Nerdy's live, I would I would suggest having uh having a listen. and uh he was talking about how does one battle lies, you know, that's something that I dealt with myself. Um when I went to this thing um and I I understood his frustration and I and I and I I I definitely wanted Nery to come on the positive side on this.

But as I'm listening to him uh being frustrated that, you know, as a man, you know, walking into a courtroom, you know, you you the first thing that you do is you got to swear under oath. you know, anytime I've ever been in a courtroom or even back in my heydays when I was getting in trouble, I always, you know, was respectful to the judge. I'm not in there doing no lies. And it is hard to combat lies in a courtroom, right?

[00:05:30]Because that's one place where it where the lie where truth and lies should absolutely have meaning and separate, right? But you know these things happen and it is hard to it's hard to have a game plan right and you know that happened and I know that in my hearing I've said this before plunder ordered the transcripts audio I believe and um which I'm patiently waiting for because I've spoke about a lot of stuff. But I spoke about in the hearing there there was like three lies back to back, right? And then crying and then crying and and you you got you you'll hear it when the audio comes out. you know, um you know, there was uh um I asked about domestic violence lie, produced the papers literally in open court, judge asked the clerk, look it up, lie. Then uh I was rebut I was uh rebuttling uh it was brought up about this video that I made about uh smelling panties. So I I uh you know I asked, "But isn't that you in the video?" "No, no, no." And I I I was very surprised.

[00:07:10]The judge let me whip the phone out and show. And on accident, the Hitler one played. So lied lied to and then and then um there was another like not that good of a lie but it was still bam bam bam and I'm thinking like this is like I got this all day like uh you know as a judge you have to take account for that but right after that crying crying you know so as I'm so and y'all will hear it you guys will hear it and um I'm listening to nerdy tell like similar similar hearing and Nerdy went into this thing prosay.

[00:07:51]Um, as as I did. That's not the way I I wanted to, but I'm but I'm actually glad it I'm glad that it went the way that it did. And I'll explain all that. You know, this lawyer pulls out on me and it was Nerdy and Eva who really helped me at least have some sort of a game plan, right? And I had the, you know, I didn't think that I would even have that hearing that day. I I was I was assuming it would get postponed for the lawyer situation. I brought the email in and all that. Crazy. But I did a good job for the little bit of time that I had.

[00:08:27]But anyway, I hear this frustration in his voice. Um because how do you how do you come back to that, right? Um, and at the end of the day, of course, I wanted him to come out that on on on the good side. Of course, we all did. But and and I I don't know. I texted him. I tried to call him. I don't really know. He's probably frustrated because I was because I was for about four days. I was really mad.

[00:09:06]And I had to tell myself like, Matt, stop being a pussy. I had to have a conversation with myself. I'm like, dude, why are you so mad? Is this ego?

[00:09:16]And and it wasn't that. It was being in there, lies being told. And I could I could care less. the con the being on the downside of that at the end of the day the paperwork that I got is I can't it's a no contact I don't I don't like mannequins anyhow I'm not texting call them anyhow right um so it it but what what what it was is when me and Nery went out there man there was like a real sense of community um I I cannot tell you how many people like of course this you know whole thing was been justice for Magnolia. I've I've never spoken to Magnolia, right? Um I know through some people that uh her and her family watch the videos, laugh, and they appreciate it. It's what I'm told. But I've never spoken to her and that's fine. But when we did that, I so many comments.

I doing doing my YouTube channel in it in ex whole existence the amount of support that was coming in was like a real sense of community and it and it felt like you know it felt good. You it felt it felt good you know it felt like you know you know there this was like a real like awareness campaign. it was something meaningful, right? And um people were were were very thankful for us doing that and and a lot of a lot of a lot of women have been through this and um it it was just hard to put in words.

So everything that he said will be also he he'll be vindicated but and I want people to really listen to both th those hearings, right? What you don't know is I was in Nerdy Addict's vehicle. We didn't I met him. I parked my car at a Walgreens. We rode together because Jim's heavy.

[00:19:54]There's a judge in Florida, right in Orlando, who who who tried to get a mannequin barred from a courtroom with I think it was seven different prosecutors, a judge and and there's a judge. If I'm already putting this together for an appeal in a higher court, why not write that judge a personal letter? Hey man, this is what happened.

[00:20:24]I read your article that you did. I had to go to court on this with this individual and what you tried to ban him in court for. This is what happened. Hey man, judges know judges. Judges knows judges know judges. And there's not one of those judges. There's a few of them.

[00:22:54]Somebody told me that in these things for for one, my honest opinion is a judge is going to side with a paid attorney most of the time. Now, there could be there could be situations where they don't and and there's something drastic.

[00:23:12]Don't get me wrong, but most of the time that's my thoughts. But somebody told me that in these situations, judges are very conservative for the for the person seeking one because he was speaking about Florida because it it's it doesn't cost the judge nothing, right? So think about it.

[00:23:47]It doesn't hurt the judge because what if if you say no then what if something happens right but even though I understand that's what happened yesterday I believe it it happened because of the lawyer I I strongly believe that and I know I know people are going to say but you can you don't have to have a lawyer this and that I I understand it's not every time like that but that's just the way that from my own experience, man. That's what I'm saying. You know, one thing about the internet is I I've tried to share with you guys a lot from that hearing and again, for the 90th time, you'll hear the whole thing through plunder.

And I was about to tell him about the judge in Florida that there was a judge. I I've shared the article. I've read the article. And for those that don't know, I I don't remember if it like I said there there was a judge and a judge and and and some prosecutors. I can't remember how many prosecutors, a handful, right? And uh they uh this judge uh was like, "No, no more no more court." You know, this was this was in Orlando, right? That is literally like three hours from where I had the hearing, right? It's not like we're talking like it's in Africa, right? um you know so yeah I'm gonna I'm gonna do my best but I I also think that um truth and lies are are very important in the courtroom and you know we keep it truth here on this channel right I think a journalist could really cover this right I've never contacted one this and that but Mr. Ricky, the journalist in Arizona.
