[00:00:00]So, the computer I work at all day is right next to Spot's enclosure, which means I can hear him farting when he poops, and he just left me a mess to clean up. And now he is sitting by the door waiting for me because he knows I have to get him out of there to clean up that mess. Looks like there might be a thing in that mess. So, let's get Spot out of here and find out if there's any treasure waiting to be found. Well, I can see him rattling. Still no noise. He hasn't shed his skin yet since he broke his entire rattle off. So, he is a silent rattlesnake at the moment.

[00:00:36]I'm going to get my harness for the camera.

[00:00:38]Don't go anywhere.

[00:00:41]All right, got you in the harness so I can use both hands. Look at what a good boy he is. Didn't go anywhere. He is still rattling his silent tail, though.

[00:00:51]When he does finally shed his skin for the first time and add a segment to that rattle so it can start making noise, he's not going to sound like a rattlesnake right away.

[00:01:00]Oops. Right away. Usually, they kind of almost sound like cicadas when they first start to grow their rattle back.
