[00:01:44]I'm working here for 11 years. We have so many issues. We have swamps. We have huge drainage. The water stagnant at this moment at McKenzie Primary School. We have lots of mosquitoes, where we have dengue, we have typhoid, we have malaria in Kwakwani here.

[00:02:06]We have pipes that is not running toilet that is not functioning at this moment.

[00:02:13]And we have to fetch buckets of water Wow. to empty toilet.

[00:02:17]And it's really unfair for McKenzie Primary School, the teachers and the students to be going through, even to the parents come to the school to be going through this situation at McKenzie Primary. I'm calling on the government to look into this situation here because it's not easy at McKenzie Primary School.

Uh the residents here complaining that for over four decades this playfield has been developed by them, and so they're calling on the government to ensure that they put resources into this area to develop this playfield because they fear at the bus shed area where there was another playfield, someone got a lease and come and take over that and no longer children can play there. Opposite the sing yard station, the same thing happened. And so they're fearing that the government will give all this prime piece of real estate to Chinese and other person to come and develop businesses and there is no playfield in the entire South Cummings Lodge ward. So they're calling on the government to ensure that they develop and designate this area as a playfield for the children of South Cummings Lodge ward.

[00:04:33]And we I'm just speaking about this ballfield because we have no playfield. Children currently right now on the field. We spoke about lights when Mr. Jagdeo was up here.

[00:04:44]We just get promises all the time, feeling promises. So we kindly asking the authorities to stop here for us, please, and let's see what could be done as ASAP here because we need the light at the premises.

[00:04:56]We do not want nobody else to get this playfield because all the other playfields around South Cummings Lodge have been taken up.

[00:05:09]What is What is quite appalling is that from 2020 to 2026, we had budgets totaling 6 trillion Guyana dollars.

[00:05:21]6 trillion Guyana dollars and look at the condition of this ballfield. Just look at the condition.

[00:05:29]Minister Ramsammy had budgets totaling approximately 48 billion Guyana dollars and this is the condition.

[00:05:37]We know the importance of ballfields and playgrounds for communities.

[00:05:44]The The president, President Jagdeo, always would mention about green spaces and community grounds.

[00:05:51]So, I'm calling on the president and Minister Ramsan to ensure that you can put taxpayers' money and develop this ball field for the people of Linden.

[00:07:01]On the campaign trail, Irfan Ali promised pensioners $50,000 transportation grant. Now, 20,000, they reduced it to for this budget. So, we want to know when will the pensioners get their 20,000 transportation grant?

[00:07:30]So, I'm calling on Minister Ashni Singh to pay her a visit and ensure and ensure she can receive her 100,000 cash grant what she's entitled to.
