[00:00:00]My postpartum depression didn't start at home. It started in the morning after I gave birth. Still in the hospital, still bleeding, still in pain. [music] I was just trying to hold my baby for the first time and he cried and I could not just understand what to do. But someone in that room took him from my arms and did something I hadn't figured [music] out yet and he went quiet. Then she looked at me with a smile and said, [music] "See, experience. This is how you handle a baby." And oh boy, little did I know that this statement would change >> [music] >> everything and I would be pushed into a tunnel so dark where postpartum depression was waiting to say hi.

[00:00:39]And this was the beginning of the most darkest and the most loneliest chapter of my life.

[00:00:48]It took me 18 months to figure out what was happening to me.

[00:00:53]18 months disappearing quietly and while I was disappearing, so was something else.
