[00:00:07]Very hard for us to separate subjectivity and the emotions of the things we're going through with a very objective lens. So, treating myself like a business was an opportunity for me to create a vision, strategy, goals, and to do all those things that I was so successful at, but never took the time to do relative to my personal life.
