And while we were filming a video, just had a beautiful family from Kansas come up and say, "Scott, we must pass the Save America Act." And truly, I mean this in earnest. This is the single most important piece of legislation the American people want. It is country saving. And I've done my best to be diplomatic. I've done my best to reach across the aisle and work with members of Congress in order to pass legislation that 84% of Americans want. And yet here we are in May of 2026 and we still have yet to pass the Save America Act. And that's why it's time to play hard ball.

[00:00:44]This Saturday, I ask you to defeat Senator Bill Cassidy. If Senate Majority Leader Foon is not going to give us what we want, then you peacefully you take away his top ally. You take away what he has, give us the Save America Act or lose your seats. And that's why on Tuesday, May 26, we have a Texas election. I have proudly endorsed Attorney General Ken Paxton. I ask for your vote for General Paxton. Defeat Senator John Cornin. He voted for red flag laws. He promotes amnesty. He wants deportation relief. I'm so sorry, but it's time to go again. send a clear and decisive message to Senate Majority Leader Thoon. If you do not pass what we want as the majority, the popular vote, then you are going to lose with meticulous precision, colleague after colleague until you give us what we want peacefully. Game on.

Ladies and gentlemen, I kid you not, but just this morning, we're actually getting numerous reports that right now the GOP, that is the Republican party, the National Republican Party, is officially gearing up to actually replace Rhino Senate Leader John Thun all together. And actually, right now, they're actually putting together not just one, but two different ways of accomplishing this.

[00:03:46]Two different ways. They've got a backup plan to get rid of him. Let's go ahead and break it all down. Now, first off, I want you to take a look at this. GOP civil war is brewing. Republicans are reportedly gearing up to primary challenge Senate Leader John Thun if he fails to get what's that? The Save America Act pushed across the finish line passed prior to the 2026 midterms.

[00:04:22]>> No more excuses. Grassroot conservatives and America First warriors are done.

[00:04:29]That's true. Waiting on weak need leadership blocking voter ID, proof of citizenship, and election integrity. The GOP is getting ready to replace this guy. John Thoon. Let's go ahead and talk about where things currently stand right now. All of us, we're a little bit upset at John Thoon. We talked about this yesterday. John Thoon just sent the Senate home until June. Right now, John Soon has the John Thoon has the Senate on a 10-day break, a 10-day vacation.

[00:05:05]Save America Act seems to be abandoned.

[00:05:09]John Thoon is throwing a fit over President Trump's compensation fund for targets of the Biden era DOJ. But you know what these senators had no problem with under John Thun's leadership? A $500,000 slush fund for themselves after they got spied on by the Biden administration during Operation Arctic Frost. I'm sure you all know about that.

[00:05:34]Not for the innocent Americans who were illegally surveiled. know only John Thun and his Rhino buddies get payouts. They did nothing to stop lawfare against American citizens, but the second it happened to them, they demand half a million dollars each. Republicans have a trifecta, the House, the Senate, and the White House, but can't seem to get anything done because of John Thun's leadership. Now, folks, I want to share something with you. There was a post here today that is going absolutely viral just torching John Thoon. Really expressing precisely articulately all of our frustration with John Thun. This has 316,000 views. Take a look at this. Hello Senator Thun. I'm repi replying to your post from yesterday. quote, "Despite Democrats partisan games, we are still going to get the entire federal government funded." That's what John Thoon said yesterday. Today, he sent the Senate home on a 10-day long vacation, not because of the Democrats, but because of you, because of Thun. Here's what actually happened. Oh boy. On May 18th, the DOJ announced an anti-weaponization fund, $1.776 billion dollars to compensate Americans harmed by Biden era DOJ abuse. Your own caucus revolted. That's the Rhino caucus, by the way. After a 2-hour closed door meeting, you departed for Memorial Day recess without even having so much as a vote. ICE and CBP funding punted to June 1st. I to be clear, ICE and CBP are still unfunded right now while John Thun is on vacation. The partisan games, it turns out, were John Thoons, not the Democrats.

[00:07:31]Your stated objections, no congressional authorization, no eligibility standards, no legal precedent, executive overreach.

[00:07:39]Fine. But let's rewind the clock and talk about November of 2025. Uh-oh. When E. John Thoon tucked a provision into the government funding bill. The FBI had quietly seized phone records from eight Republican senators without notice under an investigation code named Arctic Frost. Big problem. They shouldn't have done that. We are upset about that. Your provision, John Thoon, gave those eight senators and only those eight senators $500,000 per violation. retroactive to 2022.

[00:08:16]So John Thun tried to give some of these senators, yeah, each of them half a million dollars because they got spied on during Operation Archie Frost. The House, however, voted unanimously 426 to0 to repeal that to make sure that didn't happen. The critics were opposed to compensating victims of DOJ abuse. They were opposed to sen I'm sorry. The critics weren't they were not opposed to compensating victims of DOJ abuse. No, they were opposed to a bunch of senators compensating themselves while doing no other structural reforms. Lindsey Graham then held the Senate hostage to preserve this half a million dollar fund. In fact, he delayed a spending deal in January 2026 to secure a floor vote on his revised version. He must have wanted that money.

[00:09:10]Let's go ahead and put these two columns side by side. One, DOJ abused senators.

[00:09:16]Five, when the DOJ abused senators, a half a million dollar, $500,000 violation payout, senators only. No hearings, no process, no eligibility debate, no floor vote on substance.

[00:09:30]Column two, when the DOJ abuses Americans.

[00:09:34]Well, we've got very legitimate questions. a two-hour meeting. The Senate goes home, reconciliation bill gets punted, the June 1st deadline is in jeopardy, and the CBP and DHS and ICE all remain unfunded.

[00:09:47]Little bit hypocritical, don't you think? The reason why we're breaking all of this down, little bit of hypocrisy here coming from Thoon and his Rhino buddies in the Senate.

[00:09:58]Thun told News that he did not personally see a need for this fund to compensate these Americans that had been uh targeted by Biden's DOJ. However, he personally saw a need for the fund when it targets him. He wanted the money for himself.

[00:10:19]This just highlights John Thoon's hypocrisy and people are pissed. It's the hypocrisy. It's me, me, me, but nothing for the American people.

[00:10:31]When we get targeted, it's a problem.

[00:10:33]But when everyday Americans get targeted, no problem. Uh-uh. No compensation at all. We have this post similarly going viral today. Just so we are clear on something. Leader Thun appears to be a Democrat. Does that seem to be the case? Seems to be the case. He has one refused to pass the Save America Act. How many times we say that? Refused to fund ICE and Border Patrol. Three, he's blocking President Trump's recess appointments, hundreds of them, by refusing to put the Senate into recess.

[00:11:05]What's more, what's more, now John Thun is on a 10-day long vacation >> vacation >> or hire every single bump yesterday afternoon spoke about why we need the Save America Act. Before we get to very subent Trump's agenda, what are we going to do about this? Well, I'll tell you.

[00:12:43]>> Like John Thoon um almost wants voter fraud to happen. Now, President Trump then went on on Truth Social this morning to say this. Look, Trump demands election integrity. Now, President Trump demands House Republicans Whoa. Trump wants the House Republicans to attach the full unredacted Save America Act to every single bill sent from the House to the Senate. He said, and I quote, "The Republican House should staple the Save America Act to everything it sends to the GOP Senate." Trump is playing hard ball here. He's saying, "Listen, hey, Senate, hey Republicans, hey Thoon, >> if you want anything out of the House or if you want me to sign off on whatever bill makes its way up to the Oval Office on top of my resolute desk, it's got to have the Save America Act attached to it to shut it down until we've got the Save America Act stapled to the top of that thing. We're going to pass that thing also. Shove it through.

[00:13:57]This must happen. House Republicans in the past, you might remember, vacated the House chair and removed then Speaker Kevin McCarthy. There he is. Remember when that happened couple years ago?

[00:14:08]It's time for the Senate Republicans to do the same thing. to do what the House Republicans did to Speaker at the time, McCarthy, and remove John Thoon. Is that possible? Well, actually, it is possible. Let's break it down. The fewest bills pass in all of US history of our body politic. Enough is enough.

[00:14:29]Thun has done nothing. He must be removed. How? Well, take a look at this.

[00:14:35]Here are the steps step by step to replace John Thoon. First off, five Republican senators need to force a leadership meeting and challenge John Thoon. First off, you need five Republican senators to force a vote.

[00:14:52]Then a majority after that vote is forced, then a majority of Republican senators vote to replace him. How many do we need to have a majority in the Senate? 27 out of 53. We're not counting the Democrats for this. You don't even count the Democrats. So, here's really what we need. It's not five, it's 27. We need 27 America first Republican senators to say enough is enough. We are replacing this guy. Folks, if we can get 27 America first Republican senators to vote, hold a vote, okay, and then pick a new leader, it's game over for the Rhinos at that point, okay, we will be able to pass the Save America Act.

[00:15:34]Seriously. So, all we need is 27.

[00:15:37]First option is 27 America first Republican senators get together, replace him, install a new Senate Senate leader. Guess when John Thun is up for reelection 2028, not 2026, 2028.

[00:15:51]At this point, I think regardless of what happens here, even if he does get the Save America Act passed in the next four or five months, okay, he has drugged his feet so much. He's been so delinquent in so far as all of this goes. We got to replace him anyway. I don't even care what he does at this point. Okay. Pass it or don't pass it.

[00:16:13]2028. Me personally, I know it's not a good trait. I kind of hold a grudge. Is anybody else here a little bit of a grudge holder? John Thun, I've got a grudge here. Okay. We are going to primary you out of the Senate in 2028.

[00:16:26]I've got a good memory. I'm not going to forget about this. And I know the American people aren't either. It's a grudge going forward. You are gone 2028.

[00:16:34]And by the way, it seems like the GOP, like the actual national Republican establishment, guess what? Feels the same way that I do, that we do. Just before, let me give you a little bit of a recap here. Throwback fun fact of the day. Nine out of the 10 House Republicans that voted to impeach Donald Trump following the events of January 6, 2021, nine out of the 10 that wanted to impeach Trump have now have now been primared out and replaced. 10 Republicans following J6 voted to impeach Trump. Insurrection. You remember the whole narrative? Crazy, stupid, stupid.

[00:17:16]the House Republican. Well, he's up for reelection right now. And as things currently look, he is set to lose his seat in the House going into the 2026 midterms.
