[00:00:10]>> I'm Deputy Halver at the Clay County Sheriff's Office, and we are looking for Carlos Joseph Bethea. He is a registered sex offender wanted for failing to change his address on a Florida driver's license and failing to notify law enforcement. He's also wanted for fraud, illegal use of credit cards. Bethea is 44 years old with black hair and brown eyes, and his last known address is Bellaire Boulevard in Orange Park, Florida.
