In my last video, I talked about zombie cells and what causes them. Now, let's talk about the natural solutions. These are my six top strategies to support your body's ability to eliminate zombie cells and prevent new ones from forming.
Okay, number one is activating autophagy. This is your body's natural cleanup mechanism. It's like cellular recycling for your own cells. Now, you can trigger that autophagy with things like intermittent fasting, exercise, and certain herbal medicines. I'm going to share some tips shortly on how to stimulate autophagy for anti-aging especially. Okay, tip number two for zombie cells is to use cenolytics. Now, these are natural compounds that have been shown to clear out scinesscent cells. More about these coming up. Okay, tip number three is to reduce overall inflammation. We know that zombie cells thrive in inflammatory environments. A lot of us have chronic inflammations.
One of the things that's really helpful here is using ice baths. So those cold plunges and cold showers are very anti-inflammatory and can really help your body to clear up those zombie cells.
