[00:50:59]When you focus your employment on solving problems, when you focus your employment on providing quality service, the financial reward will automatically follow.

[00:51:14]So you want to be prosperous in your career, in your business, at your job, whatever you do, endeavor, you know, to meet needs. Do that thing wholeheartedly with the intention of meeting needs.

[00:51:34]Make sure you have a mindset to solve problems.

[00:51:39]Make sure you have a mindset of providing quality service and trust me rewards will automatically follow. That is principle number one. It means don't always put money in front. There are things in this world that are a lot of things in this world that are greater than money. So that business that you just started, that investment that you are planning to go into, make sure that first thing is that you want to meet needs, you want to solve problems. You want to solve problems and make sure that you have it at the back of your mind that you want to provide quality service.

[00:55:37]I repeat it one more time. Learn to diversify your streams of income. I'm talking to somebody. Learn to diversify your streams of income. What do I mean by that? Don't rely entirely on a single source of salary.

[00:55:58]Don't rely entirely have something else that is bringing money for you. Don't rely entirely on your 9 to5 jobs. Anything can happen to anybody at any time. This is not anybody wishing you evil. Now we know that you are a prayer warrior. We know that you believe in God. But guess what? That is the way this world is being designed.

[00:56:24]Anything can happen at any time. So don't rely on a single or a singular stream of income. By the time God begins to bless you, diversify your stream of income for I mean what is coming there may not be may not may be small at the beginning but learn to diversify. Have one or two different means through which money is coming.

[00:56:51]Why do you need to do that? By laying your hands on on multiple you know manageable endeavors, you give God multiple avenues to bless you.

[00:57:04]By laying your hands on different things, you are giving God, you know, multiple avenues to bless you and to bless the work of your hands. As you are doing 9 to5, have something that you are doing by the side. Maybe you are selling shoe, maybe you sell bags, maybe you sell clothes, maybe um you are into real estate. I mean diversify.

[00:57:28]Don't focus on that LPN alone. Don't focus on that RN alone. You can be a registered nurse working in the hospital and still be into medical supplies. I'm giving you ideas.

[00:57:42]You can be a nurse, a doctor, a pharmacist or whatever. Since that that is your field right and you understand it you know how you know things that that is needed that are in high demand then you can diversify a little bit like for example you know selling medical supplies you can just rent a shop somewhere and as a matter of fact even the government of America encourage you know business owners they encourage people to start their own business so if you ask questions and make your researches or make your research very well there are you know organizations and and offices is out there that can support you, give you support, give you soft loan to start your business. Just have something that you are doing and thank God for social media. Now sometimes you don't even need to rent a shop. You can do a lot of things on your phone on your computer. Why? What about opening an online shop?

[00:58:34]What about opening an online store with Amazon? And then you have a lot of products things that you are doing. All all that people need to do is just to order and then you send you you deliver to them right from from your living room. You are at a job and then you are still even doing your business. You are at your job getting your 9 to5 yet you are still responding to some messages and you are still doing business online and you the Amazon or Walmart is helping you to send your goods to customers and then alert is sounding money is entering.

[00:59:07]The Lord will give us wisdom in the name of Jesus. So diversification of streams of income is very very important. The Lord will help us in the mighty name of Jesus.

How do I invest this $500? How do I invest this $1,000? There are lot of investment platforms and channels out there. There are a lot of platforms that can even help you to invest your money without you doing nothing. All you need to do is just put your money there and your money is yielding.

[01:02:11]I mean I am not a finance person so I can't give you accurate person on that accurate information about that. I'm I'm only a prophet and a pastor but guess what? Google is your friend. In fact, there are a lot of materials out there on YouTube. For those of you that that you know does not really fancy reading, you can go on YouTube and say um and and type I mean investment opportunities.

[01:02:37]You will see videos, you will listen to videos, you will get information, you'll be amazed.

[01:02:44]So be investment minded.

[01:02:49]begin to think about how you can multiply that $200, that $100. You may be saying, "Oh, how much am I how much am I making after we have paid this and this and that? How much is left?" That $50 with the right investment before you know it, in a matter of months can turn to $500.

[01:03:10]So see money as a seed that must be sown. what rather than see money as a seed rather than what as a resources that will be what that will be spent.

I mean I never knew she can be very zealous about her business you know that way this woman will leave the house go out very early in the morning to her business and this woman will not come back until midnight from her business. I have never seen someone very committed and passionate about what she does like that recently.

[01:04:38]Not that you are the CEO and you can employ people to do it for you. But I've never seen in recent time I've never seen someone so committed and zealous.

[01:04:48]The Lord will bless her in the name of Jesus. Commitment.

[01:04:53]Some of us know what we are doing or whatever want to do. The problem is you are not committed.

[01:05:00]Today business kara today you you you you employ radical and and aggressive approach tomorrow you are so like a like a laidback. Be committed. Put maximum effort. Putting in your maximum maximum effort and passion.

[01:05:21]What do I mean by commitment and purpose? Putting your maximum effort and passion. effort. It is one thing to put effort. It is another thing to be passionate.

[01:05:35]If you are not passionate with what you are doing, you will not leave your house and stay at your shop from morning till midnight. It's because you are passionate. You are happy that you are providing services. You are happy that you are solving problems. You are happy that God is using you as a means to to to to provide to solve people's problem and you are passionate about it.

[01:05:55]We are talking about sacrificial dedication to what you are doing.

[01:06:00]Sacrificial dedication into your work, into your career, into your job, into your into your business. These are the things that leads to fulfillment and greater harvest. Be committed. Be committed.

[01:06:13]Whatever you are doing, if you are not passionate about it, it's time to switch to doing something else.

[01:06:49]If if it was not because of my car that that was outside, you would not know that anybody was there. I was just there reading, writing, reading, writing, reading, writing, reading, right?

[01:06:59]Sometimes I will be in this office, I will read and write till 3:00 a.m. No matter how tired I am or that I may be, I must wake up at 6 a.m. to pray and get ready for ad. Sometimes when I come here to lead you in prayers, I've only slept for 2 hours. And guess what? You see me praying and jumping and whatever. Why?

So, dad, I am allergic to patience. are tall the same way I am allergic to laziness you're lazy person you can't walk with me you can't even stay around me we will fight the same way my son said he's allergic to patience I am allergic to l because men that have made it to the up are men that are sold out, committed, dedicated, passionate and hardworking to what they are doing. So many of us only focus, we concentrate on the result, but we don't look at the effort.

[01:10:20]Somebody bought two books for me. My wife too bought somebody bought two. My wife bought two four books. I still have books now that you know good people bought for me that that I'm still looking for time to read. I have I have not open the first page.

[01:10:37]Thank god I mean I have some um traveling schedule before measol and stuff like that. So I usually use the time that I'm you know uh in the aircraft to read. So in the midst of all this you have to read, develop your mind, educate yourself more, improve yourself more. So people that made it to the top are not lazy. Quit that lazy attitude of yours. So what do you do?

[01:11:08]What are steps to be taken? Number one, repent from all known sins.

[01:11:16]Steps to be taken to secure profitable employment. Number one, repentance. Why do you need repentance? Because you want to be in in good standing with God. For for instance, imagine a child that is not in good standing with his parents.

[01:11:32]You now want to ask for money. You want to change your car. You want I mean the parents will not even answer. You will not even give you attention in like manner.

[01:11:42]Repentance is key. Why? Because repentance brings you into good standing with God. So when you go to God, we go to God with with confidence because you know that as you call upon him, he will answer. So repentance, repent from all known sins. Why is repentance very important? So that your prayers will not be hindered.

[01:12:06]Repentance prepare to prepares you to meet with God, you know, for the obtainance of mercy. So that our prayers will what will never be hindered. So number one is repentance. Number two prayers. Prayers. Ask God for the desires of your heart. I mean direct prayers. Skillful.

[01:12:30]For those of you that are writing, I needed to add the word skillful.

[01:12:34]Skillful prayers. Not just prayer, but skillful prayers. Some of us know how to pray but we are not skillful with our prayer life. How do you become skillful?

[01:12:44]How do you pray skillful prayers? That's topic for another day when I'm teaching about prayer. So don't just put point number two prayer. Add skillful skillful prayer. Knowing what you want and asking directly for what you want. This is what I want God. Skillful prayers. Number three.

[01:13:04]Reject every thought of failure and doubt. Reject every thought of failure and doubt. Be sold out into what you are doing. Believe in yourself. Don't don't think of failure. Don't doubt it.

[01:13:20]Believe that it will work.

[01:13:22]Carry that belief. Not even a mentality.

[01:13:25]Carry that belief and faith that it will work. A mother shared a testimony at the Bible study yesterday and I was amazed.

[01:13:34]They were saying ah this job they are not going to give people that they are not. He said me a celestial a celestian a member of the wealthy place. Guess they dare not I will get that job. Guess what? Among everyone that applied for that job they they rejected everyone except this boy. Why? Because somebody had a winning mentality. Somebody had a different mindset that they may reject their daughter. So, but because of who I am, I know who I am. I know the God I serve and I know where I worship. They cannot deny me. And he got that job. The only person that was employed.

[01:14:14]So, reject every thought of failure and doubt.

[01:14:19]Reject every thought. Number four.

[01:14:23]Number four, reject every negative dream, vision, and prophecy. that is against your success. Reject every negative dream, vision and prophecy that is against your success. Anybody can dream but when you come with your dream if it is negative it if it is against what I'm doing I cancel it immediately right in front of you. I reject it. I will say it my God I appreciate I appreciate this dream and I thank God for showing you but I reject this is not my portion. So reject every negative dream. Reject everything. I'm not asking you not to believe. Don't get it wrong.

[01:15:03]I'm not asking you not to learn to listen. But reject rebuke it instantly first because you don't know the angel that is around. You don't know the kind of authority that that person carry. Reject it first and then ask what should I do?

[01:15:19]Don't allow negative utrance, negative prophecy and proclamation to settle down into your life.

[01:15:31]rebuke it instantly and then say, "Ah, what do I do?"

[01:15:36]I hope somebody is getting it now. I'm not saying don't don't listen.

[01:15:42]Dreams, visions, those are avenues by which God speaks to us.

[01:15:48]Avenues of revelation to his children.

[01:15:51]So, I'm not saying uh you shouldn't accept dreams. I'm not saying you shouldn't honor vision. I'm not saying you shouldn't honor you know prophecy.

[01:16:00]But if if it is negative, reject it first instantly. So reject negative dream, vision, and prophecy that is against your success.

[01:16:11]Number five, find scriptures that promise you what you desire. Find scriptures. Look for Bible passages, Bible verses that promise you what you desire. Look for Bible passages that are in alignment with your prayer currently at that time.

[01:16:35]It means that look for solution in the word of God.

[01:16:39]Number six, memorize and apply the scriptures.

[01:16:44]Number five, find scriptures that promise you what you desire. Then number six, memorize and apply them. Memorize.

[01:16:52]Don't just find them, but memorize them.

[01:16:54]Keep it keep them in your heart.

[01:16:58]Joshua 1:8, "This book of the Lord shall not depart from your mouth, and thou shall meditate upon them day and night.

[01:17:09]By so doing, I will make your I will make your ways prosperous."

[01:17:14]So memorize these scriptures.

[01:17:19]Memorize them and apply them. Apply them. One of my favorite verses is Psalm 1 verses 1 to three. Blessed is the man that does not sit with his comfort that and that does not talk that does not.

[01:17:31]And then I like the verse three. Verse three said whatever he does shall prosper. He said it shall be like a tree planted by the river. I love He said whatever he does shall prosper. I prophesy those verses into your own life.

[01:17:55]God, it has been written that I am like a tree planted by the river. God, it has been written that whatever I do shall prosper. So this online business that I just started must prosper. Look for those words. Memorize them and apply them.

[01:18:15]Apply them both in your prayer time and in your regular life. Apply them. Talk about them. Decree them. Prophesy them into your own life all the time. I am like a tree.

[01:18:30]I am like a tree planted by the river and whatever I do shall prosper.

[01:18:41]Pro prophesy this truth into your life all the time and trust me as the Lord liveth you will prosper. It will work for you.

[01:18:52]Number seven.

[01:18:54]Number seven. See yourself in that new position and keep confessing it.

[01:19:03]Visualize yourself in your testimony.

[01:19:08]Visualize yourself in that position that you have applied for and continue to confess it.

[01:19:16]See yourself that you have achieved it.

[01:19:19]Visualize yourself in your testimony. I think I like that. See yourself in your testimony. You have not received it, but visualize yourself that you are there and keep confessing it. I'm a supervisor. I am a manager. I'm a group manager. I'm a general manager. And see yourself there.

[01:19:40]The Lord God told Abraham, he said, "All this land, all this land I have given to you as far as you can see." The more you continue to see, the more I give to you.

[01:19:51]The more you continue to see, as far as you can see, the day you stop seeing, the day I stop giving.

[01:19:58]the day you stop seeing the day I stop giving. So see yourself in that position.

[01:20:05]Be visionary. That's what we are talking about. See yourself that you are there and then confess it for whoever that cares to listen. My confess.

[01:20:23]Practice giving. That's what some of us don't want to hear. You want to prosper.

[01:20:30]you want to be blessed but you don't ever want to hear that. So that's the reason I intentionally made that I mean um the last point because some of us don't want to hear that practice giving practice giving giving to the kingdom of God supporting kingdom project giving to God giving to the needy.

[01:20:58]I intentionally started with giving to God.

[01:21:02]Some of us don't because you don't want to give. You are stingy. What about the poor? How many poor have you given?

[01:21:09]Since you have been saying I will not pay t. How many poor have you given?

[01:21:16]Practice giving. Number one giving in order to support kingdom project.

[01:21:25]to support kingdom project where you are enjoying grace where you are being prayed for where prophecy is being released over your life all the time.

[01:21:37]Always remember to bless your source back. There is a Euroba proverb that says a river that forgets his source will dry. You will not dry in the name of Jesus. Giving to God. Giving to the needy.

[01:21:51]Giving to your parents.

[01:21:55]Giving to God.

[01:21:57]Giving to your parents. Giving to the needy.

[01:22:01]Some of you can can give every all your paycheck you can give to your pastor.

[01:22:07]But your mom, your dad are suffering at home. You don't know what you are doing.

[01:22:13]Giving to God. Giving to your parent.

[01:22:15]You can say that I I I already rearranged it. Giving to God, giving to your parents, giving to the needy.

[01:22:26]Practice giving. Be committed to giving.

[01:22:33]When we say giving to God, sometimes it's not only about money. Give Giving thanks.

[01:22:46]Have you given thanks all the genuine thanks to God this morning? Honor him not only with your substance by giving by thanking him.

[01:22:58]When you give to God, when you give thanks, when you give your resources and sometimes to God, it makes God to be committed to your life, to your work, to your family, to your career.

[01:23:09]giving makes us to enter a kind of commitment with God.

Whoever that is going to determine that's going to approve my application, I put their might their heart in your hand in your hand. Lord, take control. That's Proverbs 21:1. You need it.

[01:25:25]Number three, Zechariah 12:10. Zechariah 12:10. He said, "I will pour out on you the spirit of grace."

[01:25:37]As we are going to that interview, Lord, according I soak myself to the covenant of Zechariah 12:10. You said you will pour upon me the spirit of grace. Lord, as I go out, I receive the spirit of grace. Whoever that I'm going to sit before, whoever that is going to interview me, let me find grace, Lord. I receive the spirit of grace. And then you go. Zechariah 12:10. Write it down.

[01:26:21]Number five, Daniel chapter 1 vers9. I love this one. Daniel chapter 1:9. The Bible says God brought Daniel into favor and tender love with the prince of H of You know what's it called? God brought Daniel into favor and tender love. Favor and tender love.

Daniel chapter 1:9 number 6 Psalm 34:10 number 6 Psalm 34:10 The young lions do lack the young lions do lack an hunger but those that believe and trust in me will not lack good things I mean confess those that verse into our life number seven Philippians 4:13 Philippians chapter 4 and verse I can do all things. I can do all things. I will not fail. If I diversify, if I invest in this and that, it will succeed. Why? Because I can do all things. That is Philippians 4:13. Number eight, Philippians 4:1 19. Philippians 4:1 19. My God shall supply all my need.

[01:27:46]I used to have I don't know where we even you know where we kept that frame when you enter my guest restroom and you are peeing or you are easing yourself you'll be seeing that Bible verse that is saying my God shall supply all my needs according to his riches and glory any each time I enter the restroom I confess that before I step out Philippians 4:19 number nine number nine Psalm 113 3 7 to8 Psalm 113 7 to8 erases erases up the poor out of the donill and settles him down among noble people.

[01:32:26]I don't think I've been to Aura in my life before. I don't know. I don't I just saw it and you know I'm only let whatever I want to do when my spirit leads me to do anything that's what I do. And they gave me the phone number and yesterday sister Vicki I now called the man of God. Hello.

[01:32:44]I didn't know that the blogger that posted that thing when I said can we cover the altar. I didn't know that the blogger already called the pastor. The moment I call ah pastor pastor they have given me good report and news about you and your group about you and your group how you go out helping people I said hey he said I've been told about you and your group and when I called you know Nigerian time they were about to round off their own shilo service he ran with the phone on speaker he said everyone wait the god have sent helpers I said I just wanted to ask how much it cost to he told the member he Wait, wait, wait. God have sent helpers. God will now pray for this man and his group. I want ah me. That was how the man put me into.

[01:33:34]So this man and his church members have started praying for us. He said they told us that you and your group are always doing this. Now straight to the business. I asked the man yesterday. I said to cover the altar area cover altar area alone. what what does it cost? He said 1.5 million NRA. I said okay if we cover the altar area the entire church is still going to be flooded and the water will go straight to the altar.

[01:34:02]What we are preventing not to happen will eventually happen. But I just want us to do what we can afford. So I asked him he said to cover the altar area alone is 1.5 million naira. He said to cover the entire building the quotation that they give them is 6 million naira.

[01:34:24]So which one should we do? Should we cover just the altar area and support the church with 1.5 million NRA? I don't know this man. I've never met him before. I have never been to Aura in my life. I didn't even know the location of the church. I just saw the condition and I was moved. And I was not just moved. I know that God want us to do it.

[01:34:46]This is the way we tap into blessing and God's provision in this ministry. And I want us to do the same. Should we cover the altar 1.5 million or we cover the entire building 6 million a cash and then by tomorrow I'm going to raise support for it. But I just want to to I want you to be aware and let's decide.

You want to crown over your head as a woman. You must partake in this project or you have an ongoing project that you are struggling to complete.

If there are little things 500,000, 1 million, those those ones we just cover without bringing it here. But law when it start going to four 5 million and above, then we want everyone to partake. So there are people here that can single-handedly cover this. So please I want you to think about it.

I'm going to be posting our Nigeria account tomorrow where we can put the donation and then after that once the money is transferred I'm going to post the proof they received so that you can know that the money have been transferred to the church for the purpose and then I'm going to assign people to follow up to follow up the money must be used for what we want it to be used for under two one month the church must be covered and once the church is covered I'm going to ask them to send pictures and video and I'm going to share with you for you to see that the money has been spent on the original purpose it was intended for. Please, I want you to go and think. I want you to give to the Lord polartedly. Go and think. Go and think. Once again, I have never met this pastor. I don't know him.
