First Alert Weather: Warmer Tuesday in New York area

[00:00:07]John, we'll have some better news for those folks. And it could have been much worse. I mean, they they they really lucked out. And we're all going to luck out over the next few days. We've got some great weather. It's going to be warmer. It's going to be quieter. Temps are going to be actually a bit above normal. How about that chance of rain on Wednesday? Let's dive right in and show you what's going on. First off, right now, we have some showers south of our area. Yeah, well south of our area. So, we don't see major concern there. Diving right into the future cast, you know how it works. Timestamp on top of the map and you can see it's going to be a relatively quiet night, quiet way to start your day tomorrow. Tomorrow's going to be nice. Mix of sun and clouds.

[00:00:45]Maybe a little fog for the Jersey Shore tomorrow morning. And then we set our sights on Wednesday. Wednesday morning should be fine. Wednesday midday chance of a shower. Notice we don't have the coverage. We don't have the intensity.

[00:00:57]But, there is a slightly better chance later Wednesday. Honestly, the models are trying to bring in a little bit more rain Wednesday night. There is kind of that model wobble. So, Tony will have the latest on that tomorrow morning. And then we're teeing it up for a real nice Thursday. Thursday could be the pick of the week. And a nice way to wrap up the week. It's just going to be a little bit cooler. Tonight 61. Nice mix. We'll see cooler temperatures in the suburbs.

[00:01:21]Yeah, you usually do. Tomorrow, another gift. Oh, I wish we could have backed it up. 79 and feeling fine. Um, it's going to be warmer inland if you're headed west. Look at some of these numbers. If you are going to extend your holiday a bit, just remember watch the flags.

[00:01:40]Could see some dangerous rip currents out there. Moderate rip current risk right now. And then I Christine, it's a light risk of some rain on Wednesday, Thursday. So, we and it's a little cooler into the weekend, but nothing like the weekend we just got through.
